my
life,
I
can’t
imagine
buying
a
watch
from
anyone
other
than
Ace
Jewelers.
Alon
and
his
team
at
Ace
(shout
out
to
Dale)
are
committed
to
delivering
a
phenomenal
end
to
end
customer
experience
characterized
by
trust,
extreme
brand
knowledge
and
dedication
to
getting
the
deal
done.
Ace
values
loyalty
and
they
want
to
build
relationships
that
last
a
lifetime.
This
is
my
second
higher
end
Omega
and
I
was
thrilled
with
the
delivery,
the
updates
and
the
direct
contact
with
Alon
(the
CEO).
What
is
unfortunately
dying
in
today’s
world
is
customer
service
and
that
feeling
that
you
are
special.
I
can
say
with
zero
hesitation
that
Alon
and
his
team
at
Ace
made
me
feel
like
a
valued
individual
every
step
of
the
way
–
whether
it
was
via
phone,
email
or
otherwise.
It
just
doesn’t
make
sense
to
go
anywhere
else
for
your
watch
needs
when
you
have
a
trusted
partner
who
is
committed
to
getting
you
what
you
want.
Let’s
talk
about
the
trust
element.
It’s
not
the
easiest
thing
to
send
tens
of
thousands
of
dollars
in
advance
to
people
over
the
internet.
But
with
Ace?
I
don’t
hesitate.
Because
of
my
existing
relationship
they
offered
to
do
a
50%
deposit
but
because
I
trust
them
unequivocally,
I
sent
the
entire
amount.
They
don’t
play
games
so
why
should
I?
I
love
having
this
relationship
and
the
peace
of
mind
that
comes
with
it.
With
Ace

are
no
hidden
fees
or

quote

and

I
will
also
say
that
receiving
the
actual
watch
is
a
treasured
experience
from
Ace,
if
you
let
them
know
it’s
a
special
occasion,

finishing

really
elevate

experience.
While
I
sadly
can’t
get
a
high-end
watch
every
day,
I
can
say
without
a
shadow
of
a
doubt
that
Ace
is
as
much
as
part
of
my
experience
as
Omega.
At
this
point
I
cannot
separate
them.
Give
them
the
opportunity
to
earn
your
business
and
you’ll
see
what
you
will
never
waste
your
time
with
anyone
else.
