Great hotel to stay in. A bit outside of the city centre, but you can reach Amsterdam central with the subway in 20 minutes. The area is also nice, with lots of shops and Cafes in “The Boulevard”. The hotel itself is very clean and quite. One thing I really liked about the room was the Bluetooth Speaker you could use just in case, you know?! The hotel has a gym and an iron room at the 10th floor. I recommend the hotel for sure!!

Pros: The room is quite big and the bed is relaxing. Cons: - No one can park any close to drop you off even, so if you ordered a taxi you have to really walk for it. so if you don't have a car, it is really annoying - The location is far from city center and usually take me almost 45 minutes. - The decoration colors are very depressing and awful. - Orange painting for the bathroom was awful with black and grey colors around the room, i think they made it to hide any cleaning issues but unfortunately it didn't. - The huge picture in the room is creepy. - The lighting is not good at all. - There was a weird ticking noise all over the room, coming from different walls and there was no pattern for it, but I couldn't sleep easily because of it, no one in the hotel had an explanation for it. - It wasn't easy to control the shower at all as it works with touch buttons, that doesn't work smoothly and you have to press very hard. In total my experience wasn't relaxing.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items, for people who love music make you feel at home. The design is very modern and eye-catching with a clean and comfortable bed.

Such a nice place to stay. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Regarding drink on the bar, there are a lot of choices contrary to the restaurant where food wasn't good at all. Meat was like a soja steak and there are only few mains and dishes.

The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Just five minutes walk from the train station made the location very convenient to explore the city. The room was also very ergonomic. We enjoyed the window sofas so much. The room had everything we needed. Some nice utilities were the coffee machine, sound speaker and the usb sockets on the wall. No fresh towels were provided during our whole stay though and single use slippers would be a nice addition.

The hotel is good - rooms were clean and nicely designed. Breakfast was really good - also had a variety of lactose free products which was great for me. The staff however was really unfriendly - did not return my greeting ("Hi - how are you doing?") at all and was then just communicating with a "commanding" voice.

Fantastic hotel, very modern. I was very impressed by the room I received, very spacious with a king bed and windows all around with black out curtains if needed. The location is a little out of the centre but it’s very close to the metro station. You are right next to the AFC Ajax stadium and I thought that was very cool, I arrived on game day and it was nice to see all of the people going to the match. The only thing I can mention that was negative was how hard you have to press on the shower buttons, the shower is button operated but I was expecting this as I read it in another review. But this was a very minor inconvenience. The staff are really helpful and friendly, I really recommend this hotel for someone visiting Amsterdam.

It was a very nice hotel. The in tune room is beautiful decorated! One of the better rooms I've seen at a hotel. Parking is well organized during concerts. The location is nice as it is within walking distance of the ziggo dome. Otherwise nice view and good breakfast. A few basic defects in the room. But in general it was a nice and good hotel!

Everything was ok and satisfactory except the lady who was the supervisor of reception desk. She was treating everyone in different manner , I believe she is a racist. If you are foreigner guest you should get ready for her fake smiling. She doesn't fit for such a good hotel.

We arrived on Friday at around 11:45am. The hotel is around 15-18 mins from the airport. Its about a 6 minute walk from the station. Hotel check in is 3pm. The area of the hotel is very quiet. However its right next to the stadium so I envision its pretty busy during those times. It was a special occasion and staff put petals on the bed which was such a lovely touch for me and my partner. The staff were super nice and accommodating the entire time. The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the musical theme. There's a speaker in the room which provided an excellent ambiance. Shower was lovely with perfect temperature and soft water. I cannot fault this hotel. We did have a glitch with the toilet door self locking- however once reported someone came in about 30 seconds to come and help us lol. Super efficient!Don't hesitate to book this place they will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great trip. Also don't wait to book because I did and almost missed out on getting this room. It's only by luck they had a last minute cancellation! I'm giving 4 stars because the breakfast is very expensive so we didn't include it in the booking. I think with a reasonably priced breakfast this would be the perfect hotel 😊Thankyou so much to staff and management great job!

Amazing hotel, super clean, comfortable bed, soundproof, environmentally conscious, awesome design, very good breakfast, great location if you have an event to go to in Ziggo Dome, as it is literally next door. Only stayed for one night as was there for an event in Ziggo Dome, but will be back for sure. Would love to explore fitness and wellness centers

Really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel! Actually upped our expectations! Very close to the Bijlmer ArenA station. There’s a big AlbertHein close by and a Lidl a little further away. The room was nice and clean, LOVED the shower :D. The only thing is there was no cutlery in the room so we had to adapt:) Decided to get breakfast, nothing special but definitely worth the price! Quite a few options, something for everyone. The most important thing is that everything was fresh:) Definitely happy with our decision to come to this Hotel instead of a different not as nice of hotel closer to the centre. Great Price-Quality

The staff are incredibly rude. I never leave bad reviews but the purpose here is for the owners to see how poor the night staff treat guests. They are rude, abrupt, aggressive and just not pleasant at all. It’s a nice hotel, great location for Amsterdam arena and ziggo dome. But the guy at reception should not be in the service industry.

Room had dirty walls. The safe was not working properly, on my checkout day, they had to break the safe so I could get my items. The restaurant has limited dinner options. And sometimes it is too noisy to enjoy your dinner.

If you have room 303, run as far away as possible. I had to wait 15/20 minutes for hot water, and after that time it flows too cold and once too hot ... The problem was reported to the reception, but it was not solved ... In addition, the fridge does not cool at all and when I try to call at the reception, it turned out that the phone did not work. I do not recommend!

All I can say is what a fantastic hotel! The hotel is located outside of the city centre next to the Ajax stadium. Regular metros from downtown Amsterdam will get you there in around 20 mins and then a short 5 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel is music themed, which is evident throughout from reception, corridors and rooms. The rooms are spacious and include a pod coffee maker, complimentary water and a modern sleek design. Beds are comfortable and huge and the shower is amazing. They offer a quality Bluetooth speaker in the room and the walls are designed to keep the music in and not out, which means you can play as loud as you want - for a music hotel this is a fantastic idea. Only downside about the room is the TV - which isn't smart. This means your quite limited to TV channels unless you have a device with an HDMI. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a casual down-to-earth feel which is lacking in many chain hotels. The bar and restaurant are reasonably priced (there is little to do in the area and not many options for food or drink on a mid-week evening). We decided to dine for an evening meal and the food was tasty. Only downside would be that the menu seemed 'heavy' - maybe some lighter options like toasties or sandwiches would work well? Overall, a fantastic hotel and can't wait to return next time I'm visiting Amsterdam later in the year.

Really like this hotel. Staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Have stayed here 4 times in the last 5 months for 3-4 nights each time and always enjoy coming back. Ideally located with the arena and dome next door to it. Really handy also with the train station so close. Paudie.

Such a fantastic hotel!! Worth money. The room’s style was incredible modern, including a speaker with sound-proofing, so no need to worry about sound leakage! It’s also near a train station just 10-min walking. Shared space was also nice with a bar. I’d definitely come back to stay here again!

spacious gym, sauna, open area for yoga/ relaxation. breakfast was amazing. I loved the omelette station, the breakfast salad had lots of variety and salad dressing was delicious! they had oat milk available to go with my coffee. I’m lactose intolerant. rooms had excellent sound insulation for a quiet stay.

Unfortunately, I booked my stay here with booking.com and it turned out that one of the hotel's employees stole my credit card details and made purchases for over EUR 1,000... I won't recommend it because they have no control over what their employees do. of course, this was reported to the police who completely ignored the matter, so I warn others against trusting this hotel.

Lovely hotel - clean and very modern. Service was slacking in friendliness but it didn't spoil our stay. Close to many shops/restaurants and mainline train station. Happy with my stay and would return.

Excellent hotel for value in off-season. The quality of the rooms are superb, with plenty of modern features. The fitness centre with sauna and steam is the cherry on top. Felt well setup here.

The hotel canceled my reservation a few hours before the check-in! Got a notification about a credit card issue a day or two before the start date. Immediately updated card. But what was a surprise once I landed and turned off flight mode? They canceled my reservation. Okay, the card issue is my problem, but why was the reservation not canceled at that time? Why did I update my credit card, but they didn't even check? Why wait till the start date, then? I called them, and they are saying to book once again. Yeah, with a 50% price increase for the same room. Thank you so much. Never had such issues before. Worst ever experience.

Please stay away from this hotel. The front desk lady who worked on 18.09.2023 during my check out at 12:00 o'clock, was ver rude. They did not accept to put company address to the invoice. They were not friendly and solution oriented. This was a failure from me to choose such a bad hotel. Never again.

Love this hotel. It is a very nice and good looking, the facilities are kind of new, and you have very close a metro and train station with places to eat and shopping. The hotel is not close to the center but can move very easily

One of the kindest staff on the hotel I ever met. New and stylish, not far from underground (metro). 23:39 super noisy around. So if you are not heavy sleeper like me, ask staff for room on the other side ot the hotel. Giving five stars anyway.

My partner and I had an amazing experience here when we stayed for a euro game at the Ajax stadium. Rooms were extremely clean and modern, staff amazingly friendly. Hotel is right across from the stadium so couldn't choose a more ideal location

The hotel is great, they are very friendly and gave us the room even before.the checkin. The room has a fantastic bed, perfect furniture and extras, even.a nespresso machine with capsules and tea is prepared. We were very very happy and the price was really ok. Also the breakfast was great.

Not really the look and feel of a business travel hotel however was nice for a change. The room are spacious and ideal for working. The room service was good, enjoyed the burger. Would be a very different experience without the covid restrictions.

Just come back from a 3 night stay here, would love to come back again. Room was nice and comfy. Alot of venues nearby due to ziggodome and Cruyff arena. If you are planning on staying here and navigating the trams to Centraal station, go to strandvliet station as it seems closer than blivjmer arena

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a business workshop. The rooms are very comfortable, the meeting room was great as well. The food overall was fresh and tasty (breakfast, breaks, and lunch). The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from the airport, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I would recommend the hotel for both a business event or a personal stay.

Nice, modern hotel with an excellent location for concerts in Ziggo Dome or football matches in the arena. No real complaints, a good experience. 16 minutes by Metro from downtown Amsterdam, so if you plan to explore the city there are plenty of hotels that are closer though.

One of the best value for money hotels I've stayed at. Staff was helpful and nice, breakfast was great, room was spacious and so clean - it felt like a 5 star hotel on budget. Only downside is the location . Roughly 8 minutes walk to metro.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Jaz Hotel, choosing to stay due to the close location to the Ajax stadium where we watched a concert. The staff were attentive, our room was clean and spacious, the views were good and the bed was big and very comfortable. It was also cool that a Bluetooth speaker was available in the room. Had a fantastic stay at The Jaz Hotel this weekend while attending the Harry Styles concert at the Ziggo Dome. Such a perfect location which allowed me to sit and supervise my teenage daughter while she queued to get in. My plan was never to attend so this was a fab compromise. The rooms were a great size, massive beds and the food at breakfast and in the bar was fantastic. If I was to visit Amsterdam again this would be my choice of hotel as it's close to the station and local shops.

For 4* hotel they have some problems with the shower, ventilation and installations. All rooms have a portable box and for some rooms they do not work. They do not have q tips and toiletries. The breakfast has the same things and sometimes they do not refill. I have expected more from a 4* hotel but overall was good

Great room, modern vibe. Service was lacking as night staff was not be able to help appropriately and we felt that even the regular day staff was very confused and could not resolve our questions regarding payment and taxes. Overall, a decent experience. Note that the train stations are somewhat inconvenient to reach with lugagge.

I was there for a business trip and you can reach it quite easily via car or by walk. The design of this hotel is super modern and different to other hotel brands. All is about music 🎶🎵...I love it! Rooms and layout are funky and have a great concept which you can find and see everywhere. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel 💕

I choose to stay here because I was travelling alone and didn’t wanted to wander through the city after a concert. The staff was friendly and helpful.My room was really nice and modern. Really good planing of the room, enough space for everything. The bed was super comfy! I appreciated the extra lock on the door 🙃 The cleaning lady did a great job every day! 😊 The price was really ok for a 3nights stay, I would definitely keep this hotel in mind next time I’m visiting Amsterdam.

Very comfortable rooms! 5 minute walk to the train making it very easy to get to wherever in the city. Nice and quiet when there isn’t a concert but very tolerable for us when there. I definitely recommend to my friends and family and would come back when I come back to Amsterdam

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are perfect. The food and breakfast was delicious and healthy. It’s perfect as it’s right next to the Ziggo Dome, where I was able to see my favorite band (The Cure) in concert! Highly recommended.

Rooms are very trendy and clean. Location is great as Johan Cruijff Arena is about 50ft away. The restaurant and bar inside serve great drinks and pretty good food. Breakfast is buffet style and you can purchase daily. The metro is walking distance and a short ride away to Amsterdam.
