RUN. RUN FOR THE HILLS. This place is a disaster. The staff are aimless and often don't speak Dutch or English. In our room, the "kitchenette" was nothing like the photos on the booking site - just a barren countertop. The "fold-out couch" was a love seat that propped out to barely 4ft. The one in our room wouldn't lay flat. Regardless, there's no way you could fit 2 people on it, let alone one. There was a kettle but no cups, a portable hot plate but no pots, pans or plates. There were angry guests yelling in the lobby about not having linens and towels, and the staff just smirked and disappeared into a coat closet. Shady "friends of the staff" come and go, slip into the luggage storage room and leave. It's clearly a front for a money laundering scheme. Stay far away from this mess. We turned right around and booked another hotel 10 minutes away.

Worst hotel ever!!! We took 3 rooms, in one of the rooms was missing fridge, and when i asked for it, lady from reception told - 'sorry i cant help you - we won't provide you fridge' - after two days one of the cleaning guys i guess the only one good guy(with beard) he came to my room with fridge, he was trying to be nice and thank you for that, but after all, missing cups, plates, forks and everything was terrible. Even when you go downstairs to the lobby - there was coffee machine - and i've never seen cups there to at least try this coffee, outside of hotel you can admire just a big mess of garbages

The entrance and the reception looked amateurish. The staff was not professional, also somewhat rude. But I was tired and wanted to go to a quiet room with a nice bed. However, there were dozens of Eastern European guests who made a lot of noise. It even seemed that they broke a wall. In the hall it smelled of liquor. My bed was soft but smelly terrible. It seemed that there were no clean sheets on it. I felt dirty and uncomfortable. And slept badly. I will definitely not come here again

Nice place if you need the take the plane in Schiphol in the morning The rooms are nice and big We had to wait 15 min before someone come to the reception

The staff is good. Rooms are big. There are free water, coffee and bears! Location is a bit away from central Amsterdam.

Great sandwiches, Great pokebowls, great meals for a great price ;)

When I arrived in the hotel a very polite man gave me an upgraded room. The room was very spacious and the bed was very big. The employee brought me to the room and told me by the room that there was a free bottle of wine for me! Excellent service. For sure I will come here again.

Good place to stay and also you can make you meal as you like

If You want only four wals and a bed, this îs the ideal for you, If you are not 1.75 meters high. About the rest, don't expect Something. It's a jar near Amsterdam Airport.
