This place is being spoiled by an old woman with black hair. Unbelievable what kinds of things are happening here.. If your not a white-person you will get very insulted by this woman.. This woman should be fired today! Bought a watch and some other collectables in a other Swarovski store.. (collecting Swarovski items for more than 10 years) But this shop gave me the worst experience you could ever imagine.

Old lady in the shop was not friendly.

I asked if it would be possible to make my gifted choker smaller, since it is to big for me. They told me they couldn’t help me and to “eat more”, that I’m too skinny and that’s why it doesn’t fit. You guys are unbelievable.

Awful experience, and after reading the other reviews it makes total sense now. Indeed the white 60+ year old woman with short dark hair is rude and has poor customer service. I would not recommend going to this store.

The sales representative lady with dark hair in the store talks in a very disrespectful way and when I asked for new season sun glasses she didnt want to show and said we have a lot of models downstairs, I cannot bring them all and asked me to show. I told it is already the one in the show window but pink color she didnt know about the product. I didnt want to continue my dialogue with her and said thank you I will check in another Swarowski store she shouted WEIRD after me. I have been shopping from many Swarowski stores in Europe and for the first time I experiences such a behaviour. I will also contact with Swarowski HQ as I think this kind of behaviours and service ruins the image of this beautiful brand.

Friendly stuff Recommended

Bought a pair of earrings 4 days ago and they only give out a gift card and refuse to pay money back. Have not been informed about this before buying. Swarovski is dead to me!!!!

Worst service ever ! They both me a tennis bracelet and I had to buy the extensions because was to tight . The old lady at the desk she was serving me she just say we don’t have it and she didn’t find any solution in a very rude way! Luckily another girl look after me and she call the other shop and she find the solution for me ! This woman was very disrespectful and she can’t be like this with people. No respect at all ! Very disappointed

Dissapointing. Bought a tennis bracelet half a year ago and the clasp already broke. Brought it to this store expecting understanding and support, instead got an attitude from the sales assistant, questioning me and blaming for the clearly defective product. The sales assistant also insisted saying that the warranty is only valid for the crystals but not the other parts of jewelry. RIDICULOUS. I will not be purchasing Svarowski again.

They lost a ring while send it for a repair ( falling stone after one month) They offered other colours and type since that was the last from the collection. I tried myself to find it in several countries calling to different Swarovski stores. I decided that it was not my fault and they should return the money so I declined my efforts. Good that this happened because I bought a real diamond ring in a store across the Dam. After hesitating, they decided to refund my money.. service was ok at least the girl who helped me the most from the beginning tried to help.

Poor customer service don’t recommend

No issue with the store, but made an order and GLS delivered god knows where. It’s been almost a week and I can’t find the parcel still and Swarovski does not do anything about it …

Gorgeous shop with all the new range Swarovski collections. Got served by Tim and Cassidy, could not recommend them enough such friendly service.

2 months ago, I bought a ring in in this shop an I brought it back to the same store the next day. I was told that the purchase amount will be returned to my credit card (I got a receipt for that). However, this amount has not been refunded to me until today.

I would like to leave a review about the service. It was unpleasant, to put it mildly, and I didn’t get what I wanted when I came to this store. I came to the store on 03/01/24 at Dam 6, 1012 NP Amsterdam. The woman who worked there was rude and opinionated. I saw that she did not want to show me what I was asking and with her appearance she showed disdain for me. She was elderly with short hair and glasses. Coming to such a store, I want good and pleasant service and not the feeling as if I came to someone’s home and asked to show them their things. I ask you to take action and have a conversation with your employees about how to communicate with clients
