My experience at Fisidinâmica Physiotherapy Clinic was a very frustrated one! Me as most people was depending on the insurance to cover the costs of the treatment sessions and for that I needed an authorization approved from the insurance company. Insurance company's have a bad reputation, we all know they do their best to avoid covering costs. Dealing with them alone can lead to all lot of frustration. So you expect, that at least, the clinic where you are about to get your treatment can help you with the process(after all, it's in their best interest you get money to pay for your sessions). This process is a simple thing as to tell you what to include in the injury description. And it was even said to me by the clinic coordinator that this is something they usually do for their clients. The pivotal issue here was their abysmal communication—or rather, the lack of it. When I needed guidance with injury description for my insurance, I reached out to the front desk, only to be met with a complete absence of assistance. Shockingly, no one bothered to inform me that their coordinator, who usually helps clients with such matters, was absent. This reckless oversight resulted in the rejection of my insurance authorization, costing me the 500 euros I had in plafond! My advice, do not trust that Fisidinâmica has your best interest at heart or just find another clinic which will most likely have.
