Disappointment Disappointing in taste Disappointing in service Disappointing in flexibility Good octopus Below average melamzane Below average pasta Poor salad (do you actually call that a main dish?) Frozen and tasteless tiramisu -> Terrible ViaVai is (probably) for students but (imho) with this they will not make it in Amsterdam. The waitress runs a script and fails to contact with the guest although she kept smiling and seemed to be nice. We received a frozen tiramisu but no apology for it On the menu they offer there is prosecco, but they have no flex to change the prosecco to another drink. Instead we got a €4 extra on the bill for a glas of red wine! I call that a dissapointment And last thing: For a fastfood pasta place they are pretty slow.

Best coffee in the neighborhood by far and freshly baked foccacia everyday. Great for a lunchtime sandwich too, surprised by the reviews

This is a new Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. The basis is strong and has a nice presentation. From the outside you can't really see it is a restaurant. The food is tasty and they are adapting to the local demand. They serve also pizza but I would suggest to try the other items on the menu. Beer selection is good. Will check again soon the new menu items.

Bad food, we had to add salt to the pizza, the dough and toppings were simply limp and tasteless, just as bland as the tomato sauce, the service is absolutely bad, one order, my wife's lasagna was simply forgotten. When we asked, the waiter said we hadn't ordered anything and asked if we wanted one, which then took forever. We would have been better off without that, a frozen lasagna from Aldi would have been much tastier than this bland artificial sauce and cheese dough. Just don't, there are some good restaurants nearby with people who are friendly and make an effort...

Great pizza and fantastic prices. I had a white pizza and it was fantastic. The best thing is about it is that it isn't central, so it's not overly busy! Will definitely go back when over in Amsterdam again.

Nice restaurant with cheap Italian cuisine. The pizza calzone and the chocolate caramel cake were very tasty, the lasagna, on the other hand, was a bit runny with little minced meat but still edible. What was strange was that there were a few boxes and chairs stacked in a clearly visible part of the restaurant, which meant there were few normal-sized tables and the staff had to struggle to clear tables quickly. Nevertheless, the waiters tried very hard to serve the customers in a friendly and humorous manner.

It's okay - the margarita I had was good but not really great. The dough is so thin it gets soaked in the mountain of cheese on top and the price doesn't justify that. The waiters were super sweet but did probably not have any training whatsoever. They forgot to bring drinks we ordered, and they don't seem to have a system. Multiple waiters brought us a placemat before realising we already had placemats, they are all over the place and it's hard to have one notice you. When you're ordering they seem very stressed with keeping up & have to go and look for paper to write your order down. I ordered a drink and the server walked away without letting me finish my sentence to say which flavour I wanted.. only for another server to come back minutes later asking about the flavour! We also ordered a salad.. which was frozen.. so there's that. Btw, I don't think they speak Dutch The restaurant is beautiful however! The decor looks refreshing and very modern.

We were served partly cold obviously microwaved lasagna and canned mushrooms. I'd recommend to check other options around.

Me and my family go on vacation to Italy almost every summer. I love going out to eat there, and nothing even compares to it here in The Netherlands. Me and my family eventually just stopped going to Italian restaurants because it isnt that good compared to the real stuff. Recently me and my mom went to the university, next to the restaurant. After checking everything out we went to eat there because it looked cozy and we could go for some Italian. It was cheap as well, so what could go wrong if the food tastes bad? We went in there, my mom got a Pizza Margherita and I got Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. Let me be real, it was truly phenomenal. Wow. Actual authentic Italian food in The Netherlands for a good price. We got the Pizza, a Pasta dish and 2 drinks for 20 euros. I cant recommend this place enough, God damn.

I had a pizza delivered to this address by Italian V Food. The pizzas arrived lukewarm but the worst part was that the top of one of the pizzas was in a corner of the delivered one. After a comment about this on Facebook, we received the response 'Haha. 😜 Enjoy your meal'. Unheard of and never again. That's not how you treat your customers.

Exceptional service from our waiter. He was very accommodating for our two children! Only 4 stars as the pizza had a little too much cheese and no tomato sauce. Nonetheless we will be back again.

The service was nice & super quick, but the pasta was cooked terribly & the pizza was soggy. Good prices tho- would only recommend heading to the takeaway bar for a quick cheap bite.

Horrible pizza with canned mushrooms that tastes like nothing. No herbs or taste whatsoever. Badly baked base. Canned tomato that taste horrid. Cheapest olives that has no taste. We also made the mistake of getting two ice coffees. They were more like iced milk with a few drops of espresso. Don’t think it was the fault of the staff, they were very friendly/enthusiastic, probably managements fault. Just avoid this place if you want to eat good italian food.

Used to find this place ok because they did decent pasta (even though pasta was not homemade). I especially liked the Cacio e Pepe. However, apparently management changed and now they have a different cook every day from I don't-know-where and it became just AWFUL. The pasta was overcooked and still drowning in water on my plate. Mushrooms from the can. It was actually disgusting. After complaining about it, we got an ok-ish pizza on the house. Needless to say that the pizza is a very far cry from real Italian, or even Napolitanean pizza. One star because the waiters are nice.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
