Entrance 25€ Toilet 2€ Locker 2€ Shot 7€ Audience 50+ Empty Impolite staff Buying a ticket is literally only to entry the main doors. Once you are inside, you have to pay another entrance to the toilet of 2€ which is not included the price of the ticket. For drinks, you have to exchange money for tokens which cannot be exchanged back to coins if not used. The club is very poorly sounded, be prepared for three days of deafness. If you think that you are going to a young fresh club, you should know that the audience is about 50 years old but mostly nice people full of life.

Potentially the worst club in Amsterdam. Every typical complaint you could make. Incredibly rude staff, super overpriced, the lockers don't just take a deposit of €2, they COST €2, so if you need to get something from your locker, it's gonna cost you another €2 to get it. And no refunds on their token scam. You can't pay for drinks unless you leave the dance room and swim through the crowd entering so u can get a bundle of "tokens" at the door that you have to spend here and only here. Music isn't special either

Worst club experience of my life. After telling a friend about my bad experience, they told me this club is apparently already being investigated for excessive abuse/violence towards its patrons. Overpriced entry, still have to pay for toilets even after paying for tickets, have to pay for your locker then pay again every time you open it. Overpriced drinks. The list goes on. Save your time and money, avoid this place at all costs.

Expensive, and not good facilities. 1 beer for 4€ and 1 shot was 8€. The small luggage/jacket locker was 4€. Plus toilet fee was 2€ The dance floor was medium size. Not recommended to go there

For this year's 2023 Halloween party, I chose to attend a club after seeing a well-designed and attractive flyer featuring music from the 80s and 90s. However, upon arriving, I immediately felt like I may have made a mistake. The club had absolutely no Halloween decorations. Instead, they had a few graffiti pieces on the walls with some letters or text, and even the dance floor only had three very small skeletons hanging from the ceiling, which were almost unnoticeable. To make matters worse, the bars had no Halloween decor at all, and the staff didn't wear costumes or anything related to Halloween. Adding to the disappointment, they charged a rather high price of 5 euros per locker, and I needed two lockers because they were so small. This was inconvenient since we all had jackets that didn't fit in a single locker. Furthermore, they even charged 4 euros for using the toilets. Despite having a good time with the music and drinks, I couldn't help but wonder why the party planners hadn't invested in decorating the venue or even organizing a costume contest. It was a Halloween party, after all. This lack of effort was disappointing, and I don't plan on returning to this place. I can only give them 2 stars, primarily because they had an adequate number of staff.

On te positive side, it was easy to get in. The staff was nice. It was not too hot. On the negative side, you are forced to buy tokens. 35 euros for 10 tokens. 3 tokens for a gin tonic and 1 for a beer, not cheap. The music was the same beat for hours and hours, but I suppose that was just the night. There was nowhere to sit, if you want to sit you need to spend extra money for a special ticket so the sitting area was empty and everyone had to stand. Overall 2 stars, not a place I would come back to or recommend.

Panama club is amazing! Every party is unique and has its own theme! Yesterday I went to the 60, 70, 80, 90, 00s party! It was just an experience. Keep your eyes on the website to know what’s coming!

I would not expect this place to be the worst club in the WORLD. They have overprices, they push you to use their 2€ of locker for each of your staff. The workers are extremely rude.

I couldn't believe this club doesn't have only 1-star reviews until I saw that they give out free shots for 5-star reviews. Classy. I will not be coming here again -- it feels like a money-making scam at every step of the way. Firstly, the token system for buying, well, everything. And you have to purchase different kinds of tokens from different desks/machines, for drinks (4 euro for a beer or wine) toilets (2 euro) and lockers (5 euro!). These insanely overpriced lockers are tiny as well -- you might just squeeze your jacket in there. Oh, maybe I'll just take it into the venue, you might say. Save myself the money. But you're not allowed to, you're forced to use the lockers. This is all on top of a rather high entrance ticket fee by the way. When your night is off to this kind of start, it's hard for any act to feel worth it. Ours certainly didn't.

Went to a Drum and Bass night on Thursday the 20th of October 2022. It was a great line up and the djs did a great job. The thing that has me absolutely rattled is the deafeningly loud speakers that were pushed beyond their capacity to throw sound. There was only 100 people at the gig so the need for the sound system to be that loud was not there. it's been three days and even with ear plugs my ears are ringing. Anyone who knows anything about sound systems will tell you that you should be able to have a conversation with the person next to you at the back of the crowd and still enjoy enormous bass. To say anything, even to the bar staff way off in the corner was a scream. basically fire your sound guy becuase he is damaging people's ears and your reputation. On another note the gin and tonics will cost you €10.5 Euro (a token system that will cost you €35 for 10 tokens which a gnt will cost you 3 tokens) so preload as much as possible. What a rip off!!!

Awful club, don’t go. clearly oversold tickets last night and waited over an hour to get in, when we did get it it was pretty empty with about 150 people still waiting outside so no idea why they were letting people in so slowly. Can’t pay with cash, only tokens that you have to buy first and very expensive drinks- a single vodka redbull is 4 tokens which is €16!!! unheard of prices and sub standard club. Genuinely saw people having *** and were not kicked out but many girls were and left alone cold without their jackets, phones etc. not allowed back in to retrieve them and left very upset due to rude and overly aggressive security, i believe it was only one or two perpetrators. avoid

    - They force you to buy at least 17 euro of beer tokens. So if you want just one beer, this not possible! - Security starts to push out people 1 hour before the end of the event. - Place looks overall empty of furniture and decorations

good club, nice staff and not too hot even with a lot of people, its only down side is that its insanely expensive. 2 euro for lockers where only 1 jacket or 1 backpack fits. 2 euros for using the toilet and u can get 2 shots and 1 beer with €17,50. if it was cheaper I would give it 5 stars

Went to Carnival Amsterdam for exchange students. There’s a locker which will cost you €2, and I had an ice tea which cost €3. The light was great, and there are places to sit and rest when you’re too tired from dancing. But honestly I wasn’t feeling the music much, and the remixes of songs sometimes ruin the dynamic and beats so it was kinda hard to dance. This place is also a bit far from city center.

Attended a dance event at this venue. Sound quality was really really poor. Expected to have a good dance experience with music across the decades but it was completely spoilt by the annoying MC who made us all feel like we were at a gym class. I heard many many people complaining and even a complaint to the manager was ignored. I definitely Don’t recommend this venue.

Understaffed bar, broken and dirty restrooms you are forced to pay 2 euros for, oversold tickets to the point the door is blocked. Though the music is good the sound system can't overpower the crowd. If you go, expect a crowded house party instead of a club.

Very inconvenient token system. You have to buy 3 separate tokens for the drinks, locker and wc. Who came up with this "brilliant" idea?! Never seen this anywhere else. Wc should include in the entrance/ ticket price.

I do not recommend this place at all and actually suggest you avoid it. The themed club nights are not what you expect them to be (they get some cheap random performers rather than play the actual music) You'll be ripped off at every turn. €2 to use the bathroom each time (which I'm certain isn't legal if you're serving drinks), €4 for a locker (which you have to use if you have even the lightest jacket, €20 for 5 tokens for drinks (minimum 5 token purchase) - bearing in mind that a vodka redbull will set you back 4 tokens. This is all after you've paid €20 for the entry. Staff are rude and opening is always late. Avoid.

Nice enough venue, but very expensive drinks and they ran out of most of them pretty quickly. During a Taylor Swift party with 90% women, they didn't have any wine and the alternatives were very expensive... Also themed drinks were promised, but not there, the decor was bad and the lighting blinded the crowd at the moments when they wanted everyone to look at a stage. Horrible organisation

Really disappointing experience. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS CLUB. Could absolutely not recommend. They falsely advertise events to get people to come and then charge them as much as they can for everything. Imagine paying €4 for a tiny locker that can barely fit a full coat and €2 to use the restroom with NO toilet paper and they won’t even let you buy drinks with cash/card you HAVE TO buy tokens (€4 = 1 token). Completely bad.

Busy Halloween night. Place was like a sauna. Buying tokens for drink a joke meaning you’ve to queue twice before you get any drink. Drink tokens wayyyyy to expensive nearly €20 for 2 shots. Not worth it what’s so ever. Have to pay for toilets and lockers also. Money scam

It was awful! They oversold tickets, waited 45 minutes in the line even with a ticket. In there it was overcrowded. No ventilation, very hot to the point I felt faint. Security was rude and kept searching us. Expensive drinks. Toilets were not big enough for everyone, you had to queue 30 minutes for the toilet! Don't get me started on how bad the music was on the 29th of October!! Avoid this club by all means!

"Oh great, they have a token system for buying drinks..." said nobody ever! Expensive token system for drinks, charging for access to the toilet, expensive single use locker system, poor sound quality throughout and all the staff were miserable. My friend and I spent a night at a Luminosity event here and the DJs were really good, could not fault them! The venue sadly let the experience down. All the staff we encountered were miserable and abrupt with you apart from the lady charging access to the toilet. However that was bittersweet, I've never had to pay for toilet access inside a venue before so was genuinely quite shocked about that! You have to buy tokens for drinks which are €4 each, 1 token for a 33cl Bavaria and 4 for a vodka and energy drink (€16!!!). The locker is single use, if you open it then prepare to pay again but what I think was most disappointing was the sound. We moved around quite a bit and found the sound flat, lacking any body or real depth apart from in the corners and at the bar where very muddy bass overpowered the mids and highs. I realise that for clubs to exist they have to make a profit but this place seems to aim to fleece the customer hard at the expense of any quality whatsoever. The size and layout inside is quite comfortable and the lighting was okay so could be good if managed well. But save your money and your time and wait for the act you want to see perform a different venue or risk disappointment seeing them here.

Toilet lady was bluntly rude and unprofessional. Transition's from number to number were uhm interesting and abruptly. Would not recommend going here. Apparently paying money at the door means you still need to pay 2 euros for going to the toilet

Yesterday, we attended a paid-entry ABBA party. Unfortunately, in addition to the entrance fee, there were extra charges: 5 euros per locker (barely fitting a sweater), 2 euros for the restroom, and 4 euros each for drink coins (redeemable for a single beer). While the ABBA music was good, a filler show was included, which was not in line with the ABBA theme and a very poor choices and left us with a negative overall experience. We won't be returning.

The lockers are extremely tiny and cost 3 euros each, we had to get 4 cos' winter clothing takes room, the drink tokens were 3,50 and it takes 4 of them to get vodka with redbull, and you have to take the price of the tickets into account as well. The music itself was the biggest disappointment, for a techno dancing night, we listened to the same basic beat for an hour, it barely even qualified as music. We spent two hours there, we really tried to make it work, but we're not setting foot there again.

Rude staff, overpriced everything. If you don’t have a €2 coin for lockers they charge you €5 for a token. Never felt more scammed in a club. And the fact you have to queue to get to the smoking area is just ridiculous. And then queue again when you come back in to be searched 😵‍💫 All other 1 star reviews are on point! Avoid!

The WeLove80s90s00s10s event had great music that was not sampled/mixed as it was in Paradiso but mostly just the original tracks. For people wanting older music I think that works better. It was quiet at first but full by midnight. Great atmosphere, great dancing. Full range of ages from 20s to 60s. Roughly even mix of men and women. No violence I could see. One or two drunk people but nothing nasty. As other reviewers noticed, it's €5 for a tiny locker you can squeeze one winter coat into, €2 to have a stamp on your wrist for the toilets, €4 per beer (€40 for 10 tokens, 1 beer per token). So it's not cheap, even after you're inside.

Huge queues for the toilet at sold out events. At the same time, the cleaner, who controls the number of people entering the toilet (why the hell he's even doing it?) think that it is acceptable to grab people's hands. Also, ultra small lockers. My small cabin bag (I arrived for one day by plane) didn't fit.

Came here for a kpop event - The bartenders do their best (the individual one working the second level was A+), space has good air flow and ample space. Bathrooms are gross and costed .5e per visit but whatever. Drink token system makes sense and is actually pretty efficient if you’re ahead of the game (and u already are by reading this!). Lockers are handy, just be careful with the keys; if you turn I think it swallows ur 2e whether or not it’s closed! Overall had a great night & no real complaints

Great place to have party until sunrise 🌅 Drinks are ok. The place is usually absolutely full so, be prepared to receive some elbow hits in your ribs. If you are not a person who likes SUPER LOUD AND PACKED places, better avoid it, if you don't mind that and you are looking to go hard this is your place. Club seems ok with all kinds of people wich is very cool and no dress code as long as I could notice. Be ready to PAY FOR EVERYTHING even for taking a shhhh cause they bill you 2 euros for the closet and 2 euros for the TOILET lmaooo So, you know.

5€ for lockers. 18€ for vodka-energy mix. Bad organized. Long waiting times at the toilet for men (10-15min!). They only want the money. No good feelings there anymore. A few years ago (pre covid) one of my favourite clubs.

This is probably the worst club and the worst night I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. This is expensive and it’s very tough for tourists to get inside. Everything cost everything is expensive. and if you want to get out for a smoke you have to wait in line about 15 minutes minimum, if you are a smoker do not come.

It was the worst experience in a club that I had in my life: first the cost is not cheap to enter, 16 euros without any drinks included, you have to pay 2 euros when you use the bathroom (and they r really dirty) and the attention is bad, nobody is polite. Another thing: you cannot enter with a jacket, keep in mind that it is cold in Amsterdam. Totally disappointing and if you are thinking of a good night out this is not the place.

  • 3/5 Michael Z. 1 year ago on Google
Ok club, good music; weird coins system (first you buy coins then to buy your drink); extremely small lockers (backpack or bike battery doesn't fit in); lockers are single use (you pay for the locker coin - 3e, when you open your locker once, you need another coin to lock your stuff again). Pity that you gotta pay to enter the venue and then you pay for all those little extras.

  • 4/5 Ares G. 1 year ago on Google
It was fun because of the exchange party and they also had another studio throwing latino songs. They also have photobox in the locker room.

  • 1/5 Vladimir V. 1 year ago on Google
Two of our friends drunk the "complimentary" shots that the bartenders gave them for free. In less then an hour they both felt terrible and did not remember a single thing the next day. The bartender did not want to drink one himself because "he was working", but was seen drinking just less then 30 minutes after that. Are they drugging female customers or it's just some kind of a magic coincidence? Feels like the first one is the only true answer.

(Translated by Google) Nice location, reasonably well-ventilated room. Do bring small change, because a safe (if it works) is € 2 and it is difficult to exchange it if there are no staff in the room. A stamp for unlimited toilet use is also € 2 and 50 cents for one-time use. However, the toilets could use some maintenance. Security was very attentive, the bar staff were okay next to a flat Amsterdammer who is very smart for no reason. Drink prices are quite expensive, especially if you already pay € 13.50 for entrance. € 4.50 for a beer (from Bavaria) and € 10.50 for Vodka / RedBull if I remember correctly, very pricey even by Amsterdam standards. Sound system is good, music is mostly good after a while. Despite these points of attention, Panama is also a great club, but personally I prefer to only visit it at special events. (Original) Mooie locatie, redelijk goed geventileerde zaal.

Very liberal place, no entrance fee, lockers, bar gives out free water. Music is better than in some clubs charging entrance fee

Good for big parties and events. It is so close to the tram station therefore no need to bring your car. The music sound level is a bit high time to time. It is convenient place to dance as it has a very big dancing floor.

I attended there 2 years in row luminosity event in Panama. I love this club very much , the music makes you jump all of time, the staff is friendly and the drinks are less expensive compared to other places. One of main reason I love this club , that most of people I see and meet there are friendly .Great atmosphere.

(Translated by Google) Panama is, and remains, a cozy club where you can step out of the old fashioned way. No elitist behavior at the door where you are required to justify your visit. For example, by indicating which DJ you are coming for. People just come here because they want to go out for an evening.

Honestly, worst clubbing experience of my life. The staff at this establishment couldn’t have been more unprofessional. My friend unreasonably got kicked out of the club on his way to the smoking area after having paid for a ticket and having done nothing remotely wrong or illegal inside. We left willingly as the atmosphere was disgusting to begin with however, after asking multiple staff members for an explanation as to why he got kicked out not a single one could provide a justified explanation. Therefore, we utilized our legal rights as customers and asked to speak to the manager. After our polite request, the staff decided they couldn’t be bother to address our concerns and proceeded to pretend to all be managers. Even so, not even the so called “managers” were willing to give a reasonable explanation. I believe that there was indeed no reasonable expectation. It’s simply that the staff are incredibly unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else

This club has alot of potential, but unfortunately the bouncer ruined our stay. We had to stay in line for 20 mins to go outside for some fresh air just because the bouncer was gossiping with his friends instead of doing his job. Upon getting outside, we were forced to go inside again after approximately three minutes for no reason. There were no other people trying to get outisde and we were only about five people standing outside when he essentially shoved us inside again forcefully and with a terrible attitude. I understand that drunk people are tought to handle and that such people often show poor behavior, but the attitude of this bouncer was simply unacceptable. He seemed to be in dire need of bestowing his authority onto others due to a severe lack of self esteem. Not going back there lol.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
