The
hotel
is
situated
on
the
outskirts
of
the
city,
which
can
be
inconvenient
if
you're
looking
for
a
quick
stop
at
the
hotel
room
while
feeling
tired.
Additionally,
the
last
tram
runs
until
around
midnight,
making
it
challenging
to
fully
enjoy
Amsterdam's
nightlife
unless
you're
willing
to
pay
approximately
€30
for
a
Bolt
ride
back
to
the
hotel,
or
take
occasional
late-night
buses
that
can
take
up
to
an
hour.
The
hotel
is
actually
located
on
the
top
two
floors
of
a
residential
building,
and
finding
the
entrance
and
the
actual
hotel
can
be
somewhat
confusing,
as
it
requires
navigating
around
the
building
to
reach
a
side
entrance.
Upon
reaching
the
8th
floor,
I
received
a
warm
welcome
from
a
polite
and
courteous
young
man.
Despite
some
negative
reviews
I
had
read
about
Amadi
Panorama,
my
initial
impressions
were
surprisingly
positive.
While
my
room
was
very
small,
it
did
offer
a
fantastic
view.
The
decor,
although
simple,
was
functional
for
the
compact
space.
It
did
certainly
not
feel
like
a
true
4-star
experience
at
all,
but
it
was
quiet
and
peaceful,
promising
a
comfortable
night's
sleep.
The
staff,
while
not
overly
friendly,
were
generally
pleasant.
Cleanliness
was
well-maintained.
The
breakfast
was
modest
but
offered
a
decent
variety.
There's
also
a
complimentary
coffee
machine
in
the
lobby,
and
24/7
availability
of
fruit.
At
first
I
didn't
encounter
any
major
issues.
However,
initial
impressions
proved
to
be
misleading,
as
issues
began
to
arise.
When
booking
a
room
in
a
4-star
hotel
at
this
price
point
and
away
from
the
city
center,
one
expects
at
least
a
comfortable
place
to
sleep.
Unfortunately,
this
was
not
the
case.
The
most
concerning
issue
was
the
malfunctioning
air
conditioner,
leaving
the
room
freezing,
especially
at
night.
Despite
seeking
assistance
from
the
staff,
no
solution
was
provided.
I
discovered
a
noisy
small
radiator
fan
in
the
cupboard,
which
barely
managed
to
maintain
a
reasonable
room
temperature
but
couldn't
prevent
the
sheets
from
feeling
damp
and
the
walls
and
furniture
from
staying
cold.
Regrettably,
the
noise
from
the
fan
kept
me
awake
throughout
the
night.
The
bed
was
also
very
uncomfortable
as
previous
reviews
pointed;
the
mattress
was
overly
soft
and
the
pillows
were
too
hard
and
of
poor
quality.
Furthermore,
the
towel
rack
heating
in
the
bathroom
was
non-functional,
resulting
in
a
freezing
experience.
The
TV
signal
was
weak,
with
poorly
tuned
channels.
I
decided
to
check
out
earlier
due
to
three
sleepless
nights.
Upon
check-out,
another
polite
young
man
expressed
regret
for
my
experience
and
mentioned
that
I
should
have
spoken
to
him
for
a
potential
solution
(a
bit
too
late,
why
not
before?).
In
summary,
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel,
even
if
you
manage
to
secure
a
substantial
discount.
Although
the
staff
is
mostly
polite,
the
overall
experience
resembles
a
budget
bed
and
breakfast
establishment.
