Mas a atendente que me atendeu essa já tenho uma opinião. Atendeu me super mal quando pedi uma consulta desesperada para o mesmo dia isto umas 18hrs disse me que estavam a fechar e por isso não podiam atender ( com um tom de voz muito desconfortável) detalhe que fechavam 1 hora e meia depois. Felizmente consegui uma urgência para o meu gatinho e está neste momento medicado e aliviado! Só queria deixar esta mensagem porque trabalhar com o público é preciso saber muito mais quando se trata de animais desesperados com os seus meninos e em nada fui mal educada. Para muitos pagar +6/7€ não é nada, mas para quem já gastou fortunas para tentar dar uma vida de qualidade, às vezes é o suficiente. Já para não falar que não tínhamos maneira de estar o dia todo à espera de ser atendidos. Assim menina da recepção era mal encarada para nós e mesmo ao telefone não era nada acessível e um bocado arrogante. Já para não falar que nos passaram uma receita no valor de 45€ e da segunda vez já só custou 15€. Agradeço apenas à Dra. Inês que sempre foi uma simpatia connosco e com a nossa menina. Espero que no futuro não desvalorizem tanto certos animais tal como fizeram com a nossa gata.
