    If possible, zero stars. Was judged by the doorman, didn’t welcome us, asked what we wanted, if we had an appointment and eventually, after basically forcing our way in, spoke to a man about what we wanted. He didn’t seat us, showed us rings while we were standing up by the door, very unprofessional. Once he heard our budget he changed his tune and was more friendly and tried to arrange an appointment with the diamond specialist. Really brought down the mood in what was otherwise a very good day. Will not go to the appointment, will never buy anything there.

    Bad service, heartbreaking very much. 💔My fiance and I were being treated differently, probably because of the ⚠️racial discrimination. We were the ONLY couple being treated badly and ignored all the time. When I came there, I said “thank you” and “hello” to the gate man who opened the door, BUT ⚠️he said nothing and even didn’t look at me. BUT I saw when next customers came in, the gate man said “hello”friendly. We also saw the customers who came in behind us received warm greetings, friendly asking, and were invited to sit down and talk. BUT ⚠️nobody cared, talked with and invited my fiance and I. It's like we were invisible. That ignorance is frustrating for us very very much, let alone we came here in order to buy our wedding rings with sincere hearts.

    I bought an engagement ring from Steinberg. The ring is beautiful and I think that they have fair prices (for a non online store) but there are some things which I cannot neglect. I would have been more satisfied if they were more honest and more careful with what they promise. In our first discussions the sales lady stated that they are flexible with the shapes and the designs of their ring bands and that if I want to apply any minor change then the jeweler will be able to make it. After I made an advanced payment for ordering the diamond, the behavior of the sales lady changed. She was trying to convince me (sometimes by using some poor excuses...) that it is not a good idea of applying any small changes to the ring band and generally she was very reluctant in deviating from the shapes and they designs that they have in their rings collection. I was not so annoyed by the above fact as much as I was from the fact that I ordered an inscription on the ring (for which I paid extra 50 euros) and they delivered it with the wrong font (which I specifically requested via an email exchange). The worst part from it is that they told me that I will have to pay 90 euros extra if I want the inscription to be fixed. That was a big foul from their side. EDIT We also bought our wedding rings from them. Upon this purchase, the seller mentioned that the cost of resizing a ring (in case it comes larger or smaller) is 50 euros and that there is no cost for cleaning them. Our rings came larger but due to the fact that we received them few days before the wedding we postponed their resizing for the future. When we visited Steinberg for the resizing my ring and for cleaning my wife's engagement and wedding rings (her wedding ring didn't need at that moment resizing), they mentioned that the cost of resizing my ring is 180 euros and the cleaning cost of each ring is 30 euros! Regarding the resizing, when I asked why the cost is not the one the seller originally mentioned us (50 euros), their excuse was that the ring had to be adjusted by 2 and a half sizes. One thing that surprised me was that the set for measuring the size of my ring used during my second visit was way different from the one used during my first visit. In the first visit they gave us a general measuring set for both me and my wife despite the fact that we bought different types of rings. During the second visit they gave me a set specific for the type of my ring. This makes me think that during our first visit we were given the wrong measuring set (on purpose?) and that is why we got rings of wrong size. Regarding the cleaning cost their excuse was that their cleaning equipment was broken. This was a cheap lie because another couple (friends of ours) who bought also their rings from them recently, upon picking up their wedding rings, they were informed that cleaning services cost 30 euros per ring. At the end of this second disappointing meeting the service lady mentioned that her manager will call us but we never received a call. In a nutshell, this a very untrustworthy company. It lies to its customers, it refuses to fix its own mistakes, it tries to make money on its own mistakes and it offers fake services. I really regret spending thousands of euros on them. I suggest to people that they want to buy an engagement ring or a wedding ring, to avoid this place.

    Great service. Friendly staff, they really take their time. Compared to other juwelers they stood out in the way they go in-depth on the products and explanation. Went back for an adjustment after initial purchase and was helped professionally and personally. Im a happy customer.

    I wouldn't buy a ring here. I couldn't return a purchased ring here, they help you very kindly as long as you come to buy something, after that the handling is very poor. Must sell ring in another store at 1/3rd of the purchase price. I also found out that I had been ripped off for at least 1/3 of the costs. Conclusion: rip-offs and bad service

    We bought our wedding rings. Good service to choose and fit the rings. Friendly staff. Only the guy standing at the door was rude. I came on the bike to pick up the rings. It was raining really hard. The guy told me I was not allowed to park my bike at the store.

    An amazingly wide variety of rings for an fair price. Was treated very nicely here by the staff every time I came and would have loved to come back just for this reason. Decisive factor for me was that for a small extra fee they could deliver a custom ring within a week. Plus every diamond comes with a GIA certificate. Small downside is that the dummy rings they show slightly undersell the actual diamond. I chose a ring+diamond based on a dummy sample that looked a bit used. However, the end result could not have been any more spectacular. Overall expecience still 5/5.

    Very good help from a very friendly lady. There was also time for a chat, no feeling of being rushed. All our wishes were listened to carefully and we were advised where necessary. All explanations were clear and I ended up purchasing very nice rings. Lots of design options. Practically everything is possible. Good service while enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

    Unfortunately I bought my wedding rings from Steinberg! Quality is bad and service is even worse! Diamond on my wife's wedding ring fell out. 1 week after we had it engraved. There was no discussion with Steinberg, “diamonds are not insured and we still have to charge money” no service or responsibility from Steinberg. Went to another jeweler, it turns out that a leg of the diamond was broken, he said it looks like the ring was clamped too tightly during engraving. But given the quality and service and the way of communication, I very much regret getting my rings from Steinberg. They are also far too expensive for the quality they offer. So you have been warned!

    I got my wedding ring there, white gold with a diamond, spent more than 1k on it.. When I asked whether they would take it back a while later, they said it is not possible. Even though I had the original receipt and papers from them. I think this is very poor service for a store that is positioning itself as high end

    Very helpful and friendly service during the purchase. We then also discussed with us by telephone that we could make a last minute collection appointment on Sunday. However, upon arrival we were approached very unfriendly at the door and afterwards we did not feel comfortable or welcome. What should be a special and fun moment when picking up your wedding rings, was unfortunately not the case with us. Always special when the service is a lot better when they want to sell something..
