The interior is really amazing and the place seems to be doing pretty well lately. The staff is very friendly and they explain also what you have on your plate. Unfortunately I was in a rush, so next time I will try to even more enjoy it!

Lower your expectations. They changed the place but still use the clout from the old name / reputation. The photos they still use here are vastly different than what it is now. I think its quite unprofessional to continue calling yourself cafe moer after such changes and it should have been clearly rebranded from fine dining to painfully average hence the one star as they were featured in Esquire and had a big reputation. Rename your cafe. This used to be one of my favourite places to eat. It had welcoming atmosphere, a fresh menu that regularly changed and a real sense of quality in the food and service. When I went there recently the changes were clear from the start, instead of taking your coat and showing you to a table, the cloakroom was lazily open revealing the new occupant, Henry the Hoover (hangers were still there, and were left to find our own table. Gone are the candles and fresh flowers. Instead you now have the vibe of a cafeteria with a large box already on your table containing the cheap cutlery to be used by yourself and the next several diners who may use your table since apparently they prefer to fill it once a day rather than bringing a set with your food. The menu continues to disappoint. A common complaint may be its now fully Vegan (this place used to have great steak and oysters), I wont fuss too much on that, they did at least attempt to highlight a brand change with that. My complaint is it is now a laminated plastic card showing the once fresh, changing menu is now fixed for a long long time. The plastic card again gives cafeteria vibes. Previously you would be told what the chef was experimenting with and would be sent complimentary oysters to try. It is such a chronic shame as you can still see a great space, open kitchen etc but the soul is dead. I would not recommed. The prices do not reflect in service and quality. All the inspiration is gone (I am assuming the head chef is long gone aswell as whatever manager used to run it). The food was still good, but without the other components I do not feel good eating here.

The most incredible food, fantastic plating and excellent service! A tantalising, mouth watering experience! Have a 7 course meal and undulge your taste buds with an orgasmic experience! The pictures don't do it justice, a must visit to get a first hand experience! The staff really know their stuff and explain all the ingredients to you and the chef Yesse is very talented!

Industrial decoration with a cosy atmosphere. It offers a surprise 3-7 course menu, you can also order dishes separately but the options are limited. Ingredients are well selected and the presentation is well-thought, however the taste is so-so. Risotto is oily and salty. Do recommend it to have a drink with friends, for the same price, you can get better food elsewhere.

Amazing dishes. Very very good restaurant, the chef's menu is a winner! Not too expensive, great value for money. Helpful and friendly staff! Go there, don't hesitate :-)

The food is so good Had the best risotto in years there, and even all their veg, sides and bread are so delicious. Thought I had Michelle style food and service but only paid a small price. Definitely recommend, strongly.

We found this lovely cafe in the middle of the city. Without doing any research we stepped in and were welcomed by a group of super friendly staff. The menu was really interesting and unique. We ordered a to-share portion for a jackfruit tostada(must try) ,potato waffles (must try), soba noddles and nasi kuning. It was a bit pricey but there was an open-mic evening so at the end it was all worth it.

Great organic cafe connected to the Conscious Hotel. Lots of space and good service. I had the vegan burger and enjoyed it.

I went to Bubble & Oysters day, it was nice. But the only downside it that the café does not offer standard food on such days, only some snacks. So, if you go as a group, everyone must be ready to eat oysters

Food was really delicious, very fresh and beautifully plated! As a vegetarian/vegan myself I was pleased with the variety of flavours. Recommend.

We had a wonderful dinner in Café Moer. Delicious vegan food with an explosion of flavours. I really recommend it for everyone who looks for vegan food.

Cafe Moer has undoubtedly the best all-veg menu i've seen so far in Amsterdam. Great chef, very friendly staff and this place is perfect for remote working as it's spacious and not very loud unlike most restaurants in Amsterdam.

To be honest... it looked cute but was mediocre. The staff was nice, the food kinda sucked but they did have a lot of vegan options. There was a open mic night that we were not aware of but that can be fun right? But the music was so loud... we could barely hear eachother and had to shout. Eventually they did turn it down for a good 30minutes. But then the volume went back up. I dont think I would go back there, but might consider if only for cocktails or so?

Great food for a fair price. If you want to combine fine dining with vegetarian food, this is the place to do it.

We have a great dinner with friends. However, I do believe that some dishes are overpriced. We ordered mushroom scallops that tasted like nothing. It’s good that they took them back and we didn’t pay for them.

Lovely place, with the nicest staff in Amsterdam. Would totally recommend eating here! The mushroom wings were amazing. The lemon meringue cocktail is a must try.

Cozy & chill café, with excellent food, lots of vegetarian and vegan options! Friendly staff and the terrace is in the sun from 5pm.

Poor quality food and expensively prices: meze platters lacked total taste, steak was overcooked. Chef in the kitchen did not look like she wanted to be there... overall we do not recommend.

Very nice dining experience. Unique organic approach with well made food. Staff was kind though food delivery could have been quicker. Parking is also possible usually in the street behind restaurant.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
