Staff is bad. We sat down and had to wait at least 15 minutes to have someone come by, while the waitress was flirting (the man’s hand was on her leg and she was leaning against him) while we had eye contact several times in hopes she would come serve us. She had definitely seen us, and the other wait staff ignored us too.

Don’t even want to give one star. Absolutely awful service. We waited a good few minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered two glasses of wine and water then asked for the food menu. We then had to wait 15/20 minutes for a drink (and it was a really hot day) before giving up. Staff were RUDELY and BLATANTLY ignoring us and so we finally decided to leave. We were then chased up the road by the waitress who asks us to PAY for the drinks that never even came. Rude, snobby, not worth even trying.

Extremely unpleasant restaurant, the waitress spilled all the melted candle on my jacket and did not tell me, I noticed it during the evening and she did not want to clean my jacket. Then we paid separately and the waitress made us pay 2€ per person more because we pay separately. Extremely rude staff ! moreover the food is very expensive with little quantity !

Nice lively bar. Food was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Decided to take a break from exploring and have some drinks and a chat. The decor is really nice. My son played a gig here at ADE in 2017 so I wanted to show my wife while we visited Amsterdam celebrating 25 years together. Highly recommended.

I had a nice experience in this café last week in the afternoon. Great location next to Leidseplein and an excellent, cozy atmosphere inside. I had a double shot of Diplomatico reserva rum followed by two sets of tacos, first chicken an then shrimp. Everything was fine, recommend!

As seen on the receipt, we paid 52 euros for drinks - of which 7.5 euros was for one water. Mediocre drinks and an absolute scam. The cocktail cups were chipped and the service was simply unsatisfactory. A real Amsterdam stereotype.

Worst service. Yes, we were lost tourists and asked questions as if we could order coffee (cafés in netherlands seem to have other definition than café in sweden) or where we should pay (at table/cash) but got a nonchalant ingnorant attitude back. When they said we could pay at the table, we asked for bill. They came with bill, but never for any charging moment. We wanted change back, but never got any. So rest became like forced tip. Such shame for nice place. Oh, and that thick foamed bland thingy in wine glass? That is not what I call latte.

We were seated by the bar even though it was half empty and we asked for a table inside. The waitress didn’t care about us at all, she served everyone around and after 15 minutes of waiting to order a coffee we left. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their coffee in Amsterdam. Better find a small coffee shop by the canal, it will be definitely nicer.

Came here for drinks and a light bite before going to the cinema next door. The katsu chicken maki is very good, the wasabi especially is incredibly fresh. We had to wait quite a while for our food and drinks, which is a shame. The wine is very overpriced considering quality and serving size. Overall a good experience though!

Staff kind of uninterested as soon as we were seated and did not immediately order. Finished my first drink before our food was served. The waitress just removed the glass passing by without any question as to if I’d like another drink. This happened twice. Second time while we were in the middle of our meal. The plates were removed although we were still snacking fries from the dish. Also 2 waiters did not manage the 7 tables in a proper manner without the guests having to wave them over or an elderly lady even getting up to ask for the check. The only charismatic and attentive staff member was the young food runner that was addressed rather rudely by the waitress directly at our table. The food was okayish. The Chicken Katsu Sando sandwich was undersized and dry. The club sandwich along with the fries almost comically overwhelming in volume in comparison. We shared the food between two people to have a somewhat proper meal for lunch. This has been the first time in a very long time that I did not leave any tip and a bad review. 45.50 for two sandwiches, three small cokes and a overall poor experience.

Tiesto was amazing…. The best server ever. Food was delicious and would highly recommend

So visited here a fair few times on my amsterdam trips because the cocktails are generally good. But the service is always slow and seems like they are doing you a massive favour by serving you. Dont know if its because i am a tourist but I cant say you ever feel very welcome here. Wagyu beef wasnt great.

Very racist staff! , they dragged my cousin out of the restaurant! Bc someone was touching him and he told them to stop! Before he could even tell them to stop. There was this king kong security and dragged him outside! The manager was walking around (like a queen) and he was showing who he wants in the restaurant or not! Very unpleasant place to go especially if you are black!

The worst place in Amsterdam ever. The service is horrible. They try to scam us and add some drinks and plates that we didn’t order. If you want to have a good night in Amsterdam, don’t go there.

The staff was very rude with us. By the moment they hear us speaking in English their treatment with us got worse. We won't come back and don't recommend to visit the establishment. Amsterdam has much better bar and pubs to go.

A beautiful trendy place. Met some friends over some drinks. We also ordered a couple of dishes to share. Staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is great, and the decor is beautiful and trendy. Definitely visiting again when in Amsterdam.

June 2023 Great customer service from Fabiana. Nice vibe and setting area. Food was good. Waffles were dry and needed more syrup.

The piquant lobster roll, unfortunately, exhibited a discernible shortage in its contents, being notably dominated by an excess of avocado. Furthermore, the sandwich, ostensibly intentional in its cold presentation, would perhaps benefit from a warmer rendition. The chicken katsu, regrettably bereft of its expected katsu sauce, suffered from an overzealously toasted bread exterior, resulting in a desiccated poultry texture. A redeeming element emerged in the form of the accompanying chips, enlivened by a zesty mayo sauce. Regrettably, the overall dining experience prompts reservations in recommending this establishment.

Tried to dine in, was a fairly empty restaurant except for the patio around 4:30pm the atmosphere was not bad for finer dining. My wife and I got seated fast but once seated (by a tall blonde male didn’t get his name but he went behind the bar a lot) we were forgotten about for about 15 mins until a waitress came up I believe named Clara (very nice) to ask if we would like anything to drink and we ordered an Iced Coffee and Martini espresso ( both tasted good). We waited for the menus to order but both the waitress and the bartender (blonde male) proceeded to assist other tables and new guests as they walked up for about 30 mins. I tried to get the host’s attention but they seemed to be too much in a rush and busy for our table, we then finally finished our drinks we payed the bill got up and found a new restaurant to dine at right next door called Steak Club Leidse (Highly recommend them for steaks and drinks)

This place is the absolute worst! We sat down and asked to see the menu and they took 30 mins to bring us one, they were not busy. Three girls just standing at the front door doing nothing. We asked if we could order drinks and food and they said they would come back to us, 40 minutes later after we had said we would like to place and order. The drinks tasted terrible and the food was very average and overpriced. We asked for a bowl of fries and they said we couldn’t order them, yet every table around us had fries. The servers are rude and literally ignore you, will never return!

We can eat "Sushi" here!!! Very delicious . Interior is good. Terrace table is also good... The staffs are very kind. All was perfect.. Except one thing that there is an unknown food in the the receipt, I didn't order. Do check it perfectly... I think it was a staff's mistake, not intention.

Had the Salmon Poke Bowl, the pancakes and tried the omlett. All dishes were well made with love to detail, coffee is good too. Staff friendly and professional prices absolutely realistic given quality and location. Place is pretty too. For light lunch much recommended.

so overpriced and not worth it. the 3 tacos for €18 were literally the size of my pinky, the prawn salad was just straight spinach. really disappointed to have spent this much and received food a rabbit could’ve made blindfolded.
