Slow service, prepay, outside heater on table didn't work and on a cold day, that's not good.

Very good looking on the inside with flashy colors and a young and the energetic vibe. The terras is great, lots of tables so almost always one available. Our service was fast and very friendly. Drinks were also very nice and prices were comparable to other bars in the city center

They don’t know how to make drinks on their own menu. Newbies in the bar and in the service. Do about it! This should have been a Moscow mule, they don’t even have a proper glass for it 😡

Lunch at Luminaa while the weather is not very well... the seating was great! We had a lovely place with a fire pit and heating above our heads. The quality of food compared to the pricing was not very equal. You expect a lot from a burger of 17 euro’s but it was very disappointing. The avocado spread was too much for me. The fried snacks were great but I did not get much fries for 4 euro’s.

Overpriced tourist place. The only reason it gets +2 stars are the bonfire style tables which are warm in the the colder months. Other than that, the red wine isn't nice.

Amazing service, great prices and atmosphere. Sat outside with their fire table and enjoyed some drinks to some great music and view

That was a bad experience! We waited 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table. We ordered drinks & food (salad). It took like 30 minutes to arrive. But guess what, we had to wait an other 15-20 minutes for forks and knives. At least, we didn't order warm dish... And we also receive a bucket of bread, but all the mayonnaise spread on the bread, so we could not really eat it. We ask to get some more bread, the waitress said she will come back but actually, she didn't... You should really put some efforts in customer service...

I ordered chicken satay. First it was very cold and I got a new same dish. Then the chicken was raw, the ober said it was cold because they were very busy and it was standing to long to pick up by the over. I found it a lame excuse. Also the people next to us had the same problem with bitterballen. I don’t recommend eating here. Its very bad. Not even worth one star.

Love this place with their out door seating complete with mini fire pit the atmosphere is excellent the service is impeccable

I've been there before and after they changed the crew and i have to say it is amazing what they've achieved! Cocktails are top quality and a variety of top shelf drinks which you can't find in just any bar around town. Same goes for the food! let's face it, I KNOW FOOD, and Luminaa right now is booming with it! One of my top hangouts, period. Hope you all can have the same experience as i've had.
