I genuinely hate having to write this review. Within 3 minutes of looking at items I saw a bug crawling on a shirt. I don’t know what type (tick, flea, bedbug?) and I understand there is always a risk of this while second hand shopping, but this is the first time it’s happened to me and I left immediately really grossed out. I was honestly shocked considering episode’s cleaning policy and great reviews across all locations. Who knows this may have been bad luck but they should/need to revisit their quality and cleaning policy. Just a reminder to always remember to wash items before wearing!

One lovely member of staff, who had to apologise for their incessantly rude co-worker. Seems to have the idea that you must do their job for them as they (he) sits by and complains. Good clothes, overpriced. Would recommend literally any other vintage clothes shop in Amsterdam, or second hand markets - their clothes are just as nice but half the price, and you are greeted with entitled and appauling customer service.

Extremely overpriced and unaffordable. 45€ for a basic second hand jeans. Nothing under 10€. Would not recommend if you are looking for good deals

Great variety and nicely packed, but the changing rooms is not very friendly for shorter people! Also a little expensive!

VERY rude employee woman angrily slammed the door in our faces (30/04 - 11:55) because they open by 12h on Sunday… I recommend the store a few meters to the right, smiling people received us there

Really lovely. I spent a lot of money in here. They have everything you searched for. But it's overwhelming as well... A lot of clothing everywhere...hard to look at them. But you should go for it and just give it a try.

Lovely collection of the basics and the statement pieces. But man are the basics priced too high! Selling Gildan blanks for 22,50 is mad.

Very nice clothes and a lot of options to create your own style BUT is overly expensive, even the simple stuff like a Fruit Of The Loom plain hoodie. More than a second hand store is curated vintage clothes.

Very well organized second hand store with infinitely many options. They come at reasonable prices! And most products are almost never used.

Suuuuuuper cool store. They managed to make used clothes look not grungy and everything is of good quality. (No stretched t-shirts etc) The vibe is really cool! Would highly recommend!

Was turned away from buying roughly €150 of clothes due to a ‘store policy’ that you can only buy 2 of a ‘similar product’. Absolutely bizarre policy and I left empty handed when I wanted to get everything I’d picked up.

Good selection, terrible staff! They were complaining the whole time we were there. Please look for another job if you hate it so much.
