    I’m not sure why the negative ratings for their places on here. No complaints at all. I guess the only thing I could find negative is that they have a coffee machine in waiting room and I couldn’t drink anything until after my procedure! But it was worth the wait because it’s a super nice coffee machine. They gave me small snack and coffee after my exam. The staff was so friendly and available. Probably the easiest visit I’ve had to any place like this. The place was super clean. The doctor was nice and spoke perfect English. Nice location too.

    Doctor Franke gets 5 stars with his team of fantastic nurses, but DC clinic itself I only give 1 star. Terrible customer service, not or very difficult to reach. I'm going with doctor Franke to Acibadem hospital!!

The clinic itself is great with good doctors but the call center who "manages" calls and appointments is horrible, very sad and frustrating experience every time I need to interact with them.

I was never told how much would my very basic visit cost, and, my bad, I never asked because like I said it was really BASIC and of a total of 20 mins, not counting the waiting times.. so I wasn't sure expecting to receive a bill for 500€. 500!! Really?! Plus, I got told by the doctor that if I had any further questions about my case (which I did...) I could turn to my GP. Sure, the GP, an unspecialized doctor who knows nothing about allergies and even less about my case. But I guess a small follow up question isn't included in the fee. If I maybe pay you another 500, am I entitled to ask it still? (I'm joking of course). Charging the double of the amount the service should have costed isn't moral, it isn't even marketing (like paying for your expensive Zuid villa..)... but the woman who took the appointment was just in a rush to make me book no matter what, without warning me about important costs. Maybe she lives in a world where she thinks anyone can spend such amounts without any problem, well lucky her and her fairy tale world! But unlike people who put my money in their pockets, the rest of us actually work a little harder and just a bit longer than 20 mins to reach certain standards. You are shameful.

    No complaints at all. The staff cares very well for each patient and they prepared me really well for the procedure. Thanks to the sedation I did not notice anything of the procedure itself. Also after the research the care was up to the highest standards. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Twee weken in het ziekenhuis liggen om dan pas te horen dat er toch een operatie nodig is voor een goed herstel. Nu 3e week dan eindelijk de operatie in Hoofddorp. Veel onnodige tijd verloren dus. Hopelijk is het in hoofddorp beter geregeld. Het geeft voor patiënt en familie een hoop stress en frustratie. Zo zou de zorg toch niet mogen zijn.

    This place is a joke. We’ve been trying to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy for 4 days now and they are incapable of sending it to the correct pharmacy or sending it at all. Impossible to reach, customer service is a joke, which resulted in medication running out even after calling them 4 times. Calling them a fifth time now and we’re on the 23rd minute of waiting.

    My doctor is really nice and polite! She can't speak english very well, but we are all very patient to understand each other! but the staff who just called me was super cranky! I don't speak Dutch, my English isn't perfect either, but when I tried very hard to understand her dutchlish , her voice became louder and angrier! why?     I was trying to call this clinic for two days with no luck - no one was willing to pick up the phone. After spending 2,5 hours in total waiting finally they bothered to reply. And that’s all just to get known that information on the website is not accurate and waiting times are much longer than written there. Such waste of time, no surprise this clinic has such a bad rating.

    I travelled there for help with my horrible migraine (I live far, about 110km from Amsterdam), they promised help and treatment. They found out that something went wrong with the communication, so I need another appointment with the neurologist before the treatment. So I travelled again to see the neurologist. She talked to me like I am crazy. She said I have to take pills AND next to that I can get the treatment. I asked her more times, if it's sure that I can come back for the treatment and she said yes. So I had a new appointment again and I travelled again. They said that I can't get the treatment, because the neurologist didn't agree... She just lied to my face and made me travel for nothing again. So here I am, spent hundreds of euros for gas and parking, missed work days and still without help (yeah, the pills made me sick, so that's no help.) I hope the neurologist is happy now.

After 5 minutes the same boy approached a colleague and then suddenly helped after 5 minutes. Got the feeling that things weren't being done completely fairly.     My wife delivered a girl here in June. The staffs were very kind, caring and competent. We started in the 2nd floor there and got worried as the facility and place looked a bit outdated, with the staffs very busy with other tasks. Her water already broke, we had no way to move to another hospital. But once we are moved to the kraamsuite on the 3rd floor, their kind and caring support started. The staffs gave us close and meticulous care. What's even better was the kraamsuite itself. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. My wife could relax there ready for delivery. We will never forget the care and the kindness the staffs have given to my wife and our baby.

    A friendly and professional clinic. I went to the dermatologist. I was 30 min late due to my mistake and they still let me in, which I appreciated. So great customer service! They found out that my wife as the tuberculosis with an X-RAY performed by an unqualified person (even an student in radiology can do better). The quality of the X-RAY is like what was ADSL to fiber connection nowadays. My wife ran all the tests because they scared us with this story and of course NOTHING, she has absolutely NO-THING.     My wife gave birth in this hospital. It had to become medical birth with gynecologist intervention. Fortunately It all went well. We had to be back few days later because our baby had jaundice and we also had dealings with the ER, neonatology department and the care for the regular babies. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed by the professionalism and kindness of everyone that treated my wife and my daughter along the way. I am specifically thankful to the caring attitude of the nurses in the neonatology department who showed a lot of human support during a stressful moment for us. As the location is far from residential areas and the city centre, it is totally unnecessary to make the visitors pay for parking. The drop off zone at the main entrance is like a small roundabout. It s hard for other cars or taxi s to pass each other. This causes little conflicts sometimes. But the Hospital is amazing!!
