Good concept but the quality is getting worse and worse.. During busy times, you end up with crunchy rice and uncooked veggies. The stuff is rushed and portions getting smaller. Such a pity, the idea was great!

I like the food here and the staff is always super nice BUT usually when I swing by for take out in the last open hour, I notice that the food is handled with the same gloves that they’re cleaning the kitchen/restaurant with before close. That’s messed up and shouldn’t happen. I’ll bump the rating up to 4 or 5 stars if I notice them do better.

Fast and good bowl

For some people it might be a little bit early to have a compleet burrito at 14h but I loved it! A nice lady helped me, didn't feel rushed or anything at all, she smiled genuinely and polity, and the food tasted great. Definitely a good place to go if you like (for example) Chipotle.

Placed the order online for pickup 25 min before going in. Once arrived at the store, I had to wait for them to make the food. What is the point in ordering online if the food won't be ready for pickup. At the time of ordering, they were out of sour cream. I was unable to opt "Extra sour cream" when placing the order. When arrival in store, I was told they ommited the option for extra sour cream as they were all out. I wish this was posted on their site not just remove the option without information. Overall the food was tasty, but not a great first time ordering experience.

My tortilla was cold, soggy and way too full for it to even close properly. It totally fell apart while eating it and i couldn't taste the flavours of the sauce. Can't think of anything good about the burrito. The tiny chicken portion which I got was burnt and very dry. Rice had hard bits. The quality of ingredients is woeful and nothing tasted fresh, not even the guacamole. I've had supermarket burritos better than this.
