Very friendly reception. The apartment is very modern design , fresh , clean and well maintain. All doors are using electronic lock with password. The apartment manager know the city very well and provide us lots of travel information. Air conditioning , free WiFi is a plus. There is also a small shop at the reception office, we actual bought some local art for souvenir.

Stayed here for one night during the Coldplay concert, it was expensive for what it was since the property increased the price during the concert. Paid 234 euros for one night. Did not use the room for other than sleeping. It was ok used the balcony for relaxing before they concert. The room was on the third floor, clean and spacious. Main problem was the bed! It was very hard and very uncomfortable, did not sleep well. You could also hear everything your neighbors were doing. The bathroom could do with a splash of paint.

I can find no fault with this place. The location is perfect for the traveler. Short walk into the city, restaurants all around and cheap parking. Great location! The room itself was spotless, absolutely clean and very well provisioned. It was modern, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. While we were there, the area and neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would stay here again.

Portugal does things well. Very impressive. Very near old town. Just across the majestic river. One of the best places i have stayed in all my travels. Intelligent host. Service to the point. Coffee machine in room superb. Make room when necessary on demand thus saving resources. Could not say more. And there is a lift for my 20kg luggage which i cant lug up 4 floors

I spent some lovely months in one of the studios, the terrace of the building has one of the best views of Coimbra. The staff was always nice and helpful and I felt very happy here. Definetely, one of my top experiences in Portugal.

Clean and well designed in a wonderful location in the heart of Coimbra, nice rooms and a well equipped kitchen but no coffee 😱. Staff are very helpful. I found it difficult to find, look for Restaurant Alfredo it is above there, door to the right. Update 27.10.22 Just as good as previously, a great place to stay when visiting Coimbra and you really MUST visit Coimbra !

Great studios with high quality/price ratio. I didn't expect my studio to be as good as the ones in the photos for the price I got it, but it was! 100% would recommend

Amazing location. Not inside town, but Literally across the river, 5 minutes on foot. Amazing views from the terrace too! The room was super spacious and well equipped. Super clean. The staff at check-in was really friendly too! Nothing to complain!

Staff is very friendly, we were very nicely welcomed. The shared spaces are also super nice and have everything that’s needed. I would recommend this place to friends!
