Their financial system is very complicated, we literally need to be on a call every single month to understand the received invoice and clarify what's going on. The helpdesk team are very nice and try to help always, but I believe the issue is from their core system. I guess the coworking service quality could be much better, but our experience with their virtual office service is terrible. If you need a virtual office service in Porto, do not try them!

They will overcharge every way you can imagine. Was told I could have an office for just one month for €444 and it ended up costing me over €1000. They take seconds to debit your card with new charges, and yet they take 2+ months to refund your deposit. They have fees buried in their contracts, including an 'office restoration fee' that was buried on clause 50, on a second appendix of the contract, that charged €25 a square meter, to 'restore' an office that was cleaner than when I was given the key. BTW, many of the five star reviews here are by the staff.

The ladies at the front desk were lovely and helpful. The building itself is okay, although in terms of decoration it needs some serious work. I am not a fan of Regus as a corporation though: loads of fine prints and ways to take advantage of clients. During my stay, I was forced to move office, I was sent several incorrect invoices, and had to pay a bunch of fees (such as a "moving out" fee) because it was part of the fine print of the contract. I felt that Regus was less flexible and more sketchy than any other coworking office that I've ever worked at. Again, nothing against the staff working in the building and the building itself, but the corporate practices that affected me and some of the colleagues that I spoken with.

Overall a pleasant co-working experience. We booked a meeting room for a short company-wide gathering, we usually work remotely. Be aware that meeting room pictures on the site are not actual photos — in our case it led to a lengthy problem with refunds (but it was eventually sorted out)
