    I was using this only once 1,5 year ago to pay for somebody who help me. Now somebody else have this car and he or she downloaded the application and you gave him my personal data only based on the plates I used once a year and a half ago. I did not receive any notification by e-mail or text message that someone started using "my application" on different device. It is illegal and now you charged me almost 250 euros from me for giving someone else my personal data. You don't respond to messages from Messenger, and during the phone conversation the lady said that I should look for who you sold my personal data to. Congratulations on a professional company.

    I received two fines while using the app, and I strongly discourage its use due to its unreliability. Here's my experience: I parked in an area with time restrictions, and the app terminated my parking session to comply with the area restrictions. However, I did not receive any notification prompting me to either initiate a new session or vacate the area, leading to a fine. The second fine occurred because Easypark exhibits a mismatch between map coordinates and parking zone numbers in their database. When I started a new parking session, I relied solely on the map displayed by the app. Although the support team advised me to double-check the parking zone number, which is a valid suggestion, it raises concerns for me regarding the trustworthiness of the data shown in the app. As a result, I have decided to delete it.

    Do not use this service! Without any hesitation the absolute worst customer experience of my life! Their system fails, you pay the price and getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone! Their customer service team are next to useless, no decision makers available to speak to, no empathy, no care for the customer. Avoid at all costs, it may be a useful service (when it works) but this company does not deserve to succeed!

    Don't use this application it has a lot of issues and bugs, I receive at least 4 parking invoices from city office that I didn't pay for parking but actually I paid them through this application and I need to make an objection which takes a lot of effort to call them and it takes 8 weeks to make decision, sometimes also you don't get your money back...Some times also it shows wrong locations and it automatically start session for 1 day in locations that you even get close there. if there was less start I'd give it to this application. 👎

    Scam and poor customer service! I paid 22 euro for a parking in a city I never been and for a foreign license plate. When I mentioned that I don't own a foreign car, the customer service said: not my problem. Terrible

    Total scam. Don't use the app!! The app is buggy and as a lot of people mention it will charge you for things you didn't do. In my case it activated a day card that costed me 25 euros. I am 100% sure I didn't do that as I have been using this app for some time and I know how it works. The customer service is terrible, their answer when I explained the situation was that the app has no bugs and that I should pay for my mistakes. Stay away!!

    Total scam. I got a surprise bill for 400 euro indicating that I parked all the cars in my account for 24 hours at the same place (how cool is that l?). When I called customer support they promised to fix it and then attempted to take the money through the collector agency. Scam, unprofessionalism, denying responsibility. Never again.

    Total scam. I got a surprise bill for 120 euro indicating that I parked my car 36 hours at the same place. I had a parking ticket 100km apart then it stopped. When I called customer support they said they can not do anything about it and then attempted to take the money through the collector agency. This is completely Scam, unprofessionalism, denying responsibility. Have stopped using it completely.

    TERRIBLE! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I used the app and the card I had associated with the app expired without me noticing it. Parkmobile/easypark instead of sending me a notification by email or by letter asking for the payment which I will be happy to pay, no, what they did was ask a debt collector to ask me for the money... I had to pay about 2 euros for parking and instead of that, I got a letter from the debt collector to pay around 50 eur... How could this be? I try to complain but the customer service was really bad. I still can't believe that they prefer to pay a debt collector instead of sending an email or making a phone call to the client. This tells me that their inside organization is really bad! They definitely lost a client and hopefully, with this comment lose much more!!! Some services should just be not open to the public since they don't know the basics of handling clients, like as easy as communicating with them.

    The app has an obvious bug in which you cannot stop the app and get charged the full amount. This never happened with parkmobile. Customer support is completely unwilling to research the case, because their system says something else. Kind of obvious when there's a bug... Will stop using the service, guess the old fashioned way actually saves you money after all.

    Data breach by cyber attack just stay away from Easypark! My account has also been theft by this incident where Easypark responded by it’s your responsibility to take care of your account..     Very bad experience with this app , I parked my car at location what is cost 10 cents per hour then when I stopped the app for ending parking gives me another location that 6,50 € per hour in total 99 EURO I have to pay because of the app with stuck ,, and the customer service doesn’t help at all just in the end she said that she can’t help me and hang up the phone call ,

    Scammer!!!!! They charged me 42€ for almost 24 hours parking when I was 30 minutes there. All because their server didn't respond when I pushed to stop counting minutes. I also set up to get reminders by email every 2 hours but I didn't get any reminder. I contacted them but I only got a polite answer saying sorry but I must pay. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! Time to change parking app.

    Works well until it doesn’t! Since moving to EasyPark the app has been crashing and you cannot stop the parking session. I got charged for almost 2 days of parking as a result. Impossible to reach out to Customer Service, the phone number provided is not in service and the chat boot is useless! EDIT: In response to Easy Park's owner, I did have the latest software and my app was updated. I recently managed to get in touch with the support team and even though the issue was Easy Park's fault I lost my money and Easy Park is not willing to give any refund. App uninstalled, I won't be using the service and risking another overcharge.

    I forgot stopping the session and got an invoice for 24 hours instead of 0.5h . Unfortunately, it isn't possible to correct the parking time. Thus, I have to pay for a service I didn't use.

    Tried to use the app for a parking garage that was advertising the ease of use. I got in alright, but then when i left the timer would not stop. There is no option to stop it from my phone app. Their new portal also doesn't let you login using the new account. You need to access account.parkmobile to see your account and be able top stop existing parking. good thing i was only charged 40 cents as it was night time. but still very annoying that the basic functionality of the app was not there

    I am beyond outraged and frustrated with my experience at Europlaza's parking lot yesterday. My friend and I were trapped in the parking spot for a heart-wrenching 40 minutes and as a result, missed an important appointment. The customer service at ParkMobile (EasyPark) was nothing short of a nightmare. They refused to assist us in any way, instead hung up the call, while remained trapped in the parking for more than 40 minutes.

    Parkmobile always worked for me until yesterday when I tried to open the app and it didn't work. I tried all the 'solutions', clearing the cache, re-installing the app etc, which actually allowed me log in again but that was it. Easypark point to your internet, phone, wifi! It has nothing to do with any of those things. The app simply does not work. My advice is find another parking app!!!! My phone just informed me that an app was slowing my phone down and to check it. Guess what it was the Easypark app which was 'unstable' It has now been uninstalled from my phone!!!

    I parked my car for 5 min and it cost me 100€. I am certain I have stopped the parking session. I called customer service but the lady couldn’t help me out. I am now requesting the city hall to assist me in proving me right.

    Total ripoff! Tariff written so small for a reason. I payed 23.50 Euro for a minute of parking. Customer service is horrible! Stay away from this scam!!!

    I would like to mention about 2 specific cases which is really frustratung, irritating and still unresolved till date. First, is a case when I booked Parkbee parking via Parkmobile app for a business trip. But unfortunately, I had to cancel my entire trip at the very last minute. Hence parking was also cancelled. After 2-3 emails to parkbee team they approved my request to do a refund. But the refund had to be done by parkmobile team as I had booked via parkmobile app. And till date (even after almost 2 months) I havent received my refund amount yet, even though parkbee have sent an email to parkmobile team to processmy refund. Second, is a case quite recent (almost a month ago), where I confirmed a reservation and did the payment for a parking in a garage via the app. But when I reached the location I couldnt open the barrier via the app. When I contacted the customer service team advised that they couldnt find my booking for some wierd reason. So they asked me to do a reservation again via the app and then open the barrier.  They also assured and reassured me that there would not be a double payment asked. But to my surprise, I'm being asked for double payment in my Oct invoice. For both these cases I have been sending numerous emails for which I dont see even a single response. Not sure if their email is valid and working. When contacted them couple of days back, I was again told that I will need to pay the invoice and then they will rectify both issues. I asked them for an email confirmation regarding the same, which I havent received yet. I'm being constantly asked to pay the overdue Oct invoice, but I'm not willing to pay unless I get a written confirmation for the same. I must state that their customer service is really pathetic. I hope this reaches to thier management team as well.

    Do not use this app. I got charged for 35 hrs of parking on 3 separate occasions although I am 100% sure I stopped the timer. This resulted in over €300 euros of charges that I could not afford. I have been unable to get responses from their customer service to be reimbursed.

    More than one time this app has been unable to start a parking session displaying errors. The last time this error costed me to have to pay 30€. I contacted the support (Netherlands) by email 15 weeks ago, and still have no reply.

    Very unclear system, tried to park in one of the parking garages in Den Haag, it took my money and the barrier did not open. For me it might as well be a scam service, don't trust it and don't download the app because they will start taking money for no reason! I can't even cancel the payment method from the app, pne more reason to suspect a scam service. Robbers!
