I’ve
had
some
pleasant
experiences
with
this
practice
and
some
very
unpleasant
experiences.
When
I
have
an
appointment
with
the
dermatologist,
she
is
very
lovely
and
listens
to
my
exact
needs,
explains
to
me
my
treatment
plan
and
all
of
that
sort
which
is
extremely
helpful.
However,
when
trying
to
get
a
refill
for
my
prescription,
the
department
is
really
incompetent.
I
have
called
a
total
of
15
times
within
the
last
5
days.
I
explained
last
Thursday
that
I
need
a
refill
on
my
medication,
and
they
told
me
that
the
dermatology
assistant
will
call
me
back.
On
Friday,
the
assistant
called
me
back
and
told
me
on
Monday
the
prescription
will
be
ready.
On
Monday,
I
called
my
pharmacy
and
they
told
me
that
they
haven’t
received
my
prescription.
I
then
called
the
dermatology
department
again,
and
they
said
they
sent
it
again.
This
back
and
forth
happened
a
total
of
4
times.
Today
I
called,
6
times,
as
tomorrow
I
leave
for
vacation
abroad
for
two
weeks
and
hence,
need
my
medication.
I
went
to
the
pharmacy
at
16:30,
after
calling
another
3
times
to
check
whether
the
prescription
was
sent,
and
was
again,
told
that
they
received
no
prescription
receipt.
I
then
called
the
dermatology
department
AGAIN,
and
was
told
that
the
dermatologists
leave
at
15:30.
It’s
incredibly
frustrating
as
I’ve
already
been
without
medication
for
several
days,
and
now
will
be
without
medication
for
two
whole
weeks.
I
really
hope
the
communication
improves,
since
it
is
the
only
downside
of
this
clinic.
