What a beautiful store, I live nearby and have walked past it many times, but today I went in for the first time. I was received very kindly, asked if I wanted something to drink and my - very nice - dog got a cookie. Large range and I passed well. I will definitely come back again!

Be careful when you shop online! I was in Amsterdam last month and bought a sweater (the one on the left in the picture). I came back to London and my sister liked it too, so I ordered the same item online. The one I received today (the one on the right in the picture) is much longer, completely different in colour and thinner in material. Much worse quality. Very disappointed! I like the other items but there are obvious astray threads as in picture 2. Though this is not the end of the world. At least this one looks like the picture online. The shop eventually refunded the cost of the white jumper.

Don't shop here, it's really poor quality. I bought a dress and before I had worn it out the door, realised it has a huge tear on the seam. I contacted the store and they said there was nothing they could do as I had worn the dress and to send and email. It's obviously a manufacturing defect, but they never responded and I followed up twice. They have terrible customer service and I would never shop here again, worse quality than H&M. Steer clear!
