Absolutely
rude
and
impolite
staff.
Today
I
had
an
extremely
embarrassing
and
condescending
behavior
never
experienced
at
any
other
store
in
the
Netherlands.
I
was
there
along
with
my
family
at
the
store
and
made
a
decent
purchase
of
items.
Right
on
leaving
the
store,
the
saleswoman
immediately
called
the
guards
and
they
confronted
us
saying
that
we
shoplifted
some
of
their
clothes.
They
asked
my
mother
to
remove
her
jacket
and
show
the
top
she
was
wearing
which
they
accused
was
theirs
and
we
had
shoplifted
it.
It
was
absolutely
embarrassing
for
us
as
tourists
to
experience
such
an
accusation
because
we
wouldn't
shoplifted
an
item
as
we
made
a
decent
purchase
at
the
counter
already.
Nevertheless,
we
co-operated
and
showed
them
the
top
and
proved
that
the
top
was
bought
from
the
same
store
2.5
years
back
(luckily
we
had
the
tags
somehow
:O).
We
also
made
them
check
their
cameras
to
prove
that
we
didn't
shoplift
any
item.
Anyway,
neither
the
guards
nor
the
sales
woman
who
accused
us
of
shoplifting
wanted
to
apologize
for
their
false
alarm
and
insulting
us
in
the
store
in
front
of
everyone
just
because
we
are
not
dutch.
I
then
realised
that
the
sales
woman
at
the
cash
counter
was
also
making
faces
while
billing
because
apparently
she
was
informed
that
we
had
shoplifted
which
was
a
baseless
accusation.
To
the
store
manager,
You
need
to
look
into
this
and
coach
your
team
against
such
rude
and
racist
behavior
against
your
customers.
You're
losing
out
on
the
goodwill
of
the
store
brand.
My
parents
had
a
really
bad
time
and
have
been
anxious
all
day
because
of
this
unpleasant
and
racist
behavior
from
your
team.
