Brand new beer bar in Amsterdam de Pijp. Nice choice of beers (including alcohol-free Stout and IPA!), live music (although after the show, music was still quite loud) on weekdays and friendly staff. There is also outdoor seating and snacks menu (nachos were really decent). Cool discovery!

Normally more variety on tap, instead of just IPAs, plus classic IPA wasn't cold, so we couldn't get it and were forced to order another beer. The employee who helped us could not provide any more information about the beers, other than the alcohol content, which was disappointing. We wanted to order cheese sticks at 9:45 PM, but unfortunately the kitchen turned out to be closed. However, one hour later we went to pay at the bar, where to our surprise the staff was eating cheese sticks themselves. How closed was the kitchen then??? Very strange.

Delicious fries. Maybe a little too little, had a slightly bigger appetite. It was nice and spicy

A decent place with helpful staff and nice food. We shared the nachos which were fresh, tangy and filling. Quite hipster decor (in a good way) and some room to spread and relax. Lagunitas make fine beer, not to be rushed. It's quite strong, too, so this is not a place to rush your beers.

I love the concept of this place. It’s well decorated, staff is friendly buuuut maybe my palette isn’t refined enough to understand a beer flight of just IPAs. I feel like Lagunitas doesn’t have enough offerings to have a full fledged bar (although you can order non-lagunitas beer if you prefer something darker). The food that we did have (quesadillas) was delicious but small. Everything else on the menu is more regular bar food (bitterballen etc).

No, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. 'Cause—'cause—'cause I remember when a we used to sit In a government yard in Trenchtown, Ob—observing the hypocrites. Yeah! Mingle with the good people we meet. Yeah! Good friends we have. Oh. Good friends we have lost along the way. Yeah! In this great future you can't forget your past. So dry your tears, I say. Yeah. No, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. Eh, yeah! A little darlin', don't shed no tears. No, woman, no cry. Eh! Said—said—said I remember when we used to sit In the government yard in Trenchtown. Yeah. And then Georgie would make the fire lights, I say, log wood burnin' through the nights. Yeah! Then we would cook cornmeal porridge, I say, of which I'll share with you. Yeah! My feet is my only carriage And so I've got to push on through. But while I'm gone, Everything's gonna be all right! Everything's gonna be all right! Everything's gonna be all right, yeah! Everything's gonna be all right! Everything's gonna be all right-a! Everything's gonna be all right! Everything's gonna be all right, yeah! Everything's gonna be all right! So, no, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. I say, oh, little—oh, little darlin', don't shed no tears. No, woman, no cry. Eh. No, woman—no, woman—no, woman, no cry. No, woman, no cry. One more time I got to say, Oh, little-little darlin', please don't shed no tears. No, woman, no cry.

Very happy that Lagunitas decided to open a taproom outside of the States! The personnel was very relaxed and attentive, I haven't eaten here but I would like to. The only unfortunate things were that not all of the drafts were in use yet (there was room for like 4 or 5 more), of the beers that were on there 2 were already finished, and the selection of bottled beer is quite small. Will come back, but I think that as a taproom they need to step up their game!

I'm speaking to my experience, not yours. COVID has affected their supply chain and they don't have many of the beers they expected or hoped to. I was objected to the leftovers, which were still delicious, honestly. I recommend you check this place out, just call ahead if you're only attending for a specific item

Came here for the quiz night which is hosted on Mondays. Was super fun and lots of fun engaging with the other teams, it was in English and covered a range of topics. Good drink selection with both local and international beers as well as many other drink types, didn't try the food but I saw it going by and looked delicious!

They’ve done an incredible job of keeping the Lagunitas vibe and transporting it to Amsterdam! The beers were fresh and our bartender was extremely friendly. Would 10/10 come back.
