I
would
like
to
mention
about
2
specific
cases
which
is
really
frustratung,
irritating
and
still
unresolved
till
date.
First,
is
a
case
when
I
booked
Parkbee
parking
via
Parkmobile
app
for
a
business
trip.
But
unfortunately,
I
had
to
cancel
my
entire
trip
at
the
very
last
minute.
Hence
parking
was
also
cancelled.
After
2-3
emails
to
parkbee
team
they
approved
my
request
to
do
a
refund.
But
the
refund
had
to
be
done
by
parkmobile
team
as
I
had
booked
via
parkmobile
app.
And
till
date
(even
after
almost
2
months)
I
havent
received
my
refund
amount yet,
even
though
parkbee
have
sent
an
email
to
parkmobile
team
to
processmy
refund.
Second,
is
a
case
quite
recent
(almost
a
month
ago),
where
I
confirmed
a
reservation
and
did
the
payment
for
a
parking
in
a
garage
via
the
app.
But
when
I
reached
the
location
I
couldnt
open
the
barrier
via
the
app.
When
I
contacted
the
customer
service
team
advised
that
they
couldnt
find
my
booking
for
some
wierd
reason.
So
they
asked
me
to
do
a
reservation
again
via
the
app
and
then
open
the
barrier.
They
also
assured
and
reassured
me
that
there
would
not
be
a
double
payment
asked.
But
to
my
surprise,
I'm
being
asked
for
double
payment
in
my
Oct
invoice.
For
both
these
cases
I
have
been
sending
numerous
emails
for
which
I
dont
see
even
a
single
response.
Not
sure
if
their
email
is
valid
and
working.
When
contacted
them
couple
of
days
back,
I
was
again
told
that
I
will
need
to
pay
the
invoice
and
then
they
will
rectify
both
issues.
I
asked
them
for
an
email
confirmation
regarding
the
same,
which
I
havent
received
yet.
I'm
being
constantly
asked
to
pay
the
overdue
Oct
invoice,
but
I'm
not
willing
to
pay
unless
I
get
a
written
confirmation
for
the
same.
I
must
state
that
their
customer
service
is
really
pathetic.
I
hope
this
reaches
to
thier
management
team
as
well.
