Worst sandwich ever.! Since when is a sandwich one half? I have never seen a sandwich that consists of one half only. No butter, no mayo, dry and even though they claim homemade bread, this looks like supermarket bread to me. I ordered soup as well and when the delivery guy arrived it was squashed into his bag and the soup had spilled out over the juice and sandwichs. Ill never order here again. Scandalous that stores can deliver this kind of service and quality.

Really cozy environment. I tried the oat latte and a banana bread. The foam of the coffee is amazing. The cake tastes pretty healthy too.

The interior is pretty but the food is served in a lot of plastic packaging which lowers the experience and makes you think about their environmental impact. However, the prices are reasonable (5-6€ per salad or sandwich) even though at medium quality.

What can I say - the only reason this place gets any business is because of the location. (Tourists staying nearby and caffeine addicts like myself that work in offices in the area). I’ll start with the good- the cakes and croissants are decent. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Now the ‘not-so-good’ - unfortunately almost everything else. The staff often behaves like they have no desire to be there - it’s very rare to get a please/thank you, mostly just a blank stare. Despite the fact that they make probably hundreds of coffees a day, they make little effort to make them well - milk is always under/oversteamed and it just mostly seems to be made in a rush. For comparable prices you can get an expertly made coffee from specialty beans anywhere in central AMS. Sandwiches are small and imho relatively pricy. It’s quite disappointing, really - the potential is all there, it just seems wasted away. I’d say avoid, but unfortunately there aren’t a lot of options in the area.

Lovely place for coffee and sandwiches! The peanut butter almond butter mixed with banana and choc6on a sourdough bread is super delicious and filling! Overall a great place for breakfast or lunch!

Plastic, plastic, plastic. Coffee is nice, but from a paper+plastic cup the experience is a bit wasted. Please consider the future of our planet in your business plan. Edit: I thought the suggestion would be clear, but from the reply it seems not the case. Here it is: if people drink something at your place, serve their drinks in re-useable cups. There is this material called ceramics of which convenient cups can be made, has been around for a while already.

It is the second summer in a row that I go to Amsterdam and I have returned to this cafeteria. Great quality in everything and good prices. Very good waiters. I hope return back to Amsterdam and to this cafeteria again.

Overpriced, carrot loaf and latte were only ok for the price. Restaurant looked nice though.

Coffee is really bad, I am sorry, I couldn't even finish mine and I had to go to another place to have one. Sandwiches are of good quality but definitely not worth the price. I'm really sorry because the service is excellent.

I had a spicy sriracha hummus sandwich and a carrot, apple, ginger juice. It was fast but not worth the price. The juice felt very diluted.

The place looks really good and cozy from outside but once your order arrives it starts the nightmare. Sandwich that are basically empty and so totally overpriced, me and my friend took also cappuccino and iced tea, the drink don't have really a good taste either. Is better a coffee to go from AH expecially considering the price. On top of the bad quality/price the staff is just pretending to be nice but from the kitchen on the back the like to speak about the customer in dutch language thinking we would not understand. Will never be back again, strongly suggest to avoid the place, unless you like tasteless empty sandwiches and overpriced products with also this bad attitude from the staff.

Lovely ambiance, great staff, good coffee, terrible sandwiches. Occasionally ruin the mood by playing music too loud on a decrepit sound system that hisses static on bass notes. Perfect for writing a quick email, but if you need to work for a few hours, look elsewhere.

After living in Melbourne for 5 years, I’m very selective about coffee. I was very impressed with the filter (batch brew) and will definitely return in future.

Mixed experience. It appears that the order depends entirely on the person serving you. We ordered hot chocolate, which their menu ( under sweetened drinks) states to contain real chocolate. It was really delicious the first time we ordered. So, we went again the next day to get hot chocolate but this time was just served milk with cocao powder. Upon asking we were told that this is how they serve hot chocolate. The menu still said it is served with real chocolates. After pointing this out to them, we were simply told that the menu needs to be updated. Very misleading and disappointing overall! -- Edit : I went back again and got served a real hot chocolate and Mochachino for free as a good will gesture from the owner.

A nice cafe at the corner of the busy Bijlmer ArenA station. Open early in the morning. The food is average.

Ordered tomato soup and asked for cheese in it, without informing they added a slice of cheese and charged 2 euros extra, half of the price of the soup!!!!

Good coffee. The rest is quite mediocre (tasteless sandwich) or expensive (cookies for 3-4 euros)

Was disappointed by my breakfast. In essence, I ordered smoked salmon sandwich and latte with Almond milk. One of the ingredients for sandwich dressing was wasabi which is ok if not the whole bread is taped with it. Regarding coffee, the coffee itself was cold and barista forgot to whip milk, just poured inside. Therefore, hopefully next time will get better experience form them 🙂
