    Extremely professional and attentive staff, plus a gorgeous store featuring a wonderful chandelier. A special thank you to Mandy who made the purchase of our wedding bands a lovely experience. She guided us throughout the process with patience and kindness. Just make sure to make an appointment before hand to avoid waiting outside.

    Unreasonable business. Two love braclets are constantly opening. They cleaned them few times but it helps only for few weeks. The other solution is to send them to Paris. This takes 2-3 months and costs 550 euro per bracelet. This all is caused just by simply wearing the bracelets. So it's either terrible design or sneaky trick and that for something that costs at least 6.000 per piece. I get better and longer warranty on a washing machine. Update: its great that Cartier monitors its reviews but they should also act upon them. Suggesting to contact the service centre results in the same answer, being pay 550 per bracelet for new screws just to have the same problems return in one year.

    The door man (bald and old man) manners are extremely unwelcoming. I refuse to pay top dollars for a store that handles customers this way: letting us wait outside for 5 minutes with no line, smirky face, talks down to us. I have other brands that values my time, money, and dignity.

    I don't recommend anybody to come to this store. First of all, a lady will ask you why exactly are you coming to the store in the most arrogant and condescending tone ever. Salesperson was just incompetent. As seen in other comments, the horrible customer service is undeniable. Absolutely don't spend your money at this store.

    The brand is beautiful, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced, on multiple occasion. They will treat you "well" when they are certain you will spend a large amount of money and after you have paid, it's over. As shown from the previous reviews, the horrible customer service is consistent and it's clear that management does not care and has not made improvements. Absolutely do not spend your money at this store. I regret doing so.

    I cancelled my appointment but decided to visit the store later on the day. I was with a friend. The store was busy. There was this Sales Associate who just finished entertaining a client and immediately approached us. I was looking for something specific on their new collection - the Clash bracelet (with thicker width). She initially let me try the sizes I desired and recommended one that's appropriate for me. Though the bracelet I was looking for was unavailable, I was able to confirm the size perfect for my wrist. Thank you to DINARA who was very friendly, very accommodating and very professional. I hope that all Cartier stores would have the same Sales Associates with the caliber as Dinara's.

    With the excitement of looking for a our wedding rings, we came to Cartier. what a disappointment at this boutique. Except for the person working at the door ( he was really nice), what an unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The store was not busy, two male SAs talking to each other, looking at us from top to toe and not even saying hi. This completely ruined our experience

    Avoid. The tall bald doorman is extremely unwelcoming and made me take my hat off during my visit (my visit during which no SA even spoke to me). I have NEVER been asked to take my hat off in any high end boutique. It was extremely uncomfortable for me to be profiled like a criminal. I was a solo female visitor with a bad hair day, no large purse or anything else on me. How was I a threat in any way by wearing my baseball cap in store? Read the room, doorman. For others, honestly don’t even bother with customer service. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for months with the contact info they provided me, with absolutely no response. What a joke of a company. Spend your money at VCA or Tiffany instead

    A very nice boutique, but a service unworthy of the brand. After a long wait and facing a salesperson who was just incompetent, we had already turned to another brand three years ago for the purchase of a diamond solitaire. We knew other shops in France and Switzerland for having bought several pieces of the brand's jewelry there. We bought a ring there again this year, and made the mistake of asking for the engraving in Amsterdam. A massacre: - no embarrassment to restore a ring with the hesitant caligraphy of a six year old child (even in a supermarket they would not have dared); - when we pointed out to them they explained that it was normal because handmade (fine jewelry relies heavily on manual work), this because of a reason that we had asked (it was therefore our fault!); - after complaining to customer service, we were even told that we might have to pay to fix this error. In the end, we brought the jewelry back to a Paris store that took care of correcting the error after apologizing. We would have just appreciated being contacted before they changed the engraving compared to what we had asked, but at least the result was clean. Two bad experiences that do not match the brand image.

    If you tell me this is a service of a luxury brand I would not believe it even just for a second. On 25 may, I entered the store with my friend dressing in normal clothes, some would say looking rather ‘poor’ but anyhow that’s not the point at all since everyone should be allowed to enter wearing and looking whatever the hell we want without the fear of being judged am I right? Apparently not here since the moment we entered the store we were scanned from head to toe with the anxious fear of being kicked out at any moment. They took us to a corner to be served and the experience only went downhill from this moment onwards. We were served by a woman and she made us feel really unspecial and unwelcomed, also using her phone the whole time serving us and talking to her colleagues as if we were buying a watch in a market or something 😃 (if it was in the market it would be rather lovely ngl although she was not friendly at all but I think you get the point). Would never visit the store, maybe buy from Cartier even ever again :)

This is the most stupid response I have ever seen, “we will make sure to convey your feedback to the boutique” means that your boutique doesn’t even bother themselves to read customer feedbacks. Cartier you can do better than this.

    This is probably the worst Cartier boutique we’ve visited and we’ve been to multiple stores worldwide. We came in and no help or even a “hi” from any SA. However the SA’s had the time to quickly chit chat with each other while looking at you from top to toe. I highly recommend the Cartier in the Bijenkorf though (received amazing service there before). We ended up buying at Tiffany’s a few doors away instead.
