There was an assistant there so it felt like I was being ganged up on. I received no help or support, only a huge list of personal questions, only to be told the person I was opening up to was not going to be my ongoing partner, they could only offer me a “treatment plan” of 10-12 sessions, and it would only be over zoom. Furthermore, they sent me a bill of €380 for this!!! With no communication beforehand of how much it would cost. Should be illegal.

Worst therapist /psychiatrist/ institution that I have ever seen. I’ve been there myself and after first session I ran away. They had no idea how they were supposed to help. All they know is let’s talk for 20 min. But that’s not how you help. There are clear methods how you can treat a person. For example, My friend also went there with serious anger management issues and all they did was a few sessions with a therapist - which didn’t help my friend at all, plus they told my friend that s/he was normal. (?!) Whereas two other outside psychiatrists clearly saw the real problem only looking at examples. So this Kuhler has no idea of what they are doing and it is very suspicious how they got their diplomas and practice licenses. I think they should not be allowed to practice at all!

Truly unqualified and she justified not having her M.D by saying she is "under supervision" of another psychiatrist. This 'doctor' told she couldn't prescribe me anything bc she is NOT a M.D. This all sounds frankly, illegal. From unclear agreements and vague loop holes the play with their entire practice. Please do not try your luck, it is genuinely concerning. Might take legal action, this is incredibly unethical. Who ever runs this practice is doing genuine harm to so many people and they are aware of this. Every single time I called I was charged nearly 50 euros for calls that sometimes only amounted to a couple of minutes. When I tried to communicate this with my practitioners, it was often twisted around on me being the problem. I was also told off for reaching out for help in other places when their care was not sufficient or competent. After a year of trying with this place, I gave up and rightfully so. You are only a number at Kuhler and partners, I never felt taken seriously and had zero trust and confidence in the professionals. I have found someone privately who, within one consultation, made me feel safe and like we could actually make progress together. Don't waste your time with this place.

It's was not easy and my first therapist and I did not work out but I was soon allocated a new therapist and we managed to form an honest and trusting relationship. At times I wanted to walk away frustrated at either the moment, my behaviour, my therapist or just a feeling of complete failure. But I am happy to report that I am no longer in therapy and am now building on the strong foundation I worked hard to rebuild or rather reinforce. I am a practical person so the type of therapy where I si in a chair and share my feeling was not appealing. Instead what I got was real practical guidance, plans, self tests, understand of the triggers, schemas and values that influence my behaviour. I also had to deal with powerful realisations about myself and the way others saw me and I saw the world. It's not always easy to hear negative things about yourself. It takes time and dedication. Do the home work. It works if you work it. Are Kuhler and Partners the best at what they do? Definitely not. I was super frustrated with some of their admin but I was not there for admin (turns out I am easily triggered by inefficiency). There is always help when you need it so if not Kuhler then reach out to someone.

I always felt heard and helped and I cannot recommend this place enough. My treatment lasted about 1.5 years and finished a few months ago. I can see a very clear improvement in the way I think and act, and the tools that I got over time are very useful. It is made very VERY clear before the intake that you are supposed to contact your insurance to check if the costs are covered fully, and in my case they always were. As an expat, it helps that the therapists are also international people, and that the waiting time before starting is much shorter than in most other places.

This clinic doesn't even deserve a single star. Dealing with them while battling severe depression was a nightmare. They're totally clueless on how to treat people. I've been under professional care for over half my life, so I know when something's off. After waiting for weeks, the intake was a disaster. Terrible communication and even worse delivery method. They charged me for a 90-minute session that lasted less than an hour. Insurance covers it, but they don't bother handling the paperwork like any other clinic.
