    The parking area wasn't reachable and I didn't use the service that I booked online and paid for. I turned maybe 10 times in crowded streets in Amsterdam and tried to find a way with navigation but couldn't find. Some streets was closed for renovation work and I couldn't reach the place. Really too disappointed. I was asked for a refund and they don't accept that. Never ever prefer this place for parking.

😠 Great place to park. Booked parking space online. Unfortunately, license plate number was not recognized on exit. No one around to assist. Tried contacting staff. No luck. Another vehicle parked there with the same problem. Had to pay again to get out. Not happy.
