Worst experience ever! The camera man has extremely rude mood from the beginning. Please don’t go there, you deserve much better service!

Scam. Mediocre quality, lied about having photoshop. I paid 12.50 for 2 prints of 2" x 2" ID photo. That's 6.25euros per little tiny square. PLUS, i printed a large photo without knowing it was the wrong size and paid 9.50 euros for it. After I told them it's not the right size, and needed one size smaller, they told me what's done is done, and suggest me to buy a larger frame. I even offer them to keep the 9.50, but give me a smaller print, they refused to do so because they have "cost". I spent 26.50 euros for 2 ID photo, 1x A2 print, 3 x A6 prints and can't even get a proper return. Unbelievable. I honestly don't mind paying premium to get things done at retail, but the least I ask is outstanding service. I wonder how long this kind of papa-mama shop will survive. Order online is much better and the service is also more reliable. The owner told me they are the cheapest in the WHOLE Amsterdam, which totally cracked me up, i wonder how often he gets out. I boycott this shop. I am usually all about supporting local community and don't go all digital yet, but this kind of service and business mindset disgust me. They are way too outdated and backward thinking. I urge everyone to just order online. Everything they sell are pretty low end anyway. #honestopinion

Bad service!!!! I tried to print my Christmas cards there. On the screen I saw the right size of my cards, but when it was printed the cards came out much smaller!. You couldn’t even read the message on it! Good for me that I saw it early enough to stop the printer! (The shop lady was not able to stop it.) So I printed only 15 instead of 40, but I needed to pay 15€ (1€ per card)! After I complained about it, the owner told me she would give me 5€ back and I can start a new order! Thanks, but no thanks! I will never go back to this shop again! Really not customer friendly!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could Can't even print the photos i sent them via email correctly. When I told them that it was wrong, they told me i got what I sent. Will have these printed from google itself next time Don't even bother coming here.

The worst visa photo experience ever. The owner and staff know nothing about the standards of visa photos, all photos were with shadows, of different sizes, off center, with uneven background. After I expressed my concern the store manager yelled at me on top of her voice that their ‘machine’ said it’s all good. THE WORST. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL. Unless you want to get yelled at. By far the worst customer service experience.

These two ladies are classic scammers and should just shut down their business, since they don’t know how to run it without scamming people. There are no prices listed, the prices they ask for are arbitrary based on what they can get away with. Be careful when paying cash, they might give you back less than what they should be. When paying by card, make sure the transaction price is correct. They also abuse the fact that you do not know Dutch. In fact, just don’t even think of going to this store, ever.

I wish I had read the reviews sooner. Had passport photos taken yesterday. The lady was rude and the photo was of very poor quality. When I indicated that I was not satisfied (unfortunately I had already paid at that time) she said if the photo is on your ID you will no longer see it. Once again indicated that I was dissatisfied and she just shrugged her shoulders! DO NOT HAVE PASSAGE PHOTOS taken HERE

Poor quality printing with a bad printer for €1.3 per A4 page. Unprofessional, rude staff, like really impolite, unpleasant people. Stay away

Really bad service. We went to take some pictures for our baby’s first passport. The lady didn’t 1) Have an option to cut the picture in the measurements required 2)Did not have proper light 3)Was treating our baby like a dog 4) Took a picture with his mouth open which led to a rejection from the embassy (plus we had to cut the pictures ourselves). Overall we threw 16 euros out of the window for a very rude and horrible service 👎

Worst service and quality ever. Should give 0 star. The lady is just a scammer, charging me 1,30euro for one page single side black and white print and since they have a problem with the machine, I can’t even see clearly what was printed. She refused to reprint it saying it’s the same, take it or leave it. I went back to ask the money back, she said she can’t return without receipt…just don’t go there

Friendly family store, great place to get your passport or driver's license photo taken. Good selection of greeting cards and place to buy postage stamps.

The photo was fine, however they do not have a lot of payment options which led to me having to go to an atm, 500 meters away with a large queue. Service could have been better

Worst photo printing place ever. They sent someone else's photo to me, and my film roll is still not processed for a week (kinda doubt my roll is missing). I called them twice but they said they also don't know when will it be done, they're shirking the blame. Don't recommend, you will be unhappy if you go to here to print

Been here twice with young children for passport pictures. Was helped once by the owner amd the othet time by a youmg woman. Both did a professional job and are very friendly. 4 stars and not 5 because of the expensive price (15 euro for 6 pictures)

We went there two times for passport/visa photos. The first time we made the photo with a woman who was helpful. The second time was a horrible experience! We met a very rude, arrogant man. He was not willing to make one more photo for our 1 year old after only making three bad visa photos. During the time he was making the photo he was very rude towards us. He asked for more money if we wanted him to remake the photo in a very rude way. What a terrible attitude one can have? Photos weren’t printed or anything, remaking photos doesn’t cost anything. Please don’t go there if that man is at work.
