Lovely items on the menu, quality is fresh and straight to the point in consistency! Quiche is my fav as it changes everytime! 2020 This place is a hidden gem in Amsterdam! The food is really fresh and also looks amazing. The interior and vibe in this cafe is so relaxing and its definitely a place to stop by for a nice coffee or lunch. And if you are lucky the Frenchie will also greet you inside!

Quickly became one of my favorite brunch spots! The owner is a delight and their menu is so well thought out. (Let me not forget to shout out their vanilla chia latte)

Came here for brunch. The place looks really cute, with a little upper floor. The food was fine, though not many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu yet.

We’ve been here here twice for breakfast, both salted and sweet, and you can choose from a very rich menu.

Nice cozy place for breakfast and coffee. We tried the Dutch wrong coffee (Koffie Verkeerd) and it was nice (like cafe au lait). Warning though to outside seats as cleaning vehicle passes by frequently and can ruin your meal (happened to one of our friends!)

This was honestly one of the best food we had in Amsterdam. I had the shashuka and it was really delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The coffee was also nice and strong. If we come back to Amsterdam we will definitely come to this café again.

An amazing cafe, ideal for brunch and lunch too, serving food made with high quality ingredients. Their pastry and the French toast with fresh fruit is to die for. The staff is probably the most friendly and welcoming I have ever seen in Amsterdam (and I have lived here for 15 years..). Totally recommended if you are in the area but also if you wish the explore the very nice Czaar Peterstraat and its unique shops.

Baretto Neighbourhood Café is absolutely delightful! Perfect espresso every time. Pastries are fresh & so delicious! Quiche is amazing. Avoca-dodò is a must! Customer Service is top notch!

We all had very good food ✌🏻 The place is super cozy and the waiters very kind ☺️ If I may suggest something I'd consider increasing the availability of plant-based options and indicating them better on the menu 💚 🌱 Among the vegan dishes of the day they had tomato soup, a very good avocado toast with grilled veggies option, banana bread and fruit salads.

I usually don't do reviews but this time I'll make an exception. Cozy place, friendly staff (my dog got tons of cuddles and biscuits), good cappuccino but the real queen was the pumpkin and kale lasagna. I don't like pumpkin much so I don't really know why I ordered it but god, it was AMAZING. And I also got it taken away, warmed up at home in the microwave, I guess what it could have been eating it there. I will stop by again for sure when in the area.

The Royale Franch toast is the best I had in Amsterdam, the place is also beautiful and it's not far from the center of the city.

Great food, great service! I loved the creativity behind each dish, so far one of the best places to get a poached eggs in Amsterdam in my opinion. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back for Brunch and Dinner :)

Due to a re-opening at our office we ordered catering (for the second time). Again everybody loved the famous lasagna, but the rest of the finger food... ? Nice and refreshing mini tuna buns, amazing Tuscany white bean soup, divine zucchini quiches and meatballs in white wine sauce (these were the star dishes of the evening), lovely caprese skewers, truffle salami, pecorino, grissini and you name it. The cherry on the cake was a sweet: Sfogliatella Napoletana frolla, divine! Everybody enjoyed every moment and every bite, clearly home made and with Italian passion and love. Thank you team Baretto.
