Just average foods, nothing special but the waiters were quite impolite. They constantly gave us the feelings that we should leave as soon as possible for other guests to come in. The price is not cheap and by doing that, I will never come back again.

We went on reviews & pretty disappointing really. Mixed grill (pictured) really wasn’t worth the €19+. Everything was cooked the same. You actually do not get a choice on how your steak is cooked. I asked for medium rare for my steak, but actually was well done 😬

This was our visit to this establishment and probably our last! On the positive side food was good for the price paid, nothing great but nothing bad. One of us had pasta that was supposed to come with basil, there was none in the dish. We asked for just a little extra chilli to be added in the dish for which we were charged €2!!!!! The staff were far from attentive and one seemed very displeased that I hadn't finished my food at the same time as my partner and we had to tell him to come back after I had time to finish my meal before clearing my plate away. When the bill arrived it was made very clear that we should leave a tip. We paid in cash and had to ask three times for our change, as a result no tip was left!! We wouldn't return here as there is so much choice nearby (we are not tourists and spend many weeks per year in Amsterdam)

We didn't intended to go.. as another restaurant was full house we found this place.. crowded as normal for Saturday night... Waiter's were not kind.. I was checking if they have a table free one of them saw me and made a hand move as "what you are waiting for?" .. we ordered our pizzas.. my pizza pollo was not bad not good.. I would say average... Very speedy atmosphere... Waiter came and acted like "if you are done than go" 🤣🤣 anyway.. try to reserve a place online on another place and avoid this restaurant...

Staff were miserable to greet and just in general like they really didn't want to be there. The food was "mid", had a steak but served with just plain chips, no salad etc. The place is quite cramped to the point if someone wants to leave the table, another table of people need to get up to let them through. Wouldn't recommend

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVER, AVOID! I decided NOT to spend my money at this place as my friend and I had the most awful experience with a server. Server so disrespectful and extremely rude. I kindly asked for something that is normal and usual to ask everywhere else. (Tap water) I also asked if I could have rice instead of fries. Nothing crazy right? His answer: we don’t have rice. Changing his posture ready to be the rudest and repeating we don’t have rice. Looking at me as if I own him an apology for not knowing they don’t have rice. His look full of hate and his impatient way to deal with us it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Tap water, he looked at us both first, then he goes. Tap water? A bottle of water between both of you?? (Looking with a nasty face as if we couldn’t afford it) he goes No?????? That was passive aggressive. I’m not exaggerating. Seriously, these people are not meant to work in the service industry. Very poor quality. No people skills. Just terrible. I told my friend to leave in front of him because couldn’t tolerate anymore. Never had I experience such an awful treatment like that. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost!

Staff was a bit on the rude side and the food tasted and looked awful. The tables were so close together that walking to the bathroom is an absolute struggle (sorry to everyone whose jackets i stepped on). In my opinion complete tourist trap.

To be honest, the staff were friendly at the beginning and the opposite when we had to pay the bill. The waiter was insisting on us to pay fast and we had no choice about tips.. and the food wasn't that great (felt like average quality meat and the pepper sauce looked like industrial cheap stuff).

T- bone steak, we ordered medium but it was totally over cooked, the waiter refused to take it back and he asked us to check if “ other part maybe it’s medium” … ???? 29 euro for such overcooked steak. Mushroom soup is obviously factory product. “Panini” is not the original Italian one, but just some heated up bread. The waiter tried to ask us for tips, but we didn’t give tip as the price didn’t match with the food quality AT ALL! Very disappointing dinner and for two person it was over 60 euro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 大怨种餐厅， 还不如去隔壁吃个粤菜！吃麦当劳都比它更好！

The greek salad was served differently than what was written on the menu. The pizzas seemed frozen pizzas and the pasta had a strange consistency. The service was mediocre, if you want to split the bill and pay with card it’s not possible. Go to McDonald and save money, you’ll also eat better.

Unfortunately I do not recommend it. It was a medium cooked steak in the photo. unfortunately the steak is bad, only served with fries, is this McDonald's? If I wanted rare cooked steak , would the lamb come to the table by walking? My wife ate lamb chops, it was difficult to chew as there was too much nerve in the meat. unfortunately it was disappointing. It was also impolite for the waiter to continue his conversation even though he saw us when we called.

Not recommended at all. The staff is rude. They won't even accept criticism of their food. Suggested them to get something in a certain way, totally ignored the request and served as they wished to. Waiting times are high during evenings. The person serving you will keep changing every 2 minutes and they don't coordinate, hence you might need to repeat your request to a different person every 2 minutes. No greetings, no polite welcome. Totally average food, which makes it overpriced for its quality. One of my colleagues didn't even want to pay them after the meal. So disappointed he was.

No pictures unfortunately because it would just make you sad. Got three different pizzas and not one tasted like anything but melted cheese. If pizzas normally have a souls theses certainly were lacking. Can’t stress enough……go somewhere else! Also never been to a place where bin bags and bins were close to where people dine.

The staff were very nice when we were sat down and ordered however after the food arrived we were ignored and treated very poorly. The food wasn't worth the money and wasn't nice at all, we were also sat at a table that was in the way of two other tables and we constantly felt like we were in tbe way. When it came it to paying the bill, I was pressured into adding a tip onto the bill that was already €40 for two of the cheapest mains and two drinks. I would not recommend eating here at all.

They scam you with your drinks. A pint of coke was 3,50€ on the menu, and the receipt said 6€, almost the dubble price!! Also tried to let us pay for an extra starter while we didnt even order that specific dish (bruschetta) which was an extra 8,-. When I told them they got distant and told us we should read the menu better next time, I pointed out the lower prizes (on the menu!!) and all of a sudden the waiter ran to the cash register to give us our money back. They know what they are doing. Watch out for what they do before you spent too much!!

The staff were not very nice, the food was not very nice and over priced. The wine was terrible, as it turned out was light wine that tasted like 7up.They hounded us looking for a tip ( which we didn't give) We only tip if happy with the service. Definitely wouldn't go back here

This is the best food we've had since we got to Amsterdam. And it's hilarious because it's Italian food. They set us at a really nice table near the kitchen. We are on our honeymoon so it was nice to have not only the warmth during this cold snap but also the view. Fresh flowers on every table. Service was fast and very friendly. We ordered the fettuccine and added chicken and mushrooms. It was really good! We split that between the two of us with a basket of rolls with garlic butter which were delicious! I wish that we had found this place sooner because we have been so sorely disappointed at the food in the Dom Straat area. Oh well, we do leave tomorrow so we will try a different restaurant but when we come back we would do hope that these will still be here so that we can pop back in and give them another good review.

the pasta was good and tasty and came quickly to the table. the waiter was friendly. me personally can’t complain about this location ✨

It was OK. Steak and chips was just, well, steak and chips! No frills or added garnish. My wife's meat was bloody despite asking several times for no blood. I think the focus for the business is just to churn out the customers for maximum profit with very little regard for the customers needs and dining experience.

Amazingly tasteful. Looses 9ne star because Italian food goes big on portions and this one kinda doesn't. I was satisfied with my pizza but the pasta portion of my friend was not adequate to make up for the hunger & the price tag. Still would recommend it.

Homemade sauces at this fabulous mostly Italian restaurant. Great tortellini and cream of tomato soup. Not big on wine, one white and one red and both sweet.

The food taste is average. The quantity is very good. The staff were nice and helpful. The price is acceptable. Good choice as a Halal restaurant.

Cheap price pizza. Quality is actually pretty good. Staff is very friendly. The service is fast and pleasant with tasty food.

They messed up my food. I ordered a burger without the bun. He bringed me a regular řízek. That pissed me off. Then he came back without anything, only the meat. No salad no cucumber and no tomato

This is my first time to write a review, the food was just fine, but the service are really bad, we just started to eat around 15 minutes, the waiter asked did we finished our food, and said they are nearly closed. We saw the Google map said they close at 12,but the time we were having dinner is on 10…… really really bad service. I don’t know why still have people get inside and have dinner? And the end the stuff ask for tips impoliticly. Really the worst dinner experience ever. Hope people who saw my review will think twice before they get in.
