We arrived in California for vacation and as we were pulling up to the hotel my wife started complaining of severe chest pains. A&C was less than a mile away and I raced my wife there as emergency services would take much longer. I explained the situation and they told us we have to complete the paperwork and validate insurance before she could be seen. I explained she could be having a heart attack and needs to be seen 911. The clerk informed us no one gets seen without validation of insurance and paperwork. DOESN'T MATTER he exclaimed as he repeated himself. I explained they had a responsibility to provide life saving measures. He was still obtuse Thank God a hospital was across the street (didn't see it and couldn't tell it was a hospital otherwise would have went here 1st) and they provided life saving measures as my wife was in the middle of a heart attack. I will be contacting an attorney to see if I have options. I don't want a penny from them, just want them shut down and unable to practice medicine. A pathetic and disgusting level of service for an organization that is supposed to care. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION.

Made an appointment online for a rapid test. When I arrived they were completely out of rapid tests so I had to accept a regular test instead. The nurse performing the test was so aggressive she actually gave me a nosebleed! Needless to say, I’m not giving these folks high marks.

Warning: you need to have PPO insurance or you will be turned away at the door. I went today at 7:30 PM, Julio was at the front desk. When asked why I was there, I informed him I was in a car accident. He asked for my insurance, took my card and then returned it and said they do not take HMO. I asked if they had a paper with the insurance being accepted and he said I could call the office manager tomorrow and speak with Chris as he did not have the reason why. I was turned away. Not given an option for cash patient. This place is not only in the worse neighborhood of Anaheim but also the worst customer service. I am shocked they are over 3 star review. Especially with people like Julio working there.

It wasn't too busy. There were about 8 persons at about 9am on a Wednesday. Its on the second floor. I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk until I talked to one of the front desk girls. They said to sing in and wait to be called. It was about a 40 minute wait , I was a walk in.

Danielle and Nick were friendly, understanding and professional. I was a walk-in patient, and I was in and out in no time. Thank you for all your help!

We needed a rapid covid test and all other options for an appt were unavailable on such short notice. The girl we worked with was an absolute angel and helped us out, got us taken care of, and our test results all in 30 minutes! We are so grateful for the kind young lady working who was able to help us out in such a pinch!!

We were on vacation and the morning we were supposed to leave my son’s PCP said he needed to be seen by a doctor before he flew home. Being thousands of miles from home with out of state health insurance, I wasn’t expecting this to be an easy or pleasant experience but I was completely wrong. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. I was quite frazzled and she was so patient and understanding. We saw the doctor almost immediately and he was extremely thorough explaining everything and took the extra time to let us where the closest pharmacies were. The whole staff there put us at ease in a very stressful situation.

I ran out of medication working out of town and no one would help me until I called here. Dr was amazing as well as the staff.

Felt extremely judged, and the doctor made me feel like I was stupid for making mistakes on my paper I was filling out. Made me feel stupid.

A few weeks ago my kids were sick & I tried out this urgent care clinic. I signed in, filled out some paper work, & didn't take too long to call us in. I like how the doctor treated the kids, very nice & gentle, & prescribed them antibiotics & other medications. Again, I went last week because my knee was giving me problems. The waiting time was about the same as last time, & once again I was satisfied with the service. The staff is nice & friendly. Will definitely go back!

staffs are friendly and helpful, had a wonderful experience here. doctors are professional and polite

wait time is short, Doctor was professional. I think they have improved and the workflow becomes smoothly
