They really know all about chicken ;-) There is nothing that even remotely comes close to KFC. I visit KFC restaurants more often than I would like to admit. Specially the Zinger burger is a great spicy snack. Highly recommended!

Pathetic. We ordered the Original Burger. Got one zinger and one tiny original burger. Asked for no sauces and no veggies. Got veggies and extra sauce which makes the bread hella soggy. Cannot be reached on the phone. Stay away from this unprofessional place

Modern building located in a relaxed environment. Food was alright but what let it down was paying €0,75 for a source meant for fries. That is almost €1,00 for an ordinary fries sauce. Absolutely ridiculous! Stop this rip off now!

Worst KFC ever!!! Please fire the manager! I live 200m away, ordered here at least 30x (out of necessity due to time constraint). Products are not fresh!! Not crunchy, they always forget something, I pay for sauce, don’t get it. No wet wipes and no regular napkins. Doesn’t deserve such a A spot.

This KFC was absolutly terrible. The staff needed more than 35 minutes to make the food and it tasted like old fat. On the next day we arrived there 1,5 hours before closing time and didn't get in there. The staff screamed we should stand in the drive in row outside which was about 15-20 cars long. And they couldn't handle it too. Please take another restaurant or drive in!

Standard Burger King interior decor and atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. For me this is really important in a fast food place. The prices are average for a BK in the Netherlands. This one is convenient if your travelling by the main A2 highway as it's easy to get off the road and bank on again. The food was hot, freshly made and tasted, well. Like a a Burger King burger 🙂. Nothing above expectations really but a good place to grab a quick meal if you're in a hurry. Cost wise I start to wonder if these fat food chains are really that much more value for money anymore... At €14.20 for a meal that satisfied my hunger, its a little heavy for me. But that's not specific of course to this place or Burger King but in general.

Had to wait so long for my order in the KFC that we ordered a burger from Burger King for the wait (no joke). Seemed as they were understaffed by looking at the pace of things. However, there were always at least 4 people in the kitchen. Food was kinda stale. I wouldn't really recommend it. They lost my friends order (I don't even know how), which we only found out about after 45 minutes. I was here at midnight, after going to a concert. It might've been the time of day. So if you're thinking about doing the same thing as me: don't. Just go to Burger King instead.

These kind of people know how to manage 1 car per 13/14 minutes (15 cars+). Never ever experienced this. Unmotivated mentality. Never again. Forget this company. Apply for a job, it’s all you have to do to be accepted. Hello McDonalds!

Very very bad. The staff is ungenerous. Potatoes in the smallest package are sold for both medium and large. This is not good. The toilets are dirty. It is not recommended. The restaurant is open until 2:00 a.m. on Friday. Why can't the second floor be used at 11pm? The cleaning woman is in a hurry to go home and won't let me sit down. Why? Pay attention to this. This is a problem in all restaurants. It doesn't say anywhere that we can use the second floor until 10 or 11 pm. This is not OK. Every time the woman who cleans looks bad because we are disturbing her. We are customers and we pay for it. We also pay her salary. Remind the cleaning lady of this.

When we were there, there was a long line of cars waiting for the drive thru, but inside there were many seats available. So don't let the cars scare you off. Sitting at the ground floor is not recommended, but the first floor is nicer and larger. It may take a while before getting your order, but the quality is good.

Delicious, tasty, best KFC 🍗 in Amsterdam. With space for packing. The service there is a bite slow when is busy. Friday, Saturday and Sunday from midday 13:00 - 17:00. These are the busy hours.

I remember when fast food was actually fast. Still, I only came here cos at BK none of the self service machines were actually working.

Well it was one of the few places still opened at 22:30. I still had to drive for another 3 hours, so why not. Food was like a regular KFC elsewhere, the place was a bit dirty, the staffs were indifferent, but it served its purpose. The design of the building itself was interesting. Kinda cool.. So, there was a plus.

Sucks, placed an order online, said 4 minutes in the app. After 30 minutes 4 orders got served and mine wasn't even on screen. I asked for my money bag. No service and the manager was "busy" fixing things in the back while the store was full and nobody was being served.

They gave me a medium menu instead of a large one I paid for take out. And when I tell this to them, they had a super negative facial expression as if it's not their fault. Then they couldn't organize between themselves for just a fries and drink size change and I waited for 10 minutes. And when I came home I noticed that my extra sauce is missing too. I don't know what is the problem with this restaurant but their employees represent them in the worst possible way. I felt like I'm begging for free food.

Sometimes there is a wait for the drive in, but in general this is a good restaurant with very good veggie options. Easy parking and also easy to reach by bike and bus.

Good value for money but very crowded, and I advise to avoid on a weekend...I felt the crsips should have been crispier, but they were under time pressure and pulling out batches quicker than usual to speed up the process

I've ordered at this kfc dozens of times and each time they miss at least one item. Last time they missed two entries meals out of three.

No matter if you take away, drive thru, or dine in, they mess up something in your order every single time. Also many times the food is cold and old.

I was waiting for my food for 15 min, the Lady came and told me “I have to wait for my chicken in KFC” for extra 15 min. When I asked - what do they have instead? She told me “wow okay” and left to the counter. Ridiculously slow and too much “vibe” Like WAtt? Avoid that restaurant and the staff is horrible there.

bad vibe eatery here, because the staff consists of mostly quiet quitters and/or lazy people; so you have to wait very long time to get your order, hopefully the correct one at that. and the chicken is either overcooked or undercooked depending on who is working that shift. if it wasnt for my better half insisting on chickenwings i would never come here ever again.

Employees is not really proffesionals. I wait for one order 25 minutes and one lady can prepare my order very bad attitude and move from another bag into my bag same box with wings.This is not acceptable.. KFC management Take action and supervision them ,myself I do not go there.

Worst KFC experience ever for us. Not fast food, tedious slow food. 30 minutes between ordering and serving the food (3 burgers and 3 drinks). Paid for reusable packaging, got one way. Waste bins were overloaded and trays with trash were standing everywhere. Seemingly short on (sufficiently trained) personnel. Annoying is that drive thru and the Uber Eats have priority over every one. Paid 42 euros. Not worth the money

The staff dont know how to use the till machines. I ordered a meal worth €20 and they missed 2 burgers in my meal and in my receipts. They dont know their own meals

KFC needs to improve the staff training and better recruitment. It takes more than 40 mins to wait here and the staffs seem no knowledge what process should follow. The toilet is not clean. Very bad experience here!

So basically me and my family orderd a family bucket and the man was laughing at us and the fanta litterly tasted like water customer service was bad and the chicken wasn't done

Drive way: Food: multiple parts of the order were not given Service: waited 30 minutes to order. Worker couldn't hear us and started to complain: "sir you've been waiting in this line for so long and u don't know your order? You're holding up the line, how could you not know your order". We tried to order but she kept interrupting us to say the above. Take note that it was extremely busy, but that is no excuse to be this rude.

Ordered food in machine and after I paid it lost my order and they didn't even have my order in their system. So frustrating, never had such a bad experience like that

It's fine, the only thing is that if you're going during dinner time, usually there are a lot of people and it takes quite long to get your order. Sometimes, the screen with the orders ready to go doesn't work, so you really have to pay attention to hear if they mention your number, which could be quite difficult with all the people and kids.

Waiting time was very long for fast food. We waited for almost 30 mins😵😵😵 After the food had arrived, they forgot my add-on of extra cheese and extra bacon. Luckily, I checked before we left the place.

Im putting one star because I cannot comment without it.... Otherwise it would be 0. We ordered through Uber eats. It was supposed to be delivered at 23.50, then at 00.00, then at 00.10 and at the end the order disappeared. However the money wasn't returned. Paying 30€ for nothing...
