    Sam Houwen is a fraudster. He buys all his stuff at cheap after sales and askes for his warranty at real Montblanc shops. Just to get a better deal. He's a real profiteer and tries to push deals by threatening giving bad reviews. Sorry, I was just a innocent bystander but had to say this.

    The shop itself is very nice and elegant, staff were trying to be helpful. Yet, customer service is horrible overall. I handed over my pen for some works the shop told me they will contact me on when to pick it up I tried calling them after three weeks for the update but no one answers the phone so I sent emails to the customer service, due to COVID-19 the shop was closed which is understandable, I requested if they would be able to ship it to my address so they said we will ask the shop manager and then complete silence. I sent an email and they asked me again to wait, today I found by chance that the shop is open and opening times are till 18:00 I called them but there’s a message in German which I didn’t understand so I headed there to reach the shop at 17:02 to find them closed and a note on the door. They refused to let me in and have to go back tomorrow. A real horrible and miserable service for such an elite brand.

    I rate this MB boutique above all others. The service was amazing, even though i was only buying a small item. They had a selection of old "deleted" inks which they dug out and generally bent over backwards for me. I love visiting this shop - the new shop looks great. the salespeople aren't pushy or arrogant, the selection in stock is vast - only boutique id put on par with this is the new one in Hamburg.

    I have never being treated so bad in a Montblanc boutique as I was there. I was asking for a repair but the person in charge was rude and unhelpful from the beginning and with excuses he wanted me and my wife out of there, we felt so uncomfortable... I will change from this premium brand to other... it is supposed that I not just payed for a great quality products but excellent customer service... after pandemic things have changed, it looks like many premium brands are not worth it anymore ...

    Pleasantly surprised by the super friendly staff. Irina, thank you for your help. Walked in to find out more about the Montblanc X Bape, but of course I was too late. Pity they also didn’t have the Montblanc X Denis Meyers. Feasted my eyes on the smart watches, am considering this.

    Apparently the local ownership has changed. Something is off with the sales team which looks tense or tired all the time. Former personnel (who could also advise on products than only sell) absolutely missed. You cannot pay with Amex (although the pos machine accepts it but they don’t) which is absurd for a high end brand like this. For places like this, it is either one or five stars, hence one. I really hope owner manager reads this , because it is little a Tabatha situation here.

    A lovely lady made my purchase a real experience which was what I wanted. She was so kind and took her time and was not pushy at all. I went in to browse but decide to buy a pen as the experience was just as important to me as the pen itself. Would thoroughly recommend purchasing from this shop.

    The Mont Blanc store in Amsterdam gets 5 stars because their customer service is spot on. Very good, always friendly. Every time there is something wrong with my fountain pen, they will have it repaired and I get it back as if it was new. Just spot on
