We booked via their webpage several months before going to Amsterdam. When we arrived they said that our reservation was canceled. We got no notice on email, no phone call, nothing. Further, I asked if they still had any rooms, they where of course full. So thanks to them we suddenly found our self a late evening in Amsterdam with no place to stay. A very stressful situation to say the least. I suspect that they double booked by accident, and canceled our reservation since we didn’t go through booking.com

We stayed for 1 night and were disappointed. Location is great but the hotel is not. Cleanliness was not up to par, there was a stain on bedsheets, dust in bathroom ventilation, multiple dirt marks on walls, empty bottle on corridor floor when we arrived and the same bottle there in the morning. Clothes closet and tv had seen better days as well. Bed was mediocre at best. In the morning, the guy at the reception was full asleep and snoring when we walked past him to the breakfast. But there was no one and no coffee so we had to head back and wake him up. Unfortunately he didn’t know how to make coffee. Coffer maker arrived exactly 30 minutes after breakfast time had started. Another 6 minutes went before we got our black coffee.

For the price it's a little dirtier than I'd like. There's stains on everything and we found old fries next to our fridge. The hallways are dark and dingey also. Good location if you like tourists.

Nice hôtel, but a bit overpriced. They also should put bathroom accessories kit & shampoo in the room. Breakfast is fine. Localisation is fine too in Harlem.

Hotel is in a great location, check in was quick and easy and front desk staff was really helpful in getting us oriented in Amsterdam. Room was modern and clean. Windows were big and bright with a small terrace overlooking a busy street. Washroom was updated and clean. Safe is onsite in the room and bed was big and comfortable. Great price for what you get. Would highly recommend!

arrived in the room (2 nights for 500 euros) there is dust everywhere and the cleaning leaves something to be desired. I call the reception who makes the cleaning service intervene which does not solve anything. Bathroom with broken shelf; coffee stained sheets. ruined sheets. I pointed this out to the owner who said don't look at the details. He hasn't offered us any refunds. Embarrassing experience.

Really loved the hotel! Great hospitality and spacious room. Had no issues at all!

Otherwise good value but breakfast was below par. Not value for the money. There are good bakeries and cafes on the same street with the same or less money which beat the hotel breakfast 100-0.

Small room with a terrace. It was well laid out. However, it needs updating. Sink leaked, and carpet was worn out. Great beds and clean. Breakfast was super. Reception was very helpful.

Excellent location, right on a street filled with coffee shops, vintage shops, bike shops, homeware shops. But also super quiet, no road noise at all inside the hotel. Very Helpful staff, comfy and spacious rooms. Stay in the Penthouse, rooms 501 or 502 for the most stunning view of Amsterdam from your bed and bath! Cannot recommend highly enough. We loved this hotel so much, probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in!

Clean, ideal location, nice bathrooms, and excellent service. It’s a 12-15 minute walk from the train station. The staff make this place great. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond accommodate requests.

Great hotel, we loved the location, slightly away from all the main tourist bits but very close to the train station, we liked the walk and the quiet side street. The staff were great.

Our 4bed-room is spacious with large window and bathroom. The front staff was nice and kind, explaining everything about Amsterdam and the upcoming events for us. One complaint was about the room service, yes, they made our bed and bath room almost daily, but they too often did not empty our trash bin. Everyday they kindly brought us new towels (which was unnessesary) but leaving the used ones on the racks, after a few days , we had more than10 towels. They filled up teabags but not the coffee capsules, something like that. It became our game to guess everday which part of our room would be taken care of or left undone.

Nice place in a strategic location. The family room is spacious with both bathroom and shower. Breakfast offer was enough for us (pancakes so good with very tasty confitures). We appreciated the church side view (opposed to street). We had a very good 2-nights journey in this hotel.

We got a lovely spacious room , everything clean and modern , staff at desk very helpful and full of information. Such a central location too , will definitely book again when I go back !

The bank hotel was something between ok and good. The receptionist was not very attentive but friendly. The hotel is a bit old and very clairaudient. As the hotel has a nice location in the center where a lot of bars and restaurants are, it is quit loud in the evenings. The rooms are clean, however I had some ants in my room and the fridge had mildew in it. cost-performance ratio is therefore not he best.
