mis-leading
information,
bad
customer
service
attitude,
wasting

money
Will
not
recommend
to
anyone!
Holland
Pass
is
not
putting
completed
information
online
which
is
mis-leading
the
customer
to
buy
the
pass.
what's
more,
when
I
realise
it
is
not
possible
to
use
some
of
the
activities
i
am
purchasing
the
card
for,
The
holland
pass
customer
service
said
it
is
not
possible
to
return
or
cancel
in
any
circumstance
even
before
I
redeeming
it
(
I
only
purchased
1
day
before
and
purely
for
the
Van
Gogh
museum).
Also
the
attitude
of
the
customer
service
is
really
bad,
she
almost
shouting
at
me.
i
have
to
calm
her
down
during
the
phone
!!!!
The
conditions
and
terms
is
hidden
on
their
website
(
you
need
to
click
to
expand)
and
also
not
in
their
printed
vouchers
send
to
the
customer.
I
was
informed
that
the
van
Gogh
museum
is
fully
sold
out
for
the
coming
2
weeks
when
I
come
to
the
tourism
office
to
redeem
the
card
(
the
entrance
of
Van
Gogh
museum
can
be
only
done
by
this
way).
considering
most
international
tourism
will
only
stay
for
few
days
in
Amsterdam,
this
means
the
card
is
not
possible
to
use
in
the
summer
peak
season.
This
information
was
not
shown
anywhere
on
their
website
main
landing
page.
They
only
stated
that
entry
is
not
guaranteed
in
the
sub
page
if
click
the
Van
Gogh
museum
separately.
However,
i
will
say
in
the
summer
peak
season,
it
is
IMPOSSIBLE
to
use
in
Van
Gogh
museum
unless
you
stay
less
in
Amsterdam
for
more
than
2
weeks.
