🫤 The food was tasty but the service needs an improvement urgently. I can recommend this place for a team event! They have lots of games (and some of them are actually nice). Usually I don’t expect much food-wise from those kinds of places, but TonTin surprised me. Of course, the most of the food wasn’t great (everyone in the group gave burger 3 stars out of 5), but yakitori and jacked sweet potato were super good! Staff is busy, but I see that they do their best to make your experience nice.

The food was tasty but the service needs an improvement urgently. The hostess decided to play with the computer instead of bringing us to our table, of course after we sat down there was no menu, etc. The bar is collapsed, just getting tokens for the games may take a while. Employees must be trained. It feels many were recently hired and not told what or how to do things. The place is very noisy and not because of the music. The arcade is below standards. Some games have broken screens, there’s barely any space to move around, and most games are time bound (you play 1 or 2 minutes and you’re out). Overall, a sub-average experience. Just the food is good.

Amazingly fun! The people, the atmosphere, the location but mostly the arcade upstairs make this a great place to spend the night. About 15 arcade games ranging from dance dance revolution to pong are located upstairs. Buy a beer and some tokens at the bar and you will have a good time. A bit crowded, the music is too loud to hear the game music (maybe I'm getting old) and there is a.spot.misimg to place your drink when playing a game. And some machines a not is the best condition. But great fun, easy to reach and good service.

The staff that weren't sitting on their phones were really rude. The place was super empty and it took us ages to get seated because no one was doing their job. When we did get seated there was no table service. Why do I need to get seated if I have to order at the bar anyway? Half the games were broken. I've been here a few times now and both times it's being a massive dissapointment. Won't be giving it another chance. It's a great idea but very poorly executed. Get yourself some staff who care and this place could be really fun. Fish tacos were really nice so it gets an extra star for having really lovely food!

The restaurant is located on the first floor, has an industrial decor and dim lighting. They have a variety of starters and a mix of Asian dishes and Dutch snacks. The upstairs floor has a variety of arcades with a good atmosphere. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Friendly and close service, although with little experience.

Nice place to have a drink, snack or have dinner. Plenty of place to sit outside or inside. The food tasted good, especially the burgers. Chips needed a bit more salt. Service was not particularly fast but very friendly and helpful.

Kind of pricey. Best games were either broken down (SEGA RALLY) or had severely burned out displays (TIME CRISIS). Also has plenty of table-top, desk-board, and card games. Certainly do not go there alone, take your friends along with you!

Unfriendly staff, lost their minds when we were 7 instead of 6 people (additional chairs are too much of an extra effort apparently). The arcade games that require music (like the drum game, and the dancing game) are muted so you dont hear anything, which robs the game of its fun altogether. Pinball and gun game are okay as sound is not so important there.

TonTon club is quite small for an arcade place. Was expecting a bit more games. Still was fun as we were with our friends. the food was good, we ordered the ramen chicken and the vegetarian one, liked the service, the overall club could improve.

The interesting and quirky old building is the perfect setting for the theme of the restaurant/bar, which is full of arcade games upstairs and allows groups or couples to sit at the tables downstairs and play board games of their choice. It had a relaxed atmosphere and the games allow you to have a really fun evening. The music was also great and the prices for the drinks and tokens are reasonable.

We had some much fun at this place. It has great arcade games and board games. Nice atmosphere and a great sarcastic waitress made the evening to a great success! My only criticism: that group in the corner on the first floor having a birthday party wasn’t the best idea. They blocked some games and it got way too busy there.

Fun place, with different arcade and board games. At peak times it can get pretty crowded, reserve otherwise hard to find a place. There are not that many games but sufficient to have a go! Gin tonic was really good. I wish they could have better music though, it’s hip hop and trap mostly.

Great place, great vibe, great service. Re-lived my youth playing Time Crisis, Mario Kart and Adams Family Pinball! Plus, loads of our favourite board games to play downstairs with some great food and drinks.

The arcade area is incredibly sub par with very few games, very crowded as they clearly allow more people than should be up there, many machines broken and many of the working ones with menus exclusively in Japanese. They have a few nice board games and the service was fine, we did not eat so can't comment on the food. The website seems to mention a ballpit that also doesn't exist

A nice place to relax with your partner or friends. The restaurant below is quite busy and you can have a nice meal here together with some party / board games. You can grab those board games freely from a corner in the restaurant. Since alsmost everybody is playing games the place becomes quite hectic. The food perfectly aligns with the atmosphere here, such as burgers etc. When you go upstairs you have a small arcade and this is where we had the most fun. The machine that they have are really fun to use. Especially the music game with the drums. Would certainly recommend going here for a fun evening!

We came for the arcade machines and had booked a table. Due to large groups our table was taken. Though some good ones we had hoped for more and more retro ones. Nice building, very industrial.

Great local to relax with your friends. Atmosphere was nice, the staff is super friendly and prices are okay. The food is below average unfortunately and not tasty so I would say just come for drinks if you want to come. The arcades are fun but some of them are broken and not working correctly. Good to try once!

The bar is simply AMAZING. Locations is an urban industrial building with two floors. You can play games at your table (booth) while getting drinks (which I liked pretty much). Highlight is the arcade with air hockey, flipper, pacman, mario kart and a dancing machine. It gives American movie vibes and it is SO MUCH fun. The style inside is super cool and prices are okay. There also seems to be a super nice outside area (but no need for that in January). I‘d always come back. I wish we had one of those in my hometown as well.

Go Go for the food on the terrasse !Small dishes, very tasty and fresh with a very delicate decoration. Dont come inside if you want a peaceful place, its noisy and avoid the coco cocktail, it was not good and what we can considerate a real cocktail, i couldnt drink it . The total concept is cool ! Thoses few arcades you pay a bit expensively with coins, where some are hard to get or a bit boring, let you have a nice time for a first time.Place which deserve a try ✨🤘🏻

I was visiting from New Zealand and thought this place was bloody wonderful. With the amazing and fun vibe, I would definitely recommend a visit to TonTon Club.

Fun Arcade themed bar in the middle of a park. They seemed a bit understaffed as we often had to wait for a new round or had to go up and ask. Would be a great place to take your kids and be able to enjoy a drink

Such a lovely atmosphere and loved the vegan options. I had vegan gyoza and it was so so good.😍 Truly recommend.🙂 And also, cocktails are 👌.

I came here with my work colleagues. We mainly ate small sharing dishes and there were plenty of vegetarian options. Great beer menu. Games area was good fun, not huge but a decent variety of retro machines and ice hockey. Toilets need an upgrade - lights would be a good start!

Busy place with atmosphere. We were sitting outside for a while, but when we asked for a table for 10 inside, it was full. But waitress came to call us when they got free table. We were sitting upstairs, where the fun happens. Games area was very good, it's a pity you can't win any prices, haha. We enjoyed the atmosphere, it was completely full house, but still possible to find empty machines to get a play rounds. Just adults, no kids, so it was really calm and fun place at the same time. I didn't eat, but my friends had some burgers and nachos, saw that service was fast and food looked nice. Friendly staff, good service, good atmosphere and good food. 👍

Cozy terrace, nice staff, tasty food. We tried the crab burger, oreo strawberry milkshake and the takoyaki. Takoyaki was absolutely delicious. The burger was good but personally I would prefer not seeing the legs 😂

Food and drinks were great but service was not. The host/manager was wonderful, but she was all over the place keeping an eye on everything. While our waitress (short haired tall girl) did not look at her tables. Tried signaling her for 10 min, she looked at me, I put up my hand in request, she smiled and then never came to our table. She brought only my dinner and then my partner’s never came until, 10 minutes later, the manager came by and saw we were STILL waiting for his meal.

Great Location and Games! Sadly everything else is not good. 15 minutes to get a Menu, after leaving the menu they completely forgot about us for another 15 min. They even got to other tables that arrived after us. After 30 min we order our first drinks and meal. Drinks came at the 50 min mark and food at the 70 min mark. The place wasn't even full. Unfortunately this is the worst service I've experienced in the netherlands. I wish the staff was better trained :(

Always a good time to be had at Ton Ton. It’s a great daytime hangout, in good or bad weather, with fun games and good food. The only frustration is that some of the arcade games eat up tokens. Some are entirely in Japanese and a bit tricky to figure out, but that’s fun in its own way.

  • 4/5 Jim O. 5 years ago on Google
The arcades are a little stingray on coins so prepare to buy more tokens. That said, very fun and good food! If you can get there early in the evening, it won't be too busy.

A fun place to hang with friends and play some board games and arcade games. The drinks and food are pretty good as well. The only downside that we experienced was the cold and the way they handled our reservation. The doors were opened constantly and it felt like there was not much heating. We would have brought a warm sweater if we knew. The reservation we made was during for 14.00, by which they assusemed we would leave by dinner time, so they booked our table in the evening for another group. Which made us forced to have our dinner elsewhere. So that felt a bit messy. Other then that, I would suggest it, was a fun experience :)

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
