Had a great time hosting a private trapeze yoga class here as a part of my bachelorette! Easy to book and loved that we had the studio to ourselves. This was new for everyone and we all had a blast!

I had my class last tuesday (4 days ago). this is going to be long but it's worth it. Contact: this was my first time and i wanted to try trapeze yoga. I dont leave around the area so i just wanted the experience. However, the trapeze 101 classes were late in the evening. I reached out to them on IG and they were sooooo kind, they suggested me other trapeze classes that could still work with my level which is 0. the ambience: when we got there, they were on time. there is tea available. the place is very clean, and it smells nice, no strong smells. If i wasnt only visiting i would definitely become a regular. the trapeze yoga: they have all the instruments and materials. but if you want you can bring your own yoga mat as well to put on the floor. the trapeze they have them obviously. the instructor: Andrea was our instructor, and it was a great experience. she was speaking soft, she explain every move in detail, she also tell us which ones can be difficult for beginners, etc... and she would do her left when she says right and vice versa just so that we wouldnt get lost since we are watching her. there is background music. she does the exercise with you and she walks around as well to make sure everyone was ok. what i love the most: 1. They didnt have this heavy marketing that most place have. sometimes some people be so agressive trying to make you pay membership, that wasnt the case at all. they were so nice. They convince you by their work not by words, nor schemes. 2. I definitely decompressed by back which was ouuufff

LOVE this yoga studio, everyone is so friendly! The workouts are great and because of the trapeze, it helps stretch out your body more than a regular workout would. I signed up for a membership because I enjoyed the experience so much! I even got a few of my friends and my boyfriend to try some classes with me (: If you’ve ever wanted to try trapeze yoga, do it!! I recommend starting off with their trapeze 101 class to get the basics down first.

If you have always thought of or at once wish that one day you can be like the performers of Cirque De Soleil or BTS on the flying Trapeze, learn a few fun poses , guess what, Good Moodra Yoga Is the place! If you are hoping to work on some core strength and endurance and get a pair of toned sexy arms ,then come to Good Moodra and take a Trapeze Sculpt. If you are looking to try a new yoga place with variety of classes with different levels of difficulties, again, Good Moodra Yoga (GMY) is the answer. Like many other fellow reviewers who gave this yoga studio 5 stars, I couldn't agree more with them on how fortunate I am that my friend brought me to find this hidden little gem studio. Let me start off by saying the owner Roni is extremely friendly and helpful. On my first day (I arrived 15 minutes early) Roni walked me through the studio, guide me steps by steps on the equipment and cleaning agents used in the studio as well as description of each type of classes GMY offers. The studio I must say is impressively clean and organized. Signing up for classes is very easy and straightforward with the App too. During the first month, GMY turned me into a studio rat. I got hooked happily may I say. I took over 20 classes: Trapeze 101, Trapeze, Trapeze Sculpt, Gentle Flow and Restoration with different instructors Each instructors have different techniques and instructions hence each class are never boring, your muscles are worked and stretched in different places each time. You truly get a great workout at this place. And when you find yourself needing a day off, you can sign up for the Restoration class. It's worth coming to this class at 8pm. This class is about slowing down and allowing your body to relax and release through passive stretching. When you finish with this class, you will have one of the best night sleep! I absolutely love this place. I feel welcomed and comfortable even though i can't do many of the trapeze poses like others, but not once the men nor women in the class made me feel uncomfortable nor intimidated. In fact they are very encouraging. Everyone is friendly and helpful with good positive energies, truly a wonderful place to be every day. I can see myself like one of their regulars and be here for years. In summary, GMY is a place, different from others where you can find a well balance of different types of workouts, from relaxing stretches to some cardio burnt yoga to suit your different needs every day, your pick. It works for me in a way that when I have an intense ballet and dance workout, I can come to GMY for a vinyasa or gentle flow class to counter stretch my fatigue muscles. The next day, I come to GMY for some sculpt endurance training to build up strength and flexibility to get ready for my ballet class. Cycle repeats. Best of all, ever since I founded GMY, I find my body strength and flexibility has improved. My mind feels better too. So Thank you GMY.

Fun experience!! Staff is really nice and instructor was extremely supportive. It was a really nice feeling of trusting the process and going with the flow and receiving encouragement and genuine support throughout and at the end of the class. Being in the class is like group therapy/meditating while riding a roller coaster - thrilling and relaxing at the same time.

I tried out Good Moodra over a weekend event when they offered free classes, so i went in to try Trapeze yoga which was completely new for me & i loved the experience. Immediately signed up for the monthly membership 😀 I've been taking classes for a month now & tried a few different ones Vinyasa, Gentle flow etc with different instructors & have to say im loving it ❤️ All the instructors are really nice & they really make you feel welcome. Most will guide you to correct your form in stance or offer variations for beginners or advanced students. Studio is absolutely clean & the atmosphere is relaxing & calming. In short, highly recommend to give Good Moodra a try, hoping you will like it as much as I do. I always look forward to classes.

Love this place! The staff is all super nice. The instructors help keep things slow if you need it and are always there to help push you or allow you to "play" on what you feel your body needs at that time. Doing yoga in a trapeze is just a whole new experience that I am happy I tried.

First timer for Trapeze here! I did the 101 class with my husband, and we both had so much fun. I never felt lost, unsafe, or judged at any point. The studio was clean, professional, and welcoming. I feel really great, and excited for the next class.

I was visiting Anaheim for the weekend and my friend took me to Good Moodra two days in a row. Trying trapeze with Stephanie for the first time was a blast and vinyasa with Jessica the next day was exactly what my body needed. Plus the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

Outstanding studio! Instructors are very sweet and knowledgeable! Studio is clean and beautiful! I took my Girl Scout troop of 10 girls (11-12 years old) for a private class and they absolutely loved it! A few of us moms did it as well and really enjoyed it! Excellent way to work on strength and flexibility!

Good Moodra Yoga has changed my life and relationship with my mind and body! While trapeze may look intimidating, it is just truly and simply FUN! I have some of the best stretches on my neck and back and get instant relief from being tied to my desk at work. The teachers and staff are all kind and patient. GMY is fantastic and I recommend all to give it a shot!!

    I. Love.This. Place. You know how people always talk about that cafe or bar or studio that "feels like family"? I had never experienced that until I started coming here. This studio is so awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, it's totally judgment-free, the teachers are cool and knowledgeable, and doing yoga upside-down hanging from the ceiling is AWESOME. BTW I saw in another review that someone knocked off a star because they can hear the trains go by outside. I mean...I actually love hearing the trains go by...but maybe I'm just weird?? LOL. Anyway, this place is really cool and if you've never done yoga hanging from the ceiling then this is the place to try it!

I found this beautiful studio when I was looking to try trapeze yoga for the first time. The instructor lead a fun class and I loved her energy! My favorite class was Kayla’s Gentle Flow class in the evenings; these slower, candlelight yoga sessions are a perfect way to end the day!

I just started at Good Moodra Yoga a few weeks ago with their Groupon to try something new and love it! I am now a member! I wanted to get back into fitness/yoga and this studio is a great start! Everyone is super friendly and supportive. They want you to feel comfortable from start to finish. I love the energy. Classes are fun and challenging, we are encouraged to try new movements at our own pace. I have literally told all my friends about this place and have a couple friends now attending classes. :) if you are looking for something new and fun to do - check at Good Moodra Yoga!

I was never a yoga person. I hated yoga with passion. I had tried different types - even with friends, and I just couldn’t find joy in it… until I found Good Moodra Yoga. I tore my hamstring 3 years ago, and trapeze yoga has helped me a lot with not only stretching but strengthening my hamstring again. All the instructors are beyond patient and amazing. They made me love this type of yoga. Like, I actually look forward to my next class. It’s challenging and fun at the same time. It was scary at first, I’m not going to lie, but the classes I’ve taken with the instructors Roni, Ariana, Kayla, and Jake helped me push past my fears, and now I can even flip out of the swing without being afraid! They truly made it look easy and not intimidating at all. They have never pushed me to do something I don’t want to do. Instead, they’ve guided me step-by-step and made me feel comfortable and secure until I was ready to take the next step in my (ongoing) trapeze yoga journey. Thank you, Good Moodra Yoga, for changing my perspective 🙃

I’ve never done yoga and trapeze before but now I’m in love. The teachers are exceptional and the place is clean and quiet. Jake and Jenny have been so patient and gentle with all their students. I would personally recommend to everyone! 10/10. It helps me unwind after a long and stressful day of work. Excellent for your mental health. It’s a good break from the day to day. Join one class and you’ll see 😉
