    I was waiting for 50 minutes before entering the store . 45 mins while waiting in line the Host came out asking Hi English or Dutch ? Then she said due to shortage of staff the waiting time will be longer . Inside the store , after 10 minutes same host came offered drinks. I had tea and the tea cup saucer was filled with water and no napkins given , tray was messed with hot water spilling out from the saucer. After 40 minutes waiting Inside the store a super tired exhausted looking lady came. She complained same thing shortage of staff. Then I asked few items it took so long to get back from their stock room . She was looking so tired that I don't want to disturb her and my overall experience and expectations was super disappointed. I asked for few items to feel and touch and nothing available. So I left the store empty handed. This is not LUXURY to me .

    One of the poorest experience I have ever had in an Hermes store, and I traveled to the most around the world. I was served by Chad and he, and the other staff as well, were rude, impolite, arrogant and not to mention RACIST to foreigners without any shame. They refused to sell products and wouldn’t even listen to what we wanted. Staff needs to be changed or managed properly as they are the face of the company in Holland and they definitely gave a bad image of service already. Never will I visit this store again and you have lost a customer!!

    Walked in and wanted to look at hand bags they said make appointment. Shop was clearly not busy . Disappointed put me off the brand . They need better people to manage. They lady was rude like it was her shop

    i have been to this place quite a few times. Stuff is nice, welcoming and friendly. the place is located within walking distance from the city center. the exterior is the following Hermes store is unique and mesmerizing. if you are not a customer of Hermes, at least I would advice to pass by and check out how beautiful the store is

    Worst shopping experience ive ever experienced. And im not talking about the variety of products, but how badly the customer service is. They are very arrogant and racist to arab people (especially an employee named Chad, tall with blonde hair). All employees keeps saying no variety before telling them my shoe size, which is extremely rude & unprofessional.

    This place is a tragedy…I can deal with the waiting in line but not bad customer service. This place had an hr wait and top of that, the brunette Caucasian(Italian accent) the worst customer service in Amsterdam. She not only didn’t know much about Hermes products but was beyond short and rude with everything that came out of her mouth. Seriously, they need to fire her. This place wasn’t like this 4 years ago when I was here, quite the opposite.

    I wanted buy a watch but they do not have the model I wanted in stock. I stayed about 1 min longer and the old sales woman who helped me asked if I wanted something else. I answered I was waiting my daughter finishing her cup of water. Then she made a really arrogant, unpleasant face at me. How rude. I would never visit that store again.

    I waited roughly an hour outside to pick up an order. Once inside I stated the purpose of my visit. The lady at the front door brought me my order which I asked to see. Her response was that ‘it was just a pick-up’. I explained that I had purchased the order on-line and would like to see the product (present for my daughter). This happened so quickly; I felt I was being rushed. The salesperson showed no interest in me as a customer; didn’t ask if I was satisfied or if I needed anything else. Her manner was abrupt, unfriendly and unwelcoming. After this brief customer experience I have to say I am very disappointed. As a luxury brand I would expect Hermes to do something about the customer service comments.

    I came at 10am and the lines were quick. The SA was not friendly when I asked the items, she snob and kept looking my dior bag which she might think I couldn’t afford hermes? The other couple who came before me got birkin but funny cos when I asked, she immediately said no bags today. I confronted her she said thats the only bag they have. Seriously at 10.15am only one bag is available? i ended up bought a belt but not any bag as I wished. I got jypsiere mini at the airport anyway at the end which the SA was very nice.

    This store is amazingly beautiful, but lacks lots of products. My mother came looking for a new bag, but most of the bags on display were “for display only”. Excellent place to visit, but don’t expect to find too many of the things you want to buy.

    As a result of my disappointing customer experience in this shop, I will never be an Hermès customer again. No surprise, shops like this who are resistant to change don’t survive (long) in 21st century where any mass market budget brand online shop provides a better customer journey. To my negative, devastating experience contributed: unfriendly, condescending service. Inefficient exchange procedure. No solution proposed. No actions implemented as a response to negative customer feedback.

    Staff is always wonderful, friendly, helpful, fast and kind. Interior is cute. Collection always varies and is amazing. Every visit, a beverage is offered as an additional service. Location is very accessible by any kind of transportation. And look at the transparent bricks that are used on the front, it’s wauwie.

    Such a terrible experience. Waiting in line then waiting inside and while I was browsing the security guard proceeded to yell at me to not touch anything, then he followed me upstairs to make sure I was not touching anything. Get your security guard trained correctly to have courtesy for you clients. This is Hermes not some random store you can yell at your clients. Expected better from the store.

    I was honestly unsure about going into this store because of all the bad reviews but as there wasn’t a queue I decided to check it out and glad I did. Contrary to everything people say here, every staff I saw smiled at me, asked how was my day and were really kind. I was assisted by this awesome lady, Layla who has so much experience and knowledge. Even though I didn’t manage to buy any bags I did manage to get other items I wanted. I guess there are always going to be haters who smear the reputation of a beautiful place like this because they can’t get their hands on bags. If the Birkin or Kelly are the only things you are after then go to resellers, don’t bother visiting the store because stocks are really low. Please understand SAs need to cater to their own regular clients first before anybody else and even if they wish to help you, stocks availability is also a big factor. Do you think these SAs feel great coming to work everyday and all they have to do is reject customers? Is this store worth a visit based on the staffs, DEFINITELY!

    Had to wait for 45 min outside & around 30 min insides, which was a bit tiring. Milani is the greatest SA! She helped me choose the colors & gave her opinion as I was shopping alone. She also checked other items for my friends. I was hesitant between 2 sizes, ended up purchasing the bigger size & left the store, I came back after 5 min as I changed my mind & she didn’t mind to help me get exchange with the correct one even after leaving. Very patient & welcoming! Much appreciated ❤️ downside is that there weren’t many availabilities at the store & many things were out if stock + waiting time.

    Sales assistant was so kind and elegant. I bought bag charm which cannot be found easily in any other stores. I have been Paris store as well in EU, but this place is much better in aspect of service and atmosphere, needless to say about collections.

    Nice location. Where is only a short 5-minute walk from the Van Gogh museum. This 2-story store isn't particularly big, yet it seems to offer a little of everything. Unfortunately, hand bags are on a quota basis, so while they are on display; chances are most of them are out of stock.

    This store is located on Boutique Street. The appearance of the store is amazing, I have not seen a more interesting design.     I usually don’t right reviews, but due to the wonderful experience we had at the store, I wanted to share it. I know it could be frustrating waiting in line for a long time but you are getting exquisite products that worth waiting for. I don’t envy staff working in this high stress environment. Regardless of all that, our sales person, Milena was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and with the great attitude. Yes, we might not gotten all what we wanted, but we had a very positive experience and looking forward to coming back for more shopping.

    Beautiful store, but unfortunately staff is unfriendly. I usually shop in NYC and had a great experience in Madrid. However when I told the workers here what I was looking for (including bringing a rodeo I wanted to match), I was told "oh you don't live here huh. You might have better luck at home". Wouldn't recommend to anyone who isn't a local.

    Been visiting ng this store for years every time i am in Amsterdam. The staff is wonderful and always willing to spend lots of time helping you. The selection is very good in my opinion, you cant compare it to france, and you shouldn't. This store is a must to pick up something special when in Amsterdam.

    Terrible experience @ PC Hooftstraat. I have now become familiar with high-end shopping, but this is by far the worst experience ever for me. Waiting is fine, but rude and arrogant staff is certainly not (less then 1 star). On the other hand, the Bijenkorf shop of Hermes is much better, and staff is very friendly, a very pleasant experience (5 stars). Therefore 3 stars overall

    Since the first day I visited Hermes boutique in Amsterdam at the P.C.Hoofdstraat I have had amazing experiences. Specially with my amazing sales associate who always makes me feel at home and who is very attentive and sensible to his clients’ wishes. He makes me appreciate the brands’ quality and history even more. Aside from the amazing products Hermes has, the professional care they give to their clients makes every visit to this boutique exceptional. It just makes me happy every time I need to visit this boutique.
