Was going for a quick snack but has to use the restroom first. Bad idea! While the restrooms are locked, they had not been serviced for a LONG TIME! The staff did not speak a word of English. I moved on.

The atmosphere is good for fast food. Service is consistent and the team there are above average and they get it right. Example. I ask for Caffeine Free Diet Coke with Lime flavor. They understand the drink order. Other places from time to time say Coke Zero is the same. It's not. This location accepts coupons. Drive thru speed varies. The restroom is average and occasionally smells. Dining area is ok and usually parking is not too full.

I usually order a Buttery Jack whenever I go to a Jack, but at this particular location it was anything but buttery. Meat was very dry with none of the flavor I'm used to, while the supposed buttery bun was not buttery at all and felt like a regular bun. Curly fries were bland as well. But at least their soda dispenser had Mello Yello Zero, so there's that.

They are horrible here I wouldn't suggest this Jack in the box they're rude here and they're service is trash the manager can't handle more than one task and they always get ur order wrong

This has been the slowest Jack I've ever been to. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, pulled out and walked in, and waited an additional 25 minutes for 4 chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. At least the food was good when I got it.

Went through the drive thru they told me to pull around I had a small order and they forgot my lemonade which I had to come back for. Tanya who was the manager was extremely rude she did offer a cheesecake which I took because we all know how much gas is but she threw it in the bag I asked why the attitude and she stated she's hyper.... strangest experience I've had ever and won't return you have to be starving to have to eat from this location.

Their munchies box is delicious. It's definitely a go-to after a blunt/joint. 2 tacos, curly fries, a drink, and the ultimate cheeseburger(has like 3 layers of cheese).

Customer service was good but food quality was lacking a bit.

Very well managed place my food was hot like it was just made i had to get some tacos and they where crunchy crunchy

Went thru the drive thru, my husband and I ordered two chicken pittas and two shakes, we waited on the drive thru at least 15 min if not a bit more, our pittas were like just thrown in it's baggie , and no customer service what's so ever.

Very rude to customers. We went there for shakes, they made us two of the three we ordered and then said their shake machine was broken. They then asked if we would be happy with a coffee or a soft drink, we suggested a sandwich that would cost one dollar more, I figured the 20 minutes we waited was worth a dollar. They absolutely refused got mad, got the money our shake would cost and tossed it to us and said not to ever come back. We won't.

Came in at night doing false advertisement . They said they are 24 hours but they have cones in the drive thru. Should change management .

This location never fails to disappoint. Expect to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-through if you go any time after 10 PM. The inside area is always dirty and the tables are always sticky. We ordered food for the entire family and was told the limit on the buttermilk is 2(two) per order… Regardless of how many combos you purchased. Always check your food before you leave because you will more than likely have to go back because they missed something and you’ll have to wait forever again.

Once again a very poor customer service experience. I know that staffing issues are an issue for companies nowadays but this place is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. The food is with the food is it's a chain and it's going to be the same no matter where you go but the service at this place is just awful

I like tacos here. With hot sauce. It is simple and nice meal

The team leader Leslie was charging me ¢50 for ranch. I always come to this specific jack location and never have i been charged for an condiment so why all of a sudden is she and she's the only one doing it... I don't mind paying it but once i wanted to talk to her she gave me an attitude and said omg I'll pay it myself it's not a big deal like really what an amazing team leader is she to be treating a customer like this. Poor lack of communication of her. She needs to do a better job.

It's jack in the box. Spicy tenders are tasty. Put them in a flour tortilla w/ lettuce cheese n hot sause...mmm

The drive-thru is a bit confusing (especially in the early-morning darkness) due to multiple menu boards, but we were able to figure it out. All in all, a good visit to a convenient location.

I think people underestimate how many different types of food Jack-in-the-Box mix and it’s all good. This Jack-in-the-Box specifically the staff is so nice and they never mess up your order
