We
went
to
Yerba
for
a
quick
brunch
soon
after
the
terraces
reopened
in
Amsterdam.
We
got
2
dishes
each.
The
portions
were
quite
food
for
the
price.
Presentation
was
on
point.
I
feel
the
strongest
points
are
definitely
the
seasonal
vegetables,
which
were
fresh
and
colorful,
and
the
varied
choice
and
pairings.
There
were
many
things
in
the
menu
that
I
had
never
heard
of,
it's
much
of
a
modern,
fusion
type
of
kitchen
and
I'd
surely
go
back
to
try
more
of
those
great
sounding
dishes.
To
me,
however,
everything
tasted
a
bit
too
bland.
Even
though
the
use
of
the
spices
was
wise
and
strategic,
which
I
appreciated,
I
felt
like
some
of
the
dishes
could
use
a
bit
more
salt
to
bring
out
the
taste.
Also,
I
ordered
scrambled
tofu
but
couldn't
really
get
that
egg-y
after
taste
that
is
usually
conveyed
by
using
the
kala
namak
salt
(that
sulfurous
salt
that
is
always
used
in
tofu
scramble).
I
could
taste
more
a
mix
of
other
spices
that
I
would
not
personally
have
chosen.
It
didn't
taste
off
at
all,
it
was
nice,
but
not
what
I
was
expecting.
It
was
also
a
bit
dry.
The
avocado
toast
was
delicious
thanks
to
an
amazing
sourdough
bread
they
used.
Crazy
to
think
it
was
gluten
free
bread
because
I
couldn't
have
guessed.
Overall
I
would
go
back
again
after
trying
many
other
vegan
restaurants
in
town.
Also,
they
offer
some
vegetarian
options
and
even
a
meat
option
that
they
say
it's
local
or
something
like
that.
I
would
have
loved
to
see
an
all
veggie
menu
-
or
at
least
vegetarian
-
as
we
all
know
that
it
doesn't
matter
where
you
get
your
meat,
it
is
still
extremely
unsustainable,
not
to
mention
cruel.
