Wonderful place to visit & buy fresh vegetables & flowers

Such a great place to visit. You can admire here countless flower & plants species as well as learn about the traditional ways of horticulture.

A hidden jewel not far from Schiphol Airport. Lots of volunteers are working here at the historic garden. A real treat to learn more about the history and see unmanipulated vegetables, plants and trees. The roses are exquisite and smell brings you back in your childhood when roses smelled like roses.

If you love flower gardening, this is a nice place to see. Easy parking, lovely restaurant.

The history of plants and agriculture and lifestyle was in Aalsmeer many years ago.

Awesome place. Must see for everyone who likes (the history of) gardening.

A working nursery, but has many historical trees and plants, with tools and equipment to illustrate. There is a working auction clock, and various maps of the development of the region. A nice tea room adjoins

If u a plant geeks like me. You have to visit! I counting down on when they will open again.

Lots of dahlias in bloom. But the rest is just a few spots of ground with greenery. I expected to see a GARDEN, but there are narrow paths and a few things to see

This “museum” represents the history of the growers and auctioning of flowers in Holland. It’s a must see whenever you are planning to visit the flower auction Royal FloraHolland in the nearby Aalsmeer.

Lovely visit. Children up to 12 are free. Adult ticket €6. The gardens are beautiful with people working in them as you walk around. Vegetables, fruits, flowers, trees, you name it, it grows there! The mini museum at the start shows historic agriculture techniques and is very interesting. There is also a boat trip you can book for an additional fee. There is a cafe next door and it is near bus routes.
