took my dog for a cut , i specifically asked for a haircut , came back and they did a 5mm haircut all over ( i have a westie ) . When i went there , they said it was tangled and they had to do it . is it too much effort to make a phone call when you need to do something so radical ? bottom line , ralph is quite sad , dont want to play and he is hiding alone at the wardrobe . guess what , that was the last time . learn from your mistakes so you dont lose more clients .

There’s a lot I love about this shop - they have a good variety of snacks, toys and supplies for my dog. Staff is friendly and always helpful. But, they sell live animals which I really don’t support. There are birds in tiny cages, that never see the outside or light of day. Selling animals like this for profit and keeping them in tiny cages isn’t right. I’d give 5 stars if they stop selling the live animals.

I took my 8-year-old rescue dog, Reksio, for grooming two days after he arrived in Amsterdam from Poland. They treated Reksio so nice and the grooming was done so professionally. He looked so nice after that! Reksio loves going back to the store to buy food and treats. I highly recommend this pet grooming service.

I don't write reviews often but this time it was such a negative experience and unhappy resolution of the situation that I want to share. I took my dog , Luna for grooming - cutting her fur, nails and all. After the appointment whilst walking home I noticed that her leg is bleeding. It is a cut in her paw that she did not have before the appointment. It kept bleeding after many hours so next day I called the vet - as the cut is in the paw, stiches are difficult so I had to take her in and now she needs to wear a cone . After calling back the the Trimsalon, they denied it was them and refused to take responsibility - so the "mystery" injury is unresolved . Which leaves me with the worst customer experience ever and for poor Luna it will take quite some time to recover. And all their response was explaining to me how it was not possible that they cut her paw open. And that is must have been something on the street in the 8 min walk back on a leash - obviously for a cut like this, she would have screamed and cried , impossible to be unnoticed. Leaves me honestly speachless.

A very friend and efficient pet grooming shop in the heart of Bos en Lommer area. I love working with them. They treats the dogs with care and kindness. They are also very neat with timing and appointments.

Just went into this place for a quick look once. They basically sell all your pet needs from food to veterinary equipment. Hope this helps.

I went to buy several things for my new cats (food, sand box, travel box, sand). There was a man working there at that time, and he helped me to choose what I needed, offering me different alternatives for each item, in quality and price. Very helpful! I am satisfied, and for sure I will come back for more items.

brought my dog in for the grooming first time, paid 115 euros and his butt still has poop there.. obviously the job was done inattentive. not recommended.

If the owner was kind enough to actually give me business advice on pet supplies store for my self in the future, imagine how he would help you as a customer. They very lovley and helpful.. I've had great experience as a customer too

They have a very big assortment for a not so big local shop and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, even offers to order something if they don’t have it at the moment. My dog and I love going there!

My ShihTzu loves this place. The guy at the desk is incredibly helpful and the groomer lady is gentle and does exactly what you request.

Good for anything a dog could need. A good selection of food, leashes, treats, balls, you name it. Their dog trimming service is very good and well-priced. And they always give my dog a treat when he comes along!
