The smell in this place is horrible! Not sure what interior perfume they use, but it literally gave me a headache. I went by elevator 🛗 to the kids floor (last floor) and on my wait I met 3/4 staffers nobody great me or ask me if I need help. I didn’t buy anything, but if I would need something probably I would do it online

There is ALWAYS a line here... Their cashiers never work. After having to climb so many steps, with no place to sit you have to wait in a line to pay. Order online the shop is very dark it is difficult to find your size and you have to try it but they have a lot of variety i adore there perfume but it’s one of my favorite stores only they need to improve there service and more helpful staff needed

The store stinks really bad and they are covering the smell with some scents. Plus the aircon does not work inside so it's quite hot inside.

Dark, expensive, too hot and way too much perfume sprayed through ventilation. Terrible shopping experience.

Not so easy to find cashier etc. Things are not always were expected. Very nice choices. If you want jeans to last, don't buy jeans with holes 😂 they will tear up! And no, not cheap. A&F don't make clothes for every size and not every wallet...

That shop smells amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little bit too dark inside, but I think that's the different sense they want to left at the customer's feeling. The interior's furnishing is kind of strange and weird, but that's good.

Store of course not so great inside like in Paris, but its really nice looking for Amsterdam, spaces inside pretty small, but it makes it look even better - for a second i thought i'm in my dressing room ( i wish! ). there was one room with discounts, witch was full with good and not expensive clothes.
