The location is great because it's next to a canal and it gets very sunny. The waiters are very attentive and professional, much better than the average in Amsterdam. However there is a big problem: the food is quite bad. We had the Windsor soup and it was a very clear broth with too much salt and no body. Then I ordered a burger and it was the worst burger I have had in years. And this city is really bad at burgers, but this one took the first price. Meat was bad and overcooked, bun was wet and soft, cheese was completely melted and unedible. Bottom line: beautiful place, they need a new cook

Quality of food is pretty good but the service is terrible from hotel reservation desk to waitresses. Literally we were afraid to order after the first round. Waitresses were gossiping in Dutch but thanks to my girlfriend we noticed

The most delicious high tea experience ever! We have celebrated Christmas at brasserie Londen with our family for the last 6 years, and believe it's time to write a review to summarise our collective experience up to now. The service is personal, friendly and very professional. There is nice music on the background, clean toilets, secure wardrobe and free parking nearby on Sundays (just over the bridge). This year we contemplated to go to another venue (sont know why).... we were all happy that we decided to go to Londen. And we will do so in the future. Looking forward to the next Christmas already.

The food was mediocre, the food was a bit bland, my hamburger wasn't anything special, and my wife's fish wasn't really special either. For the money. the service is okay, don't do this a second time. I'd rather eat at Mac's

Had breakfast there for 3 days (stayed in the hotel). The simple French breakfast took 45 minutes to be served each time. First came the warm drink. Then about 25 minutes later 2 glasses of juice and then again about 10 minutes later 2 slices of toast with packaged jam and butter. What took so long, especially since almost all of the other guests had the breakfast buffet??? Staff was absolutely incompetent.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
