visited
the
newly
opened
Croma
store,
and
I'd
like
to
share
my
experience.
Here's
my
review:
Parking
Space
(4/5):
One
of
the
standout
features
of
this
Croma
store
is
its
ample
parking
space.
Finding
a
parking
spot
was
a
breeze,
and
it's
a
significant
convenience,
especially
for
those
who
dread
circling
around
for
a
parking
spot
in
busy
shopping
areas.
Product
Selection
(3/5):
However,
I
was
somewhat
disappointed
with
the
limited
selection
of
brands
and
items
available.
The
store
seemed
to
carry
only
a
fraction
of
what
you'd
expect
from
a
Croma
outlet.
Whether
you're
looking
for
electronics,
appliances,
or
gadgets,
the
choices
were
notably
limited.
I
had
hoped
to
explore
a
more
extensive
range
of
options.
Staff
Knowledge
(2/5):
Another
area
that
left
room
for
improvement
was
the
staff's
product
knowledge.
I
had
several
questions
about
specific
products,
and
it
was
evident
that
some
of
the
staff
members
weren't
well-informed
about
the
items
they
were
selling.
It
would
be
great
if
the
staff
could
receive
more
training
and
have
access
to
detailed
product
information
to
assist
customers
better.
Overall
Experience
(3/5):
In
conclusion,
the
spacious
parking
area
is
undoubtedly
a
plus
for
this
Croma
store,
making
it
convenient
for
shoppers.
However,
the
limited
brand
and
product
selection,
coupled
with
the
lack
of
staff
knowledge,
were
areas
that
could
be
improved
upon.
I
hope
that
in
the
future,
the
store
will
expand
its
offerings
and
provide
better
training
for
its
staff
to
enhance
the
overall
shopping
experience.
