We tried to buy this TV but there was no one help us they was so busy with talking to each other you feel are you in basics school, after waiting 30 min I left the shop

Big ugly electronics store, with uninterested staff that even questioned me rather unfriendly when I took a picture of their store for this review. We walked out immediately.

As mentioned in the photo tag, I had seen the misleading price tag a few days before, and I came back yesterday to buy the tablet. Found out the price tag was for another tablet. Incompetent staff member. Did not know enough to advise about needed accessories, but excused the misleading price tag and promised to remove it ASAP. Interrupted our short conversation by answering questions from another customer and kept talking. I started to walk away. Realising I was likely a buying customer, he quit the conversation and came back to me. Making wrong suggestions of what was needed for the tablet to work. Typed my name and email address wrong even though I used spelling NATO Phonetic Alphabet. In the end, he gave me an adapter for 1cent because of the misleading price tag.

If there is less than 1 I will do it Beacuse there is nothing named costumer service here

I went to test a charger that I bought from Media Markt, the place was empty and nobody wanted to help me. Maybe because I’m not dutch🤷🏽‍♂️ Rated for bad customer service.

Ordered online and when I tried to pick it up, they told me the order had been cancelled. They have a really limited selection of products and the ones they do have are badly presented and labelled. Almost impossible to know how much things cost

Really AWFUL service in store and on online customer service. I returned 2 months ago a blender and I am still waiting for the money. I told the store woman I had a different card to the one I bought it with, so the card number wouldn't work for the return. They completely ignored me and told me I could call next week to solve it. Since then I have called 5 times with no response and no help at all in all of them. A couple of times I have even received the answer "I don't think we can return your money back". I feel like you have made a big problem out of a small problem I proposed the solution for, from the beginning. Definitely not buying in Mediamarkt again and I would really recommend you to work on your customer service because it doesn't help at all and your staff is not prepared to help customers with their orders.

Very bad customer service. Don't reply to my emails. I returned a product and added my bank account for the refund as it is clearly mentioned on their website. They replied saying they will pay me back cash when the shop open again. With this uncertain situation it might take months. I asked to pay me back to my bank account (as they asked for it) and ask for an indication about when they wil open. But clearly they don't care about the customer. The customer experience is bad. There is no empathy. I have just read the many bad comments and reviews. I will never will buy from them anymore. PLEASE DONY BUY ANYTHING FROM MEDIAMARKT is you don't want to have such a bad experience as many other people.

Really unhelpful and unfriendly arrogant attitude - just go buy on Amazon not there

not really happy. Imagine you asked for help, the officer told you she would get back to you shortly. You patiently waited for 10 minutes then found her laughing and chatting with her colleges around another corner.

Hi, Never buy in mediamarkt. On that day February 15, 2026 . We are expecting two packages from DHL 1. Bax music TRACKING NUMBER : 3SBHP008008916 2. Mediamarkt TRACKINGNUMBER : JVGL06141618000645339122 The DHL only delivered 1 package from Bax music . He asked me for a code. I gave him the code. But, when I checked my email the code that he asked me for and the tracking number is from the Mediamarkt. I never signed anything that I get the Media markt I dont get the parcel from media markt. I don't sign anything my only mistake is I don't check if the code is for mediamarkt or not. Nobody is at home, only me on that day. My wife and my 4 years old kid are not home playing with other kids. The guys ask me the code he give me the bax music box. If you need I can come and make confrontation with him. Is 2 week now we don't sleep with my wife. He can´t be wrong with the addres , all of that details are correct.

Why would you put customer service and order pick up in the same table? Come here just to pick up a order but have to wait in line for 20 mins for all the returns and complaint customers

A very large store with all kind of electronics devices and home equipments. The only criticism I have is shortage of stuff so when you have a question or you wanna actually buy something you have to wait for long time till someone gets free and come to you

15 november 14.30. Young curly shoulder length hair girl. Pretty and just young and a fresh nice face standing my the service desk butan INCREDIBLE ugly attitude. Rude and snarky. Everyone else in the store is incredibly nice also the other cashier lady, taller and has her hair tied back. I asked for her name but they would say, i understand but when I explain the situation she also didnt really apologize or tell me something as small as “i will check up on her” And that being someone standing by the service desk. Its really sad how 1 person can really ruin it for the whole store. Even tho I live 5 mins away I prefer to go the Centrum now, they are very helpful and eager to help. Too bad.

One of the smaller locations. For a mediamarkt, the assortiment is pretty limited. The staff are salesmen who just tell you what you want to hear and praise every product they have. A good store nevertheless, they have all basic electronic necessities. Helpful, kind and efficient customer service.

Very difficult to find staff and when you do get someone they are from a different department.

A heaven for geeks like me, almost all kind of electronics is available.

Nice to have near home. My go to place for electronics if I need it quickly for pickup. The cash registers just go very slow if you have to queue up.

Best store for electronics , kitchen aid, furniture almost everything 🙌 just see for yourself and be your own judge. You won’t regret it ✨👍

The services provided by the store are quite bad. The people working there do not even bother to help you even when asked specifically.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the client service at Media Markt Noord branch. I purchased a new tablet, only to realize it lacked 5G capabilities. When I attempted to return it the next day, they refused, claiming the product couldn't be returned once opened. Despite checking the website policies that only sealed hygiene products were non-returnable, they were adamant about not accepting my tablet. To make matters worse, my request to speak with the manager was flat-out denied. I eventually went to another Media Markt store, where they promptly processed the return without any issues. Media Markt Noord branch's service is undoubtedly the worst I've encountered.
