The beautiful miniature park presents all the amazing places of Netherlands. It has good experiences designed with history to explain what Nethlands is all about. It has experiences of ers from 1800 and 1500. It has flying simulation and water wolf which is splendid. Highly recommended for children, school educational trips and tourists etc. This place is almost a full day activity. So, be in comfy shoes and watch out for weather. Its all outdoor activity.

Bit of a touristy place. Nice way to see miniature models about how some dutch engineering works. Well maintained. Parking is super expensive. Good if you're spending the whole day otherwise you have to pay some 10 euro for 2 hours only. (It's 10 euro per day regardless of the time )

What a wonderful place to see the major highlights of Holland. My two boys were highly amused and we took tons of pictures. They also have two parks, one of which we played at and the structures are wonderful. The displays take place outdoors and you have to walk around. It is totally walkable, and it wasn’t overbearing for my 5 and 7 year old. Highly recommend for anyone interested is seeing Holland at a glance.

This was an awesome experience!! You get to examine all these attractions within Holland at such a miniature scale. All the details! The train tracks, the mini-figures, the boats! Everything! This way is completely worth the 23 euro admission fee. If you go, make sure you check it all the different experiences they offer! From the plane experience to the optical illusions! It is all worth it!

It,s like an helicopter ride around Holland. A lot of attention to detail. You can see it in two hours. It was a pity that they don't inform you that despite the park being open till 5pm some of the attraction are closed at 3pm. So while less crowded in the afternoon you have less atractions

This was quite a nice visit to the world famous Madurodam (miniature city). Luckily there were hardly any people when we went, so we had quite a relaxed time walking around and enjoying the place. Truly fascinating in all aspects. There are a lot of interesting shows you can see while you are there. You can also learn a lot about how the Dutch manage to keep the water out of their country with such amazing engineering. Kids will surely love this place.

Beautifully and skillfully placed. Shows the city plans and places to visit in their miniature version but very precised. A good place to visit with kids and family. You should have almost 4-5 hours to see the details of each monument depiction here. It is beautiful and highly recommended.

Beautiful and nice place to visit with your friends and family. It's a city architecture in the Netherlands and the architecture is very detail and precise. There are a lot of interactive show that you can try. You can touch some buttons that available for selected building/areas.

4 hours flew like 3 minutes)) a large territory of mini version of the attractions of the Netherlands. Trains and trams that run throughout the territory. Liners and boats. Many buildings. All exposures are interactive. If you bring the card to the scoreboard, you can see the mini history in the selected language. There is a playground. You can extinguish the fire on the deck with real water. You can add blocks in the port. Be sure to go to the plane and plunge into the incredible atmosphere of 3D flight. I was delighted with mini figurines of people. Even on the skyscraper building there are people who wash the windows. Miniaries are awesome, be sure to look into the windows of some museums and houses, you are waiting for a surprise in the form of an interior room. This is amazing. I advise everyone and recommend for any age. There is also where to eat and drink something. And of course the store of souvenirs)

It is a really really great museum, there are around 6 attractions to learn new things, most a them you need to be active and do things manually to do the activities. The small building all around the museum is nice and you can learn a lot y reading the small text. It took us 2h45 to do the whole park

We enjoyed our time there! The park is beautiful, very well maintained. Everything was working. Very interactive, kids have a lot to do. Our 3 year old did not want to leave this place. Very nice play area as well, with sand, swings, playground climbers and slides. We had just a snack at the restaurant, but everything was fresh. The entrance fee is decent.

Amazing place. The miniature park is so beautiful. The craftsmanship in every monument is just speechless. The minute details has been given attention and made very fantastically. It looks so real. Worthy visit. Has a simulator like flight ride which is also worthy. Would highly recommend to visit if you are in Den Haag.

Truly amazing place having miniatures of landmarks across entire Netherlands. Each monument has so much detailed work. Must visit and buffer in at-least 3-4 hours to cover the entire attraction. Try the aeroplane ride. There are so many beautiful palaces here in Netherlands - we actually ended up seeing the real monuments after seeing their miniatures here.

One of a must visit places in the Netherlands. Also the first place to visit since it will give you a good idea what all places or attractions you can visit during your stay. It has some great shows close to 4DX experience giving a tour to Holland history. Good place for family with kids. Would highly recommend to buy tickets online for discounted rates.

(Translated by Google) In the meantime, more than a year ago, 5 LED beams were in possession and the controller. I am very satisfied with it and the light is super beautiful. With the controller you can compose the light intensity to your own taste. Setting the sun rise / fall is nice to set. So definitely recommended to purchase this at HVP AQUA !!!

Great one time experience. You can easily spend an hour or two to walk around and capture the attractions. The details in the miniature models are well depicted. The attraction is well suited for kids. The park can get crowded at times and you might need to wait at places.

Way more fun than I’d expected. My family and I had some extra time while on a trip to The Hague and stumbled on this miniature park. I’m so glad we did. My kids had a blast exploring all the miniaturized iconic sites of Europe. We stayed longer than expected and I could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend it!

One of the best park I enjoyed after Mini Siyaam. Park is beautiful, well maintained and everything was working. Main thing is it is interactive and more than my kids, I enjoyed a lot 😂. Best thing is Tram (9) station is at the doorstep so no need to walk a lot. Easily accessible place.

My first visit to this place was amazing. It is really a place for everyone. It has something for everyone to try and experience what The Netherlands is about. The one thing I wished this place could have offered is rides for the kids. I left that could make this magical place complete. There were playgrounds for kids. One for the little ones and one for the bigger kids.

A place for all ages. What a wonderful visit at this place. I really had a great time visiting this place. The whole experience was wonderful. We deliberately came to see this wonders as soon as it opens. Best time to visit is the earliest hour. The place is very clean and it is well kept. The miniatures are at its best. Cafeteria / restaurant is available. The only thing we missed is the indoor show. You will really admire how the intricacies of the model. We bought our ticket in advance. This way we will not wait for the long line. We visited during the weekday so there is not much of a crowd. It is an easy public transport to reach this place.

Also, alles in allem, ein wirklich gelungener Ausflug!

Nice place to spend two or three hours and get a fun impression of the Netherlands. Young kids will like it a lot, there's also a few attractions so it's not just watching models. Prices in the restaurant are very reasonable, a rarity these days. Quality is very good too.

This is a great place if you are into miniatures of famous or well known place, building and infrastructures. The theme park is huge and the miniatures are pack close together and there are so much to see. The details of each building, trains, aircraft, containers ships is so intricate and have immensely impressed. There are many section you can play, such as the live DJ, boat remote control, block the leak and I leave some for you find out. Best time to go while be the cool and dry season. Winter is all raining but less crown.

An awesome place for kids and adults. Whole Netherlands in miniature plus some extra experiences. You can have a virtual flight in stylish old plane, experiwnce moving containers in Rotterdam port, extinguish ship fire, learn how the steam engine helped Dutch to reclaim lands and many more. Great playground for kids, nice restaurant for a short break. Almost all activities are at open air, so mind the weather. Buy tickets online, they are cheaper than at the place!

It was a great place for travels and families. We came a bit late so we weren't able to visit all the attractions. If im not mistaken its about 5-6 attractions aside from roaming around the whole place. But some of the activities where you put coins is broken as well as the weight scale for cheese. Someone should check it regularly. But all in all its nice and fun.

Kids love this place. There are some interactive exhibits that are inside. There are miniature buildings of all of the famous places in the Netherlands (1:25 scale). There is a large playground for kids to play on as well. The grounds are well upkept. The football/soccer exhibit is wonderful and a huge hit with the kids. You can actually play soccer in a mini indoor field and player several interactive games. Make sure you look online, as there are discounts off tickets. Parking for a vehicle is 9 euro.

Super cute place, not only for children but for adults too. It’s incredible how they’ve made a tiny city with such realness to it! All the machines, cars, trains and planes etc moving just as they do in real life. You’ll not be disappointed!

If you are a fan of miniature models of architecture and vehicles, then this IS the place to be. Madurodam starts with a small AV showcasing the history of the place. Then comes the realistic models of airports, train stations, castles, fire brigades and literally everything you can imagine in this world. They also have interactive games with the miniature models. Check the photos.

Lived in the Netherlands for 15 years and only just went for the first time! Really enjoyable experience, especially in good weather. It’s cute, interactive and you learn a lot about the background of the park (its actually a war memorial which I didn’t know!). They have good covid measures in place and the food is as expected, relatively average deep fried snacks and fries.

(Translated by Google) Very nice LED lighting, as soon as you understand how the software works, very easy to set up. Corals are perfect. Just a pity that I had to sell them because after my move I have a smaller container and you don't make lamps that fit in a 55 cm container. I'm still waiting for that! :)

Very interesting museum for adults and for kids. There are a lot of interactive things, buttons, games, shows. Ticket price depends on the time slot you choose, varies between 16-21 euro, children up to 2 y.o. are for free. You can rent a kids trolley for 2 euro. At the entrance you receive a card which you can use for video guide at some points. Also there is a huge sand playground on the territory.

Nice place for kids and adults. You have many places to play and interact with. You have also the possibility to take a 3d picture. There is a parking close by for 10€ for the day.

Last year I visited the museum, 35 years since my childhood. The main reason for my visit was to view the museum newest attraction, a real Douglas DC-3. Well done!

very beautiful place to visit with kids, in my opinion the tickets price is a bit expensive, it cost (22 €) per person, the souvenir shop there are very nice and have good variety of items, high quality and affordable prices, i haven't tried the restaurant, but the prices as the menu looks reasonable, recommended place to pass by.

I went there with my boyfriend. We spent there 3-4 hours. Unfortunately the waiting time is really lot when you would like to watch the videos etc. Mini buildings are beautiful but I missed a bit of more activity with them eg. Play a song when you click a button etc. Toilets are clean. I recommend this program firstly for families.

One if the BEST and must visit family attraction in Netherlands. It has something for everyone - miniature model of real buildings of Netherlands, moving replica model trains of Netherlands, 4d show depicting how the water was used to create Netherlands, an aeroplane with screens providing view-from-air of Netherlands, two restaurants, souvenir shop, all amazing click points. Ideal for identifying what else you want to visit in Netherlands.

Students at a local university have been forced to go here as an orientation program. I managed to avoid ever visiting. I finally got roped into it to entertain a family member visiting for a few days. No wait in the ticket line. We got in immediately. It was a parent trap, really. Miniatures are randomly spread about with only minimal information. Some highlights are an airplane and the palaces. Not really a history lesson. Bathrooms are clean and child friendly. You can get exercise walking around the paths. There is a cafe. Accessible by tram 9. Maybe just stay on the tram and get off at the beach instead.

A lovely day experience. It’s a fantastic experience for kids and adults both. The models are detailed, well maintained and amazing. The food in the restaurant is great as are the playground and the narrated experiences. I am reducing a star as the price on the day at the desk is €10 more than what you will pay online even if buying online at the entry on the day. So please save money and buy online. It felt like a rip off as I choose to buy at the counter due to being busy with my kid!! Never again!

We visited this park as part of our trip to the Netherlands and we were not disappointed. We arrived at 10am as the park opens and this gave us a good 30 minutes of relatively quiet time. After that, the park got crowded even thought we visited during the week so less ideal in terms of photo opportunity but still enjoyable nonetheless. We spent 2.5 hours but would have needed more to fully explore the park but we had to transit to our next destination. Speaking of transit, the park is easily accessible by tram line 9 Schevenigen Noord, for less than 2 euro.

A great miniature park where you will get to see the entire Netherlands. Must visit place and the level of detailing is mind boggling. The minute details of all the architecture are amazing. We can play with dams, boats etc.

A totally great place to understand Netherlands architecture. The miniature are quite accurate and it’s like replicas of actual monuments. I guess everyone who visit Netherlands must visit once here .

Great place to come alone or with kids. Pretty crowded if you come later than on the opening hour. Great attention to details. The only disappointment was super expensive parking - more expensive than the one next to de Pier, so I strongly suggest to get there by public transportation.

Great place to see all Dutch famous places in one day. The park is well maintained. Parking is expensive 11EUR and the pizza restaurant was CLOSED at 5. that’s a pity because there are only snacks left to eat.

Great fun park to walk around and admire The Netherlands, shows off a lot of historical buildings throughout Holland, at a miniature scale of course. Lots of little activities for kids to play around with. As well as some shows and short movies to sit down and watch.

Toll!

As if any more praise could be added to this magnificent attraction I could only begin to attribute it😜, our third visit over thirty odd years and it just keeps getting better. Everyone had an absolutely great day including the café and gift shop, luckily our day wasn't too busy, definitely the high point of our time in Holland🤗😍😜❤️🇳🇱

Madurodam in the Netherlands is a popular miniature park that showcases scaled-down replicas of famous Dutch landmarks, buildings, and cities. Visitors often praise the intricate details and craftsmanship of the miniatures, which offer a unique perspective on the country's architecture and history. The park also features interactive exhibits, educational displays, and various attractions that cater to both children and adults. It's a great place to learn about the Netherlands in a fun and engaging way. The meticulous attention to detail and the opportunity to "walk" through a tiny version of the country make Madurodam a charming and memorable experience for tourists.

Very educational place to visit. Everything there is artistically well made. I think the entrance fee should be cheaper. Other than that, it is worth to visit and bring the kids to learn more about The Netherlands.

  • 4/5 Ewald Van Der H. 7 months ago on Google
Nice day outing allows to get an impression of all what the country has to offer. There are miniature buildings but also working trains, boats, bridges, and water boats. In addition, there are a few places where the history is presented in a realistic surrounding, like the new amsterdam event. Really a good outing for yound and old. Recommended, despite the steep entrance fee of euro 24.

  • 5/5 Anastasiya K. 5 months ago on Google
I really recommend this place for those who have been around the Netherlands - it’s really cool to see the miniature of where you’ve already been. Impressive attention to detail and lots of interactive experiences that give you an in-depth understanding of the Netherlands. Totally worth a visit!

  • 5/5 Linda H. 6 months ago on Google
Wonderful park with replicated working minature models of famous Dutch landmarks, airports, train stations, historical sites and buildings. I was amazed at the detailed work on each section. The people, the buildings, the planes and the windmills.. all so real! There is a fee to enter, restaurant and bathrooms.

  • 3/5 Chris G. 5 months ago on Google
Smaller than expected - as consequence all models are next to each other without transitions. In addition the place is not super well maintained: a lot of interactive devices are either not working or not functioning properly (for example: 1 remote-controlled boat out of 4 was not working; the wind turbines were out of service, etc..). Same to the models (model trees were down, cars broken, etc..) On the good side, the live experience is good, especially the Flying Dutchman - must try it!

  • 5/5 Angelica A. 4 months ago on Google
Been waiting to visit this place since I was a kid and it exceeded my expectation! We had a quite sunny day so it was nice to be there even if it was cold. The place overall has great attractions, but I only managed to get into 3 out of 6 because of the time limitation. You have to visit the Hollandse Meesters! There were a lot of amusing photo spots and places to play. I also got to see the Dom Toren, how it would look like (before or after) the renovation. In some spots there are interactive games that you can play, but only seeing the miniatures also made me really happy. The toilets were clean and it was easy to get there from Den Haag Centraal.

Madurodam was an excellent experience for me. I got to view small replicas of cities and other attractions in the Netherlands, While looking around, I discovered some interactive and fascinating activities that I could get involved in, such as looking at video and audio. Additionally, there are enjoyable learning activities and a playground available. It is more than simply a miniature version. It is a place where you can relax and have a lot of fun while also admiring the beauty around you. They manage to catch the Netherlands all in a single place. The time I spent here flew by, so if you genuinely want to immerse yourself in Madurodam, plan early of time if you want to stay for an extended period.
