I’m not vegan but I went with some vegan friends as the pancakes looked unreal! Indeed, they are very tasty, fluffy but not too much. We all tried sweet ones but they also have a selection of savoury ones. I ordered the cinnamon ones and I really liked them, only thing I would say they were a bit dry (not enough sauce for all of them). Aside from the food, the service is quite slow and not only for food but also for drinks and they don’t take bookings.

Oh my, those pancakes are vegan heaven! We had to wait 20 minutes to get a table, but to be fair, they were short in staff and as we had time, so we didnt really mind waiting. Service was friendly and the food was 10/10. Plan in some time and go here! Every minute worth the wait

This is my favourite place in Amsterdam! They have veryyyy delicious food, big pancakes, original menu and tasty bubble tea. Vegetarian sausages in English breakfast and burger are amazing! I like they think about environment and use steel steak. I also like they take cash! Personnel is very friendly!

Really nice place. The staff is Lovely and we got a table right away even though we did not book. The savory pancakes was really nice. I had the Gyros. Loved it. The sweet pancakes are nice but too many flavours for our taste. Also much harder to eat. But we definetly recommend the place. I loved the milky tea with bubbles. It was my first bubble tea and I love the tapioca bubbles.

Delicious vegan food and lovely aesthetic! I got the English breakfast pancakes and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size. The mushrooms and sausage especially were really good! Docking to give it four stars though because our server lost our order, and only realized her mistake when we asked. We waited at least an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and did not even receive an apology or complimentary anything to make up for it. Great food, poor service.

Fully vegan pancake place. We had to wait outside around 30 minutes before being seated as it was very busy. We ordered the savoury vegan breakfast pancake and the dutch apple pancakes. Both were lovely, very filling and delicious. Would recommend 😁 well behaved pets are welcome too!

It’s a nice looking place with friendly staff. It took a long time for our food to get served. Also the portion of guacamole on our dish was too small. It tasted great though.

I do not have enough words to say how much I loved this place! Delicious pancakes, a lovely atmosphere and great staff! This is a must try if you are in Amsterdam! On request, the pancakes can be done gluten-free also.

Not used to eat vegan food and I went there with a vegan friend! Great surprise 🤯 food was amazing and super tasty. Flavours were amazing! Will definitely go back! Only down: no wine/bubbles 😔 but the place doesn’t have the license to serve alcohol unfortunately

We didn’t make a reservation and had to wait roughly 45 mins to get a table, if your going here make a booking. We picked a sweet and savoury pancake, both tasted really good, in-fact the savoury tasted better than the sweet. The portion sizes were filling. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend coming to this restaurant.

Another very popular brunch place in De Pijp where queuing is part of the experience - but it's definitely worth it, and everything is vegan! Tip: if you don't want to wait 1h like us come for the service of 9:30, 11:00, 12:30 etc as every table's occupancy is limited to 1,5 hour. Everything we ordered was really tasty and filling: plant-based savory pancakes, sweet pancakes, smoothies, coffees. PS: The owner was kind enough to offer us a warm chocolate while waiting for a table in the cold outside. Lovely.

Loved the vibe! The Rose-Fig Lemon Tea was outstanding. There were so many delicious-sounding options to choose from, and all vegan! We ordered the Dutch Apple Pie Stack and the BBQ Chicken Stack. Super yummy! The strawberry matcha is also a great choice. Would highly recommend.

Just brilliant, great service and top food. Place is beautiful plenty of seats. Very friendly place for family, coupes, friends or like me solo. I loved the boba matcha tea and I had the cinnamon roller coaster stack. Almost to beautiful to eat.. I cleaned the plate. Best pancakes ever and I think it's all vegan? A must visit they have two shops I was at the farther out shop but still busy so maybe book.. I didn't and had only a 10min wait.

Wow, what a lush breakfast we had at Mr. Stacks in Amsterdam on Trevor’s birthday in December. It’s taken me a while to write this one because it was just so…. deliciously lush. First of all, on Trevor’s birthday, he wanted to go somewhere that I could also eat lush. Because most sweet things for breaky normally have dairy in them, I’m stuck having eggs (which as you know is totally fine for me as I LOVE eggs). But, that day was different, it was a birthday day! So off we went to Mr. Stacks which serves vegan pancakes. What a sweetheart right?! It was a short trip on the underground to De Pijp, which is actually one of our favourite little neighbourhoods in Amsterdam. It’s actually very lucky that we got a table (we got the last one). There was a lineup at the door to get in! I would definitely suggest making a reservation if you plan to head over to Mr. Stacks. I had the Choco Hazelnut Stack because I never get to have Nutella anymore and I miss it. (3 pancakes, choco chips, seasonal fruits, sweet coconut flakes, bananas, chocolate hazelnut sauce, roasted almond flakes, fruit coulis and sesame cotton candy). Wow, just wow. All of the tastebuds in my mouth were screaming, WHY DON’T YOU FEED ME THIS ALL THE TIME?! Trevor had the Banana Breakfast Stack (3 pancakes, caramel sauce, pecan nuts, homemade granola, banana ginger jam, sesame cotton candy and coconut yogurt). He was a happy birthday boy. To say we needed a big walk and a nap after this breakfast would be an understatement but it was worth every bite. The restaurant is also full of life. Plants everywhere with bamboo decor, and amazing amazon wallpaper in the washroom, the atmosphere was great. We would definitely suggest you head over to Mr. Stacks the next time you’re in Amsterdam!

Woooow. Best pancakes ever! Im not a vegan, but I tried this place because of Instagram. I was very intrigued. I didn't miss a thing. It was so perfect. The hot chocolate with whipped cream from coconut. Also so delicious! I went for the Cinnamon rollercoaster stack!

This place knows how to create delicious dishes that are also creative and delightful to see. There are a variety of coffees, teas, and boba to choose from and you'll have trouble not wanting to order a few to try. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I loved this place! What an interesting menu and idea, executed deliciously. If you have someone with you, split the dishes into one savory stack and a sweet stack—you won’t regret it. I got to the restaurant really early, so did not have to wait to be seated but by the time the brunch hour arrived—good luck finding a space. The service was excellent as well, I can’t say enough good things. Definitely come here for a try!

Hard to sift through all the pancake places in Amsterdam but this really does shine through. Some of the best pancakes I've had and quite an extensive list of vegan options so everyone is satisfied. DO NOT miss out, may want to book a table too so as not to be disappointed.

Nice place for a breakfast with only vegan options. Tasty and fluffy pancakes, interesting serving (very instagramable). Removing one star only because my pancakes was lacking a bit of taste (salt, pepper), but was very enjoyable either way.

We enjoyed their vegan pancakes so much that we had breakfast here two days in a row. In my opinion banana pancakes are the best and their English breakfast is just 👌🏻

Amazing waffles! It's not the easiest finding creative vegan and gluten-free food options, but they nailed it! The staff is also super bubble, and the general atmosphere funky-chic! A great option for brunch. Could only have been improved through a larger choice of savoury pancakes.

Came on a rainy friday morning. They check QR code and ID at the entrance. The waitress is SUPER friendly amd thoughtful, offering tap water, explaining what's what and possible option in the pancakes. Had gluten free stack classic with berries, pistachios, banana. They're not overly sweet, I love! I had fresh brew sencha lemon which was perfect for a rainy morning.

Really friendly and nice staff. The presentation was awesome and the pancakes were amazing! Besides, everything is vegan. Definitely it's worth a visit.

I was really surprised that I need to wait in line. But I think it is worthy to wait because it was literally great! As you can see, we tried both the sweet one (better suited for dessert) and the salty one (better suited for meal). Both types were great and it is worthy to try even if you are not vegetarian. Strongly recommend.
