My
family
and
I,
a
party
of
five,
recently
dined
at
this
Italian
restaurant,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
was
quite
disappointing.
To
start,
the
service
left
much
to
be
desired.
We
were
never
offered
a
second
drink,
and
there
was
no
check-back
to
inquire
about
our
meal.
Additionally,
the
pasta,
a
hallmark
of
Italian
cuisine,
was
overcooked,
which
was
a
letdown.
However,
the
most
concerning
aspect
was
our
interaction
with
our
waiter,
Marius.
When
we
requested
a
split
bill,
Marius
adamantly
refused
until
we
explained
that
we
were
regular
customers,
which
seemed
to
irk
him.
Even
when
he
eventually
agreed,
his
lack
of
enthusiasm
was
evident.
To
make
matters
worse,
our
empty
plates
were
left
uncleared
for
over
25
minutes
after
we
finished
our
meal.
It’s
evident
that
Marius
is
not
capable
of
managing
good
customer
service.”
