I’ve had some pleasant experiences with this practice and some very unpleasant experiences. When I have an appointment with the dermatologist, she is very lovely and listens to my exact needs, explains to me my treatment plan and all of that sort which is extremely helpful. However, when trying to get a refill for my prescription, the department is really incompetent. I have called a total of 15 times within the last 5 days. I explained last Thursday that I need a refill on my medication, and they told me that the dermatology assistant will call me back. On Friday, the assistant called me back and told me on Monday the prescription will be ready. On Monday, I called my pharmacy and they told me that they haven’t received my prescription. I then called the dermatology department again, and they said they sent it again. This back and forth happened a total of 4 times. Today I called, 6 times, as tomorrow I leave for vacation abroad for two weeks and hence, need my medication. I went to the pharmacy at 16:30, after calling another 3 times to check whether the prescription was sent, and was again, told that they received no prescription receipt. I then called the dermatology department AGAIN, and was told that the dermatologists leave at 15:30. It’s incredibly frustrating as I’ve already been without medication for several days, and now will be without medication for two whole weeks. I really hope the communication improves, since it is the only downside of this clinic.

I was referred by my doctor, I had breathing issues through my nose, always stuffed and trouble breathing. I got booked in with the clinic pretty quick, they were super helpful with all the information and explanations. On the day of my surgery they were very friendly and it went pretty quick without any complications. Now I’m recovering and the overall experience was very relaxing. Not many times did I experience such a nice surgery hahaha! If you have trouble with breathing through your nose then they can definitely help you with it.

This is a diseaster... is not enough that the dr Annegreet Vlug is guided by her own ego instead of helping patients, getting offended when patient ask for help another specialist, makes a diagnosis from behind the desk and for 3 weeks is unable to send a referral to the GP.

Horrible 'hospital'. Don't go here just because they have a shorter waiting list than the OLVG. They scam you with additional tests to make money, then send you to OLVG anyway for the real work, where you then have to start with an intake and months of waiting again. Go to OLVG directly and skip these capitalist scammer that are just there to scam insurance companies out of their money.

I did a deviated septum nose operation last December and I am very happy with the results. Dr. L. Vermeeren was very professional and precise, as well as the anesthesiologist and the nurses. Thanks to you I can breathe much better now.

It's a hit and miss with the eye doctors at this clinic. The first doctor who treated me (doctor Fick) was amazing: knowledgeable, customer friendly, giving clear details about after care. The second one did not want to check my complaints and only told me I need to wear glasses, even though I insisted that he checks the cause of my compaints. I mentioned this feedback also to the clinic. I do not recommend this clinic, if it is just a matter of luck to get a good doctor.

I had a very good experience with this center for my nose issues, they took the matter seriously from the beginning where they started doing tests to understand the souce of the issue and not just giving me temporary medication. After that I did a nose surgey with them and everything was very professional and well done till the recovery!

Been here several times, but only for blood tests. First class service all round.
