The staff is very under trained. They are loud and use bad words you are not cared for as expected perfumes and colones that make you feel your at a mall. If you comment to the staff they are offended. The nueses are very loyd at nighr . try to get the right person to correct issues is impossible. My stay has been longer than 12 days.. They makw fun of patents i would look for a differant hospital i am dont want to return to this zoo.

Unfortunately, I recently had to go to the emergency room here in Anaheim. I thought the staff was very friendly and nice. They were very quick in attention and was, what I believe - very attentive and sympathetic. The nurses back in the emergency room area are great. I swear I dont think that I could have gotten better treatment anywhere else in the entire state. Sorry... no photos. I was too sick. LOL

The worst place ever. You wait for nothing for hours. They try to charge you before the bill even Never again. Much better to go to Irvine or Costa Mesa. They will do anything to make you over tests if you don’t have a medical Insurence or if they can instead of just giving you what you need

What an Emergency Room if you don’t get taken care of “emergency “ !! ER Waiting time is acceptable. Lack of organization and professionalism. Lack of doctors in ER room. Waiting time ranges 1-4 hours to see a doctor!! Everyone else are friendly and trying to do their jobs.

My mother was admitted overnight for a procedure. She had the worst experience. First off the nurses could not find the vein in her hand to start an IV. It took 4 different “Nurses” to finally get the needle in a spot, this left my mothers hand swollen and bruised something fierce. I know that sometimes it can be difficult to do this but 4 nurses? And you should have seen her hand it was ridiculous! Rooms were old and didn’t look very clean, food was terrible. When it came time for discharge they took over an hour and could not find a wheel chair so they got an office chair to wheel my mother down stairs. I couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t there and that was probably a blessing, but my moms friend was picking her up and she confirmed that this actually happened. I really could not believe that people working here would be so unprofessional!!! At least they could have just taken her buy the arm and walked her down, it would have been safer I’m sure.

Very unprofessional way of running a practice. They tried to reschedule my appt for being a few minutes late. I asked the front desk staff why if theirs no one waiting. I shared with them that its very difficult to find parking. Which she ignored everything i said. Didn't even blinked an eye. No response from her what so ever. Then they changed their mind and said yes we'll see you. Not long after a M.A called me in and took my vitals once she finished I asked her if it was ok for me to run to my car and get a examination form that I needed for my employer which she said yes. Once i got back the front desk staff said we need to reschedule your appt. So i ask her why if u guys already took me in and took my vitals. Which she completely ignore. I literally had to ask her twice. And she responded saying that the Dr. Kenneth decided to see another patient. Then she said I have another appt on may. Which I decided not to take. Its very unsatisfying having to committee 1hr and 12 min just to be reschedule at the end. I would understand if theirs 5 or 6 patients waiting. But their wasn't a single patient out in the waiting room area. Extremely unprofessional way of running a health care practice Dr Kenneth B horwitz. And the staff their literally needs better training with communication.

Worst experience ever! Brought my 4 year old in with high fever, chills, diahrrea, etc. at 4am. The night shift was awesome. Shift change happened and we only saw the day nurse at shift change until 8:30 when I tracked her down in the staff lounge! Never saw the day doctor until I told them I was out of there. Then no discharge instructions, no conclusive prognosis, no care at all from these so called medical "professionals"! Wow! Some visit to Disneyland this has been. This would never happen at home in San Francisco! Do NOT go there or take your children there.

I have been here twice before for my husband and self and though it took way too long, overall, the hospital staff was helpful. However, I just took my son in for dehydration signs and they ordered two different tests that had nothing to do with this and did not mention anything on the paper that goes to the physician about all the symptoms I described. After six hours we met the physician who was annoyed that the nurses did not write down what he was actually brought in for. Then proceeded to do the same thing to me: NOT LISTEN. She used her DR. card to intimidate me into thinking he needed another procedure because my own mother instincts and watchfulness of my own son was not worth listening to so she just dismissed it. After nearly 9 hours in the ER, NOTHING was really done for him except all the traumatizing things 2 year olds scream over (x rays, rectal temperature, catheter...) and non of which he needed. Conclusion by the dr. -"you were right, sorry. He needs to drink more." I am not hating on the people but "sorry" is not ok. I hope this taught he to listen better for the next person. I will NEVER come back here. If you can avoid ER and go to urgent care, this may be a better option. I am giving it two stars because, like I said some of the staff I have been treated by were good at their jobs and helped me in a scary time. Not good with children and they do not have time to actually listen. It's very sad but please try to speak up for yourselves, do not be treated like a number. Non of these people are God and they don't know everything.

Took 4 hours for me to be admitted, treated, and discharged. This may seem like a lot, but it was a comparable different to the 8 hours I waited at HB emergency room and I wasn’t even seen!!!! I went in for anemia and heavy menstrual bleeding and although the doctors couldn’t do much at Anaheim Regional ER, they were definitely attentive and caring, they drew my blood and ran tests, and prescribed me ibuprofen to lighten the period hopefully and help with any pain. Overall I just need to visit the gynecologist.

Omg the staff here in this ER is the definition of team work. I wish I could thank everyone who had a helping hand in helping me today. I can say that I’m happy that I choose to come to this ER even though it’s not close to the house . Not many times you can go to the ER and feel like they are listening and actually care.I was spoken to like an actual human being. I was greeted with smiles and caring attitudes. I even got a few laughs and jokes. Everyone made this experience such a pleasant experience. From the lady at the front desk and even the guy who pushed my wheelchair to get some test done. Even my discharge process was pleasant.Even while EMS bringing people in I could still hear names being called for people to get treatment.So they are the definition of team work makes the dream work.

I’ve been in and out of ERs a lot the past half year and I’ve never met a place with kinder staff. It looks a little run down on the outside but the quality of care is still excellent. The doctors and nurses are attentive and helpful. I feel safe going here. People giving negative reviews probably genuinely do not understand the concept of triage. I have had to come in for severe issues and never waited more than an hour, even at peak times. The staff deals with a lot of patients but WILL help those in genuine crisis in a timely manner.

-5 STARS This has become the worst hospital in OC. My wife had to go back for the same issue twice as Dr. Do and PA Minh are the worst ever. Dr. Do raised his voice at my ill wife for merely asking a question and her refusing to continue any further communication with him. I believe him to have some prejudices against certain color individuals and females. He is definitely not a physician you want your loved ones in the care of and the know all PA, Minh (?) is simply unprofessional, he's too ignorant to introduce himself and over zealous!! He would NOT make a good MD! This hospital is a dump and is embarrassing to be in OC. What happened to this hospital? Have they started allowing misfits to run the operation as Dr. Do in ER should not be there especially in ER. How and why would you make a patient feel worse than when they arrived? He is definitely a prejudiced, bad tempered individua! that needs anger management. Perhaps he should undergo care for that? I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who is ill as you will NOT receive proper care, unless perhaps you're a drug addict as it seems he likes to push pain medicine as a remedy? Dr. Do is no good and prejudice!! Stay away from this hospital!!
