A
very
nice
boutique,
but
a
service
unworthy
of
the
brand.
After
a
long
wait
and
facing
a
salesperson
who
was
just
incompetent,
we
had
already
turned
to
another
brand
three
years
ago
for
the
purchase
of
a
diamond
solitaire.
We
knew
other
shops
in
France
and
Switzerland
for
having
bought
several
pieces
of
the
brand's
jewelry
there.
We
bought
a
ring
there
again
this
year,
and
made
the
mistake
of
asking
for
the
engraving
in
Amsterdam.
A
massacre:
-
no
embarrassment
to
restore
a
ring
with
the
hesitant
caligraphy
of
a
six
year
old
child
(even
in
a
supermarket
they
would
not
have
dared);
-
when
we
pointed
out
to
them
they
explained
that
it
was
normal
because
handmade
(fine
jewelry
relies
heavily
on
manual
work),
this
because
of
a
reason
that
we
had
asked
(it
was
therefore
our
fault!);
-
after
complaining
to
customer
service,
we
were
even
told
that
we
might
have
to
pay
to
fix
this
error.
In
the
end,
we
brought
the
jewelry
back
to
a
Paris
store
that
took
care
of
correcting
the
error
after
apologizing.
We
would
have
just
appreciated
being
contacted
before
they
changed
the
engraving
compared
to
what
we
had
asked,
but
at
least
the
result
was
clean.
Two
bad
experiences
that
do
not
match
the
brand
image.
